Of everything I've ever posted on Wattpad, the story that grabbed people's interest most quickly has been a radio-format fanfiction based on characters from the Fallout 3 game. I am, of course, referring to “Daring Dashwood's Wasteland Wanders”. It's an exciting tale, featuring Herbert “Daring” Dashwood, his stalwart ghoul manservant, Argyle, and several friends, family members, and enemies (if you have no idea what I'm talking about, check out the external link). It was also a lot of fun to write.

So, what better way to give you all a nice gift during this Holiday season than to write Dashwood and Argyle a multi-part Christmas special?! My intention is to post one episode a day until I've posted 12 episodes (seasonally appropriate, see? One episode for each day of Christmas). As of writing this introduction, I've only written the first three, so we'll see how it goes.

Of course, Dashwood and Argyle belong to Bethesda Softworks, as do most of the locations, factions, and items you'll encounter in this tale. None of the linked music is from the game, but it was all recorded between 1920 and 1960, to maintain that retro-futuristic, jazzy feel. And no, Canterbury Commons does not have a Christmas market in the game!
