Luna of the rogues

Everything started to slow down as soon as Cameron broke the news, I didn't know what was going on but judging by all the alphas reaction it wasn't good.

Iris grabs my wrist and in a second we're in the back, the alphas have formed almost a circle around the intruders.

I could hear growls come from different directions but I couldn't see anything which concerned me.

'Whatever happens don't leave Iris, stay by her side' Andrés voice booms in my head

'what is going on?' I ask through the mind link

no answer

'who's Sebastian?' i try again

Cameron said Sebastian was here

'Alpha Andrés, put the claws away we come in peace' an unfamiliar voice booms in my head, it didn't belong to Andrés or any of the alphas so this must be Sebastian.

'if you don't leave my property right this second I will rip you to shreds' Andrés snarls

'oh come on there's no need for that, we simply came to see our luna'

my eyes widen in shock, they're here for me? 'who are they to start with?' my wolf asks

'good question'

'Sebastian leave now!' Samael commands

' like I said before we come in peace, we just want a word with the luna'

why does he want to talk to me?

I turn to iris "who is he?" I ask

"Sebastian Amadori, he was Andrés beta before the curse" iris whispers back " he's dangerous, he doesn't want to talk, he wants to kill you so Andrés and the rest of the pack will stay in their wolf form forever"

why would he want that? doesn't he know that if the curse is broken there's a chance that he too will shift back to his human form?

"I know you're here Amma, listen carefully to my instruction or not" he dares "tomorrow afternoon meet us at the border, we will only wait for you for an hour. You have my word that we won't harm you or your friend so come alone or your friend dies. "

As soon as he says friend I know exactly who he is talking about, ibenez! they have ibenez! I thought Cameron took care of him.

'you have ibenez?'

'you're lying. He's lying Amma!' cameron voice interrupts my internal communication to the rogue

' I took ibenez to your uncle pack'

'but did you stay until he reached the borders' Sebastian says

'no'

'Cameron' i sniffle 'how could you?'

'i'm sorry'

'iris take Amma back to the castle now!' Andrés roars and I feel iris drag me but I was crying so hard that I didn't care, I was crying for ibenez because he might be hurt or possibly dead.

At the thought of ibenez dying the tears burst out, I feel my chin tremble.

"Amma, snap out of it!"

Iris loud voice does snap me back to reality, I realise that crying won't do ibenez any good. I know what I have to do, I don't think about though it because I know Andrès will know and if he finds out he will do everything in his power to stop me.

"I will take you to Sebastian, okay?" Iris whispers

"what?" I ask "why?"

"because I know Sebastian, he is a lot of things but he is not a liar He doesn't go back on his word once he makes a deal" Iris explains

" keep this to yourself okay?"

I nod and exhale a breath of relief, "okay they're leaving" Iris whispers peeking from the window,

I realise now that we were back in Andrés and I's room.

I sit down on the bed and try to control my heartbeat, I felt uneasy at the fact that Sebastian wanted to talk to me.

The door burst open and enters Andrés his chest was rising from anger his face was flushed and his fist clenched and I swear if I didn't know better I would think that was smoke coming from his nostrils and ears.

I don't know what overcomes me, I stand up and fling myself to him, the alpha's body tenses under me for a second before he wraps his arms around me, I breath out letting our body melt together.

"I told you that I have a lot of enemies" the alpha whispers in my hair

" Sebastian hasn't shown up here since the curse" Samael stands up to address the meeting " he is here for one reason only and that is to make sure we're not successful on the blood moon"

we were all squeezed into the living room, I was in between Teivel and Iris, the wind was blowing in from the open door space making me freeze.

"Iris, Cameron make sure Amma doesn't leave your side tomorrow" Andrés orders " we only have 96 hours until the blood moon, everything has to go to plan"

"As soon as the curse is broken we are going to be heading east" Andrés turns to me "many years ago I found an unclaimed territory and i I sealed it from everyone else, in a few hours it's going become our new home"

"we need to prepare to leave anything that's of importance" he finishes

" yes alpha" the alpha around in chant in unison

"okay it's time" iris whispers taking my bowl and putting it in the sink,

Cameron prepared a little lunch for the three of us after training before he  went upstairs.

"cam! Amma and I are going outside for a run!" Iris calls out

in a second the alpha is in the kitchen " that's not a good idea" he states with furrowed brows

"don't worry, I'll spell the area like last time" Iris assures him

I look down at my feet, i kind of felt bad lying to him but I have no choice I know that if I tell him he will not let us go.

he hesitates, " okay..just be quick

iris winks at me, it worked!

we make our way to the back, the woods are dark even though the sun is shining brightly, I follow iris because at the borders is where Sebastian is waiting, where ibenez is.

"I won't be able to go with you to the borders," Iris says looking back at me with a worried expression " but the minute you need me I'll be there. He said only you so if he senses me he will lose it"

i nod " thank you for doing this Iris" I tell her

"don't worry about it, it's kind of my fault your friend got in this situation I should have never brought him here" iris huffs

she's right, she shouldn't have brought him here but I'm not mad at her because I got to see my best friend again.

"you should also know that Sebastian is cunning, listen carefully when he's talking he might say something but mean something else, Don't trust him and please don't agree to anything" iris warns

I let her words sink in, i think i can handle Sebastian- if i say it enough i will believe it surely.

it takes us half an hour to get to the border, we come to a path, a clearing and i know we're here.

" it's just you, now" iris gulps " please be careful"

"i will," i tell her taking a step towards the clearing,

the path at my feet fades as it leads me into the darkness. i keep walking only turning back once to look back at iris but she's gone, i know she's hiding but that didn't slow my heart beating so fast.

i need to calm myself, so i lean against a tree and breath in the scent of the woods. The warm soil packed against the earth fills my nostrils , the scent of wet tress and.. the smell of different kind of any animals... including a pack of wolves!

they're here!

i stand up straight and look around, i see them, at first they were just silhouettes. But as they neared their fur became noticeable, what was also noticeable was how big they were, and how they moved with a purpose, a purpose to kill maybe? 

They start growling and barking at each other, i was ready for anything, until they spread out until they circled around me, there's no way that i can escape now.

'well well, if isn't the infamous luna of the rogues'

the circle breaks and a grey large wolf walks through, "you must be Sebastian Amador" i speak,

'you've heard of me?' the wolf speaks through the mind-link " good things i hope" he adds

I can't believe I've posted 43 chapters! it seems so crazy to me! sadly the story is coming to end and even though I can't wait to finish writing this story I'm going to miss writing it... does that make sense?
