Seeing as bray had to get a lot of money in a short time span he decided to get a job as a half human he knew his employer would have to either not care or not care to check so he decided he would start by shoveling snow for 10G after shoveling snow in front of the local bar and the librarby he knocked on the door to the house that's said to be the most interesting after shuffling the door flew open a tall skeleton with a bright red scarf had greeted him happily and he asked "I need money so I was shoveling snow for 10G you seem hyperactive enough to do it on your own but if you have anything else to attend to I'll happily shovel snow for you." The skeleton rubbed his chin for a second and said "IT WOULD GIVE ME MORE TIME TO PATROL FOR HUMANS LET ME CHECK WITH SANS" bray got uncomfortable at the patrol for humans part but he stood formally anyway the door closed as the skeleton went upstairs and suddenly bray heard unholy screaming and the skeleton yelled "I HATE YOUR PUNS" after a too quiet to be heard through the door remark the skeleton replied with "I AM AND I HATE IT" bray could easily see why it was the most interesting house after a few more screams the door opened again this time a short skeleton wearing a hoodie presumably sans opened the door and said "we have the extra expenses but if your looking for a job a lot of people would be willing to hire right now I'm sure the bar is hiring and a helping hand at the librarby would be appreciated if you want even I could hire you to sell hot dogs at one of my posts so if your interested in any of that go ahead monsters like you live best by living in the moment of course I'm not a monster like you so I wouldn't know for sure" although it was a friendly sentence bray was slightly offset by the tone he used to say monster it sounded almost suspicious either way bray gave a friendly smile and started shoveling the snow outside although he had gathered up most of the money now he would need more so the jobs sans listed stuck in his mind as a fighter he would work well in the bar and selling hotdogs since he could stop people from stealing and he could control bar fights especially if he improved his speed but either way it all comes down to the pay for those jobs anyway he finished shoveling snow and decided to choose the bar job after getting payed he went to grilby's to apply the owner seemed like a nice guy and he decided that since the owner was great at being the bartender he would cook besides he needed to cook for himself anyway no better way to learn than experience not to mention he actually liked reading through cookbooks a lot as a kid so he knew how to cook a few things and he would learn as he went on and with that he got his first job he worked 8 hours and grilby cooked the other two and he got 8G an hour
