"How did you know what to do?", Billy asked, as he climbed of the locker he was sitting on. "Are you responsible? ", he asked again, hoping that he was wrong.

Medusa felt terrible again and  lowered her head. "Yes, and I'm terribly sorry ", she replied, tears in her eyes.

Realizing that she truly was sorry, he walked up to her, lifted her face and said with a smile, " It's alright. I don't need to know why you did it, but I forgive you."

"Just like that? ", the principal asked in surprise as he climbed of the lockers as well.

"Yes, just like that ." He replied,  smiling at Medusa.

Medusa was so surprised by the way he handled the situation and his kind act, she couldn't stop herself from crying. She truly felt terrible. Billy gave her a hug until she stopped. It didn't take long though, before she silenced herself at the sound of voices coming from afar.

"Watch your six. Go,  look in every classroom for them and be careful!"

"Yes Sir!"

"I guess Animal Control arrived!", said the principal with a chuckle.
"It's ok!", he shouted out to them, "We're fine!"

Animal Control came around the corner, surprised, to see 3 children and the principal covered in blood standing in the middle of the hallway.

"What happened? ", asked the leader of Animal Control.

"Some dogs attacked us, well me", replied the principal, showing the leader his hand, "but they are gone now and they'll never return. " He said with a smile and winked at the children. "Right? "

"Absolutely! ",replied the children in unison.
