I smiled pulling away. "Hang on let me get my stuff I got to get home" I smiled as he giggled.
"Alright let's go" I said grabbing my back pack. We walked home laughing and telling each other jokes and stuff.
"Hey Johnny.... Hey I thought you were goin to the new bar?" Darry said looking at me.
We paused for a moment since Johnny wasn't supposed to say anything about my job.
"Oh well it just got really pact and crazy so I thought I would just go get her to make sure she doesn't have to walk alone." He said putting his hands in his pockets. Darry just nodded and kept cooking. We had blue smashed potatoes that night since Sodapop and Steve snuck blue food coloring in it. We all ate that night and everyone stayed the night too. I was doing the dishes when pony came up to me.
"Can we talk?"
"Alright"
We sat at the table since no one was  there. "So yesterday Sodapop got a letter from Sandy."
"Oh ya how she doin?" I smiled. We all liked sandy.she was a real sweet girl.
"Well that's the thing. You see she broke up with him." I was shocked disappointed and just angry that she did that to my brother.
"OMG is he ok?"
"Not really. I was thinking we could all go out and have fun with him so he gets his mind off things. Can you ask Dally if he could get us into a party?"
"Ya I'll ask but I'm not promising anything"
"Alright thx. Luv u night" he said walking out of the kitchen. That night I stayed up late thinking about what happened between me and Johnny. I then heard a sudden knock on my door. "Come in" I whisper. Johnny then walked in.
"Hey Johnny cake what's up"
"Nothin I cant sleep."
"Me eaither wanna talk."
"Sure why not." He said sitting on the edge of the bed. He kept asking me about my job. He couldn't believe Darry didn't tell any of us. He then started getting tired and so did I.
"I'm starting to get tired string bean" he yawned
"alright night Johnny" he then quickly leaned in for a kiss. We kissed for a while. I felt his soft gentle lips touch mine as his hands slowly moving down my sides.
