Chapter 15 (Edited)

Two Weeks Later 

It has been two weeks since I figured out Andrés was really Cessair and I have locked myself in the room refusing to come out. 

 I didn't see Andrés, he never once came back and I know that because I slept through the day and stayed awake during the nights. 

  The only person I have had contact with is an alpha named Samael or as I like to call him the nice twin. 

 He has been bringing me food, staying with me and chatting with me for a while.  He would come every morning at 4 and bring me a  buffet tray, that was layered the top one had my breakfast, the other one my lunch and at 6 he will bring my dinner. 

The first week I was too shocked to eat anything but I began to feel lightweight and dizzy so I had to eat. It was a lot, I didn't know how to cope with my mate being Cessair. It didn't make any sense. I try to not think about it because it makes my head hurt. 

  I could tell that Samael was making me the food because it was pretty disgusting but I still ate it without complaining out loud to him. 

"can I ask you a question, Luna?"  he asks 

I take the pickle out of my sandwich before looking at him " you already did" I joke.

Good to know, I could still joke... 

" oh" he frowns "can I ask you two questions then" 

he didn't get it. "sure" I nod 

I take a bite out of the bread swallowing it without chewing, I'm not a chef but I'm pretty sure a cheese sandwich is not supposed to taste sweet, did he put sugar on it? Oh, goddess! 

" are you okay?" he asks, 

 I was not expecting that question. I was expecting to be asked If liked the sandwich, I was ready to lie but am I okay?  no, I am not. 

I look at the alpha in front of me not sure how to answer that question. 

 his light brown eyes were studying me like he would know if I told him a lie. "no, I am not okay" I shake my head " I mean can you blame me, look at my life?" 

"I know right now it may seem like your life is bad but it will get better" he gives me a small smile 

" that's what I thought and then I figured something out about the alpha and now I will never go back to my pack," I tell him 

"Luna, you are here because someone up there knows you're strong enough to break the curse" he replies pointing at the ceiling 

"I don't feel strong right now"I sniffle not caring that I'm crying in front of someone.

 "I know I need to stay strong but I can't... I don't know how to" 

" you know what I've learned from my past?" Samael whispers tucking a strand of dark curls behind his ears 

" You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have" the alpha glumly says 

I scoff at that " what do you know about being strong?" I ask " you're an alpha you are born with strength-" 

" actually my brother and I were omegas in our old pack" he cuts me off 

"what?" I gasp surprised 

I can't imagine him and his brothers being omegas, if you don't know what omegas are it's because they are rare. 

Omegas are basically the weaklings of werewolves they're basically humans that can shift to wolf sometimes. they are usually the pack punching bag and maids. 

Every pack as like one or two and they're treated pretty bad, the wayhaven has- had one omega his name was... I don't remember his name all I remember is that he didn't have parents and he was very skinny and tall.  

 His mom and dad left him in the woods as soon as he was born, he lived up to the age of 15 I think he died or something but I never heard of him after that. 

That's the thing about omegas no one cares about them. 

I used to feel so bad for him when I was younger,  I would leave food by his shed that is until my dad once caught me giving him grapes and he screamed at me for two hours in front of the whole pack. 

I knew that  I shouldn't associate myself with him after that, I was around ten and after that, I stayed away from him. 

Anyways the point is that omegas don't look like Samuel and his brother... They weren't supposed to be strong, tough and handsome. 

what? I am just stating facts! 

"our mother died giving birth to us, we are born omegas," he says " our father went crazy,  he couldn't live without his mate, he took his own life when we were fourteen" 

"I'm sorry," I tell him 

Samael shrugs like it's nothing "  fast forward to the age of 18 Teival and I decide that it's best we leave the pack and look for another one.

 but there was still a part of Teival that wanted to make them pay for all the suffering they caused us. 

 we couldn't do anything, we weren't strong enough so in the middle of the night we just left. 

we didn't know where we were going, we didn't have food, clothes and we could hardly shift, both Andrés and Teival hate when I say this,  but at first, when we met Andrés I thought  alpha Andrés was an angel sent down by the moon goddess-" 

I start to laugh, I can't help it. He thought Andrés was an angel? 

he's satan if anything!

 " Sorry, please continue," I say between laughter 

" I said at first, okay? after a few weeks with him, I realised he was far from an angel" Samael says but not in a bad way, there was admiration in his eyes 

"  back then Andrés didn't have a pack it was just him and two other alphas Naois and Dave. 

Apparently, Andrés had the power to turn anyone into an alpha with just a bite. Teival and I wanted that bite more than anything. 

 This was our only chance so Teivel and I made a promise to do whatever it took to be part of André's pack. 

The first task to becoming an alpha was to kill our pack alpha, to prove our loyalty" Samael pauses taking a deep breath " I knew Andrés was testing us, he wanted to see if we were worth it." 

"don't tell me you killed your own alpha" I beg 

"serves him right for starving us" Samael answers

 "After we became alphas, we got strong physically and mentally. Soon Andrés turned hundreds of omegas and other betas. That is how  we become the famous 'ALpha Pack" 

"how long ago was this?" I ask, 

was the twins with Andrés when he was a Cessair? what if they are immortals too? 

"let's just say a very long time" Samael smiles 

"how did it feel when you killed the alpha?" I ask, 

maybe these alphas aren't all monsters- I think Samael and Teival aren't bad it's all Andrés fault he forced them to kill their alpha. 

He took advantage of weak omegas and used it to his advantage!

" After we killed him, I felt like a  monster" Samael answers "but  you can't kill a monster without becoming one too" 

" do you regret it?" I ask him 

" I don't regret it one bit. I have my brother with me, I have a great alpha and I am part of a great pack" 

I raise my brow " seriously, great pack?" 

"yes" he smiles standing up " if you would like, we can go for a walk" 

"I thought I'm not allowed to leave this pack?" I say 

"well, alpha Andrés is not here, he and Cameron went on a hunting trip-" 

"hunting trip?" I ask my eyes wide "like they're going to hunt down an alpha?" 

Andrés threatened to kill Heath, so is that what he is doing? 

"No, winter is coming we need to stock up on food!" Samael answers giving me a confused look

 I exhale " oh thank goddess" 

*** *** * ** ** * *** ** ** *** *** *** ***** **** 

" Tonight there is no bonfire, we only do bonfires when everyone is present" Samael explains.  

I nod looking around my surrounding, we were currently standing at the stairs, the alphas were everywhere. 

some in the empty hallway, a lot of them were crowded in the kitchen making a mess and fighting over what looked like a piece of bone. 

"is Iris here?" I ask when I can't spot the curly-haired girl, I wanted to talk to her 

"yea, she's training some alphas " Samael chuckles 

I raise my brows "she's training them?" 

" she's stronger then all of us put together," Samael tells me taking me out the house, 

it must have to do with her being a thousand years old and a witch! 

we walk for a few minutes, this land was large,  it quite the whole time but not awkward, I was enjoying being outside the air was nice and the night sky was full of stars. 

we finally reach a clearing and I see a few alphas and iris! five alphas were using the trees as a punching bag. What? I don't understand these alphas. 

 " Now we're going to do one on one," Iris says, she was wearing tights and a sports bra and her curly hair was in a ponytail 

"you know I have to say, I don't like what you're wearing" Naois growls glaring at all the other alphas who were watching iris. 

"Are they mates?" I ask Samael, there was this chemistry between them even though Iris acted as she hated him, I think she kind of liked him. 

"no, Naois is just in love with her" 

"oh" 

I look towards them again " okay who's first?" Iris asks 

An alpha stands forward confidently  "oh no dave" I hear Samael whisper under his breath 

"you know I prefer you without the sports bra," the alpha says in a husky deep voice, 

he was huge with light brown hair that was gelled back, where did he get the gell?

"Is that so?" Iris rolls her eyes 

" oh y- " before he can finish the sentence Iris twists his arm and pins him to the nearest tree 

"you cheated! I wasn't ready!" the alpha yells 

I laugh along with everyone looking at Samael who had a small smile on his lips, unlike the other alphas who were rolling on the floor laughing their ass off. 

"Are any of you going to take this seriously?" Iris growls angrily 

"I will," I say walking towards her

"oh no, no, no!" Samael shakes his head pulling me back " alpha Andrés put me in charge of you and if you get hurt he will kill me" 

"beside Iris will crush you" a familiar voice say 

I see Chris standing in the back " speaking of experience" he adds 

"do you really think you can take me on?" Iris asks 

I nod "I think so" 

"I would like to watch the two of you fight," Dave says coming in between us "please fight... dirty" 

"that's enough, Dave" Naois rolls his eyes pulling  the alpha back 

"are we going to 'fight' or not?" Iris asks giving me a challenging look 

"yes" 

"No," Samael says with a flat tone " Luna, let's go" 

I sigh " fine" 

"Damn" Dave frowns 

"Iris, can I talk to you?" I ask 

" sure, come on let's go to my room" she nods " Samael will you take over?" 

"Can I come?" Dave asks following behind us " you should really take a shower Iris-"

 Iris kicks him where the sun doesn't shine and he groans falling to the floor. 

Samael shakes his head " get up dave" he growls stepping over him "that's what you get for being a pervert" 

Iris loops her hands around mine and we walk back to the house " that bite looks nasty" she smirks 

"yeah" I agree

when we get to Iris room the first thing I notice is two large black bags on her bed "are you packing or unpacking?" I ask 

"packing, I'm leaving tomorrow," she says 

"what? why? please don't go- no wait please take me with you!"I beg 

"I can't Amma, I wish I could" she frowns  untying her hair 

" I have overstayed my stay. Ibiza is calling my name" 

" don't leave! I will be the only girl in a house full of alphas!" I exhale "I need you" 

" I'm a renegade Amma, it's what I do. I leave but I also always come back" she explains 

"okay but before you go, can you answer a few questions for me? " 

"okay" she winks 

"before I ask them, I want you to know that I know about Cessair- that Andrés is Cessair" I admit

also, I'm so sorry this chapter is so freaking long! I don't know how that happened! i mean my chapters are pretty long but this is 2297 words...
