Something feels off. What is it? I feel like someone is watching me. I begin to wake up as my mind slowly processes that someone is watching me. Quietly, I open my eyes. oh! he's cute! I think as I see who was watching me. It was a young man, or boy.

He had short, wavy black hair, and green eyes. He looked like he was a little on the tall side, and had golden-bronze tanned skin. Feeling uncomfortable, I shift my position in my scratchy hospital bed. His lovely eyes snap back to me.

They widen in shock as he quietly gasps and he silently disappears. Confused, I think, What just happened? Did I scare him? Then, I ponder over what had just occurred as I uneasily drift back to sleep.

First of all, I am so sorry I didn't update this sooner!!!! I was so busy with school, getting my iPhone fixed, water polo, and my scuba training! I know this is a horrible excuse, but it's the only one i have. I feel like I let you all down. I've never gone this long without updating before. I am also sorry I didn't make this a long chapter but I don't have much to write here. I promise the next one will be longer.

Second, I have a question for you all. I will have a phoenix like creature in this story soon, and I am wondering, should I call it a phoenix or a firebird? What are your opinions?
