Something was flying in the air. „What's that?" Tomoko asked. „A... drone or something." Silver answered. „It has a camera on it... That must we with what they observe us. I'll roast that thing." He stretched out his arm. „Fire Gale!" Fire appeared in the air and the drone bursted into flames. Eaden pointed on the woman's throat with her katana blade. „How many of these drones do you have?" she asked. „I won't tell you." The woman said. „It's no use." Raze came to her. „We should knock her out while we still have the chance and then inform Homura about this.", „I guess it's the best for us all." Eaden agreed. „Shadow Lightning!" Black thunder crackled through the air and hit the woman. She screamed and became unconscious. „Silver!" Eaden shouted then. „I'm on it!" he replied. He touched his lacrima. „Homura?" Seconds later, guild master Homura responded. „Silver... Do you have news?", „Shiver Dragon uses magical drones to locate us." he said. „I've already destroyed one, but there must be more than just that one.", „Okay... I understand what you say. Thanks. I knew I could count on your sharp eyes, Silver." Silver nodded towards Eaden and she smiled. „Okay, let's hope we can destroy the others very quick.", „That must be the reason why no one is out here." Silver assumed. „What?" Raze looked at him. „Think about it. Shiver Dragon may not know all the members of our guild. So, they ordered the town's people to stay inside so they could easily find us.", „That sounds logical." Eaden said. „I guess you're right..."

„Ichiro." Homura looked at the S-Class-Mage. „We need Alena to locate the drones. She can do that with her Magic Sensor Spell. Then, she should give her information to Akira and Iona, so they can destroy the other ones.", „I will immidiatly tell them." Ichiro touched his lacrima. „Alena?", „Yeah?" A voice came out of the lacrima. He could her the cruckling of lightning in the background. „Are you fighting?" Ichiro asked. „Actually, yeah." Alena responded. „Iona, Soul and I take on three Shiver Dragon mages at once. Please, sum up what you need to say while I use my reflection spell!", „Okay. Listen, there are magical drones spread all over the city. I ask you to locate them and get in touch with Akira then.", „Okay, I got it. I'll carry that out as soon as I'm finished here!" Ichiro looked at Homura. „Let's hope no one gets injured through all these fights.", „I hope it so badly. I'm happy we have Silver and Akira with us... Without them, we'd totally be lost..."
Alena reflected an attack and fired it back on her opponent. Then, she ran to the front and stroke him down. Iona fired some lightning flashes on her enemy and defeated him. Soul put his hand on the ground and spikes shot out of it, blocking an attack from another wizard. Then, he fired multible needles on him and they pierced his arms. Soul jumped into the air and his kick hit the target's stomach. He flew against a wall and sank together unconscious. „Iona! Soul! Give me some back-up! I need to concentrate now!" Alena said. Iona nodded. „For how long?", „I can't tell. Let's go and hide somewhere." Iona nodded and pointed on an abandoned restaurant. „We should remain there for a while, I guess." Alena nodded. They went into the restaurant and Alena closed her eyes. „Very well..." She put the palms of her hands together and took a deep breath. Iona looked out of a window, Soul sat down at a table. „Look to the right..." Alena said after a moment. Iona followed that order and saw a drone right above the roof of a house. „We are out of its sight." Alena said. „Take it out." Iona opened the window. „Charge-up Beam!" From her hand, a lightning beam shot into the sky and hit the drone. Smoke rose from it and it fell down. „Hit it." Iona said. „Great..." Alena opened her eyes again. „There are five drones left." She touched her communication lacrima. „Akira! Answer me!" Akira didn't answer immidiatly. „I'm here." he said after a few seconds. „Aim in the direction of the church. Can you see the drone?"
Akira took his gun and looked through the ocular. He was able to see the drone that circled around the tower of the church. „Target visible." he answered. „Shoot it." Alena ordered. He nodded. „Gimme a second. It moves very fast, I need a moment to aim correctly." He closed one eye and aimed on the drone. Then, he pulled the trigger and the shot ripped through the air. The magical bullet hit the drone and it fell down. „Nailed it." he smiled. „Okay. The next one is here... boot the map that Silver sent to us all. I've marked the positions of the other drones.", „Okay." Akira drew a rune on his lacrima and a hologram appeared. He saw the red points on some places. „There is another one nearby..." he recognized. „Thanks Alena. I'll take care of it. I will join you later when I'm finished...", „Very good. Don't let yourself be discovered.", „I do my best." he replied. His gun disappeared and he jumped down the roof he was on. Then, he moved out to the location of the next drone. When he discovered it, he opened his right hand. „Weapon Magic: Archer Mode." A bow appeared in his hand and an arrow levitated in the air. He grabbed it and tightened it into the bow. He aimed on the drone. He was close enough so he didn't need to use his gun. When he let go, the arrow pierced the drone and took it down. „Only three left to go for." he said. He activated his lacrima. „Team Raze and Team Iona!" he said. „You can move forward. I destroyed the drones that are in your area. Proceed to the guild hall. But do not attack the guards unless I'm done!", „Roger." Raze said and Iona replied: „Be careful. We can't lose our sniper right now." Akira smiled. „I will. Don't worry about me. Focus on the mission." Then, he moved to the location of the next drone. He found it right above one of the streets. When he looked around the corner, he saw Nicole and Annika. They were fighting against a Shiver Dragon wizard. „I need to shoot that drone without them noticing it..." he mumbled, tightened another arrow into his bow and pointed on the drone. It didn't move, so he could easily aim on it. „Three... two... one..." he started a countdown, before he let go and immidiatly took cover behind the house again. He heard the arrow crashing into the drone. „What was that?!" The strange wizard shouted. Annika used that moment of inattentiveness and shouted: „Shadow Blast!" He heard something collide with a wall. Then, Nicole said: „Akira, you can show yourself now." Akira stepped on the street, with his bow in his hands. „Nice shot. How many do you still need to take down?", „Two." he answered. „Okay." Nicole smiled. „You are worth a lot, do you know that, Aki?" Akira looked away. „Stop saying this." he said. „I'm lucky no one discovered me yet. I don't know whether it remains that way.", „Don't be rediculous!" Nicole went towards him and tapped on his shoulder. „You are the best and you know that. Maybe, this situation will help you getting your confidence back." Akira smiled slightly. „I hope so...", „Great. We'll see you later, then?" Nicole asked. Akira nodded. „Yeah.", „Okay. C'mon, Anni! The others must've already moved to the guild's location! We shouldn't be the ones coming the latest! I hate being late!" Annika giggled. „Yeah, right." They went down the road.

His fist hit the table when he saw one camera screen after another turning black. „These bastards discovered our greatest trump card! Damn it!" The door opened and a woman entered. She had long, purple hair and a dirty smile on her face. „Master." she said. „Shall I send out the spheres?", „If that's going to kill them, do it, Kanami. I just want every single one of them dead.", „They will die, I promise." the woman grinned. „I will program them correctly and then send them out.", „Do this. Those punks are not allowed to come near this place!" She bowed herself to him and left the chamber again. He looked on his hand and clenched it to a fist. „Die, Dark Rose... Wither and die!"
