Can I just forget,
And not write this one down,
Oh please don't let me,
Write this one down.
But I have written everything else down,
Who knows they might like your new twist on poems.
But can't you see,
What has happened,
I'm not sure I intended,
Can we just let this go?
Forget this one,
Erase it from my brain.
Cover up what's already written,
With my bright blue tears.
And start something new.
Forget anyone who this sea recently tosses aboard,
Because they all are bound to leave as quickly as if they were again tossed overboard.
