Meanwhile in the cage.... Lavender's ice started to melt from

her anger. "AAARRGG!!!" She finally said as her ice broke. She was as red as a tomato, almost like getting a sunburn. Then a brick broke in half. (wow). She punched Dark's ice, thus making it break. "calm down, remember your emotions can be dangerous" Dark said calmly.

"I know! but she took my scepter and froze me with it!! who does she think she is!?!!" Lavender yelled. "and how will I rescue them? how am I going to rescue Sky?" She said turning blue. "we'll make a plan" He said softly. She sat on a bench and thought for a second. "we have to get out of here!" She said. She turned red again and punched the brick wall. Lavender was like a mood ring, literally. Five bricks fell, and as they did she looked out into the dark.

Back at the dark room...  "I will fly around the castle to locate Lavender and Dark" Sky announced quietly. "isn't it to dangerous?" Birdo asked. "not for me" She said while flying off. She looked around the castle for an open window, and soon found one. She looked in and found the two. "Lavender...Dark?" She asked, looking in. They both looked up. "Sky!!" They both said in unison. She floated down towards them and gave each a hug. Lavender then turned her normal purple. "I'm so glad your okay!" Dark said. "we're so happy to see you!" Lavender said. Sky smiled. "The gang is making a plan. And since there are 49 years until that portal opens again, everyone is training for the next battle" She announced. They both nodded. "I'll train, so I can crush her skull in the next battle! and take my scepter back!!" Lavender said in a shrill voice. They both looked at her with a 0_0 look. "what? she deserves it" Lavender simply stated while crossing her arms. "anyways, we'll also be practicing and getting ready for the next battle" Dark said breaking the silence. Sky nodded and flew through the window.

"so what happened?" Peach asked as Sky flew in. "well there gonna ves training for a while especially Lavender" Sky announced. "why especially? " Birdo asked. "because Lavender is like a mood ring without her scepter, literally" Sky said. "not only does she change colors, but her mood is aggressive" Sky continued. "oh" Birdo said. "yup".  "anyways, you guys start training" She said. "good idea" Luigi agreed. They all started practicing with the weapons. The girls practiced with bows and arrows, while the boys practiced with swords.

There was a target in the middle of the room, where the girls practiced their aim. "bull's eye!" Daisy said as she shot the arrow straight at the target. As she cheered she had distracted Peach. "ahh!" Peach screamed while her arrow almost hit Daisy. Luckily Daisy had ducked down. "phew" she said in relief.

Meanwhile with the boys.... "this is soo heavy!" Luigi said as he tried to pick up his sword. "it's not that heavy" Mario said as he quickly picked up his sword. "not for you" Luigi said breathlessly. Mario rolled his eyes, and helped him pick it up. While they had been fighting, Luigi grew unbalanced and eventually fell. "this is gonna be a long day" Mario said stubbornly.
