Rid reaches the police station with other police officers covering him but seeing the media outside he gets scared , as an officer brings him out of the van the entire media  throws their questions at him by  trying to break the security around him ...

" Ridharth Kapoor kya lagta hai aapko ki kya saza sunayega court aapko , fasi yaah for umeerkadh ( life imprisonment ) " asked one of the reporters .

" Ridharth Kapoor sharm nhi aayi aapko apne hi bhai ki personal secretory ke sath yeh sabh karte hue  ? ek taraf aapke bhai hai jinhone apni mehnat se itna bada empire khara kiya aur dusri taraf aap ! 

Sidharth was watching everything on tv  while sitting in his room and switch off it once he sees that Rid has been taken inside , a sigh lefts his mouth .

Inside Sana's Flat ,

" Hosla rakh Sana puttar aur waheguru par bharosa , vo sabh thik kar denge " says daarji while patting her head and others were sitting their silently .

" Lekin Daar ji yeh khabar poore pind meh fail gayi hogi abh tak , humari izzat ka kya hoga " asks Sana's mother  .

" Tujhe lagta hai ki mennu iss samay apni izzat di padi Hui hai ? Teh aasa  bilkul bhi nhi ! Meri bacchi se jyada pyaari nhi hai mujhe meri sarpanch ki kursi " replies daar ji angrily .

"  Sukhi apni votti noo samjha de ki kabhi toh ek maa ki tarah socha kare " while joginder looks at his wife angrily . 

" Papa ji court chalne ke time ho gaya hai ji , informs Jeet to his father " 

Oyee chalo saare chethi chethi , gaddi nikla oyee karan , orders joginder ( sana's chacha ji ) to his son . 

Inside court , 

Both the lawyers keeps their points and evidences one by one in front of the judge to defend their client and after hearing everything the judge announces the break time , 

" yeh Adalat lunch ke badh apna akhiri faisla sunayegi " announces the judge . 

Everyone disperse while Sidharth was the only one who was sitting inside and was looking down , when Police was taking Rid out he walks towards his brother and holds his hands with tears in his eyes ....

" Bhai...bhai please bacha lo bhai , i promise i will be a good man and will never repeat my mistake " Sidharth looks at him and got tears in his eyes seeing his brother begging for something in front of him . 

" Sabh jhooth thaa na Rid ? jo kuch bhi tumne bola thaa oss din court meh ! You never loved Sana , it was all lust and your desire towards her that led you to do that thing with her , right ? " asks Sidharth to Rid about his last statement that he gave to court for his defence and where Sana denies their relationship . 

" Bhai it was all told by mom and our lawyer that if i'll lie , i might can get save " tells Rid to Sidharth . 

This makes Sidharth angry and he walks out of the room in search of is soo called mother . 

Pammi was talking to the lawyer when Sidharth comes from behind and turns her back facing him . 

" Mana kiya thaa na mene aapko ki kuch bhi aasa mat kariyega jisse yeh case aur complicated ho jaye ! " ask Sidharth 

" Toh kya tumhari tarah hath pe hath rakh ke apne bete ki barbadi dekhu meh ? " says Pammi while glaring him , 

" Do you have any idea ki aapki wajah se oski sazah aur badh sakti hai aur hum kuch nhi kar payenge " tells Sid to her . 

Just then the bells ring indicating that the break is over , 

" Tamam sabooto aur gawaho ko madde najar rakhte hue yeh adadlat iss nateje par pauchi hai ki Ridharth Kapoor urf Rid ko Sana Mehra ke sath jabardasti aur onke ka Rape karne ke jurm meh umerkedh yaani life imprisonment ki saza sunati hai " this breaks Sidharth into tears while Pammi gets mad after hearing this , 

" No.....please no mera beta innocent hai osne jo bhi kiya vo anjane meh kiya saying this she leaves her place and runs towards Rid where he was standing and she looks at judge , Please mere bete ko chodh doo please " . 

Here was crying while looking at his brother because no matter whatever Pammi says but only he knows that how much he loves his brother . 

Police tried to take Rid out but Pammi was not leaving him and was tightly hugging him , 

" Nhi me..h meh nhi le jaane dungi tum logo ko isse , yeh mera beta hai aur meh isse kahi nhi jaane dungi " 

While Sana's family was happy after getting justice , her father had happy tears in his eyes including her entire family when Pammi's non stop crying for her son gathers their  attention . 

" Mom please save me mom , i don't want to go please ....." cries Rid while hugging her tightly and the police was trying to take him away . 

Sidharth comes to them with a heavy heart and tried to break their hug while removing pammi from Rid's arms she looks at him and cries , 

" Dekho na inko vo mere bete ko leke ja rahe hai " cries Pammi in Sidharth's arms while the police was taking Rid outside he rans from their hands and runs outside to save him self from the punishment . 

" Sir Ridharth bhaag gaya " informs the constable to the senior inspector who was talking to Sid inside , 

" What ? Pakdo osse jaldi , itne security ke beech se vo kase bhaag Gaya " shouts the senior officer .

Mehra family was shocked to see Rid running out like a mad while Sidharth and Pammi were trying to stop him with police officers but it seems like he become mad for sometime and was not able to hear anything, he was running madly through the court stairs when suddenly a car comes and hits  Ridharth accidently due to which jis body falls down on the road and he was covered with blood .

Mehra's and Kapoor's were freezed on their places seeing the scenario, no body has ever expected this. Police officers run towards the body and checks his nerves and then he looks towards Sidharth and signals him in No More . This breaks Sidharth and he suddenly looses his balance and was about to slip from the stair step when his p.a supports him ,

" Sir sambhaliye khud ko please" says the p.a to Sidharth while pammi was crying madly near Ridharth body .

2 days later in Kapoor Mansion , 

Today was Ridharth funeral and everyone including Mehra's were there when suddenly a jeep stops in front of Kapoor Mansion , 

" Oyee khotte de puttar tu gaddi aaram se nii chala sakta ? " shouts a grand lady after coming out of the car , on the driver who was standing with his head down in front of her . Every guard standing out there knows that this time it was her who might have asked him to drive fast as it was her younger grand son's funeral but no body dares to speak in front of her as she is none other than Dadi of The Sidharth Kapoor  , one word against her and the person will be thrown out . 

" Hayee mera Ridharthhhhh.....hayeee meh kii kara " cries dadi while coming inside the mansion and was beathing her hands on her chest and was crying madly when suddenly Sidharth sees her and runs towards her ....

" Dadiii...." cries Sid in her arms while hugging her tightly and finally breakdowns in front of her  while some one was watching his tears and was feeling equally emotional too seeing him crying for his brother .....( any gusses ) 

It was none other than Sana herself , for the first time in life she was watching her boss crying but today he doesn't seem to be her boss , today she can see only Sidharth Kapoor in him who was a human too , a big brother , a grandson and a son who has lost his dearest one . Don't know why but she felt like giving him her shoulder to cry to supports him emotionally not as a secretory but as a .................. , as a what ? she herself was confused about her feelings right now that why is she feeling like this ! 

Later all the rituals of Rid's funeral were  completed when suddenly Pammi Kapoor out of no where comes to Sana and hold her neck tightly due to which she was choking , everyone tried to remove Pammi's hand from Sana's neck but she was not ready to leave her , 

" Khush ho tum aaj ! Mera beta khaa gayi tum , tumhari wajah se mera beta aaj iss duniya se chala gaya , tumhari wajah se mera ek lauta beta abh kabhi laut ke nhi aayega mere pass....meh chodungi nhi aaj tumhe . Aaj oske sath tum bhi marogi , mere bete par toh poori duniya ne sawal uthaye lekin tumse kisi ne nhi pucha kuch bhi ! kyu ? kyuki tum ek ladki ho aur vo ek ladka ...." shouts Pammi on her face angrily . 

" Mrs. Kapoor leave her damn it, she'll die " shouts Sidharth angrily while trying to release Sana from her hands . 

" Pammi chodh de osse , tenu Rid dii saww ( kasam)  hai " shouts dadi angrily . 

Listening this she looses her hands and Sidharth hugs Pammi , 

" Isse pucha kisi ne ki yeh kya karne gayi thii oss raat club meh agar yeh sach meh itni hi innocent hai toh " Pammi raises a question in front of everyone due to which all were looking at Sana now with questioning eyes . 

Media got a new news as well , the moment Mehra's step out of crematorium media surrounds Sana and starts asking her various questions due to which she gets separated from her family . 

" Ms. Sana kya yeh sach hai ki oss raat aap khud club meh gayi thii , aapko pta thaa ki Mr. Rid vaha par hai aur jaan bhujh kar vaha gayi taaki aap Rid ko apni taraf attract kar sake ! " ask a repoter . 

" Kya aap jaanti thii ki Rid aapko pasan karta hai aur aapne socha ki kyu na iss ameer ghar ke ladke ko apne jaal meh fasaya jaye aur isse paise loote jaye " ask the  another one .    

Sana's brother tried to make her sit inside the car when she gets hit by Pammi as she throws a stone on her face being mad for her son love , due to which sana gets her head injured and the blood starts coming out of there . 

" Mrs. Kapoor ......kya kar rahi hai aap " shouts Sid suddenly . 

" Pathak , call the doctor immediately " orders Sidharth while looking at Sana's injury . Some how Mehra's escape from the situation and comes back home . 

Same day at night , Sana's flat , 

But Pammi didn't stops here she sends some of her own ppl to different media channels by asking them to spread a fake rumors  that Sana have affair with Sidharth and she is character less girl who shares her bed with him every night . 

When the news leaks in the media , everyone was shocked hearing this , 

" Papa ji tv dekho chethi chethi " says Karan while switching the tv on ....

Watching the news Mehra's  were shocked while the media surrounds their house and keeps on making the news on Sid and Sana's never existing relationship and seeing this all her  brothers try to control the situation by calling the police and not letting the media enter the building . Seeing these things before Sana could think anything her mother barges into her room and holds her hands tightly and takes her to the living room and makes her stand in front of daar ji , 

" Padh gyi kalege( heart) vich thandak  , yeh sabh teri wajah se ho raha hai , na tu jidd karti pind se bahar jaa kar naukri karne ki , na tu yaha aati aur na kabhi inn kapooro di family se milti aur ne yeh sabh siyappa hota ! shouts her mother without realising that through what state her daughter is going on right now . 

" Parminderrrr......yeh kya bol rii hai tu " ask Sana's father from her . 

" Oyee vo humari bachhi , humara khoon hai vo aur humara rabb janta hai ki osne kuch galat nhi kitta , vo meri beti hai ....apni jaan de degi lekin apne khandan ki izzat pe kalank nhi lagne degi ! " declares her father proudly and this gives some confidence to Sana to fight for herself once again . 

" Sukhi apni votti nuu samjhe dee ki jaha jaroorat nhi hoti vaha apna mooh bandh rakha kare , kabhi oski maa toh ban nhi payi , kam se kam oska BP na badha abh . Vase hi meri bachhi itna kuch bardasht kar rhi hai " ask babee to her son while gritting her teeth . 

Here Sidharth's got to know from his PA about the situation outside Mehra's flat , he quickly switch onn the tv and watch the news . 

Till now he is unaware that Pammi is behind this , 

" Pathak just get the person who has done this , i want him here in front of me as soon as possible " orders Sid . 

Pathak nods and leaves the room here Sidharth does few calls and tries to control the situation but he was unable to as Pammi has left no stone unturned to spoil Sana's image . After loosing his brother he might can sit quietly or pays as much ppl as he wants to shut this news up but he decides to prove a girl's innocent who's name is getting linked with him without her knowledge. She might be just an employee of his company but being a good human first and her boss he wanted to fight for her . 

Some time later he gets a phone call from Pathak which shocks him , he quickly takes his car and drives to Sana's home ........
