Chapter 12 (Edited)

What? 

" where have you been?" he asks " you got the whole pack looking for you"

I start to panic, I don't want to leave.. no- wait! I do, I really want to go back but not like this and not with this drunk alpha. who knows what he'll do if I go with him? 

" who's alpha, Heath?" Cameron asks giving me a cool and calm look

"how do you not know of the great alpha Heath?" a second alpha sneers " you must be living in a cave or under a rock"

Cameron rolls his eyes "trust me, you have no clue"

"the girl comes with us, she's alpha Heath luna," another alpha says joining in

great! Does the whole table of drunk alphas want to join too?...because  We're screwed. they were twice Cameron size.

"so, who's alpha, Heath?" Cameron asks me again

"uh, my promised one," I say looking down at my shoes

"your promised one?" Iris gasps " they still do that?"

I shrug " my pack does"I look at Cameron with tearful eyes " I don't want to go back though, I want to stay here"

And break the curse and then go back but he doesn't need to know that.

"You won't" he grins at my statement,  then turns to the counter "bob, can we get a five-party sized steak pizza and one Hawaiian pizza? To go."

"sure" bobs nods 

"After we're done with you, you won't be able to eat those pizzas" one of them snarls bearing his fangs

" Are you threatening my brother?" Iris growls

"stay out of this bitch"

"oh, shit" Cameron chuckles making Iris glare at him 

" I'll just get Amma out of here" he coughs 

"No! what about Iris?" I ask, she might be a witch but there's no way she can take on those guys 

"You need to help her"

"Trust me she's got it handled," Cameron says as he drags me out

Cameron forces me to get into the car, he closes the door to the passenger side and gets in the front " while iris is handling that, tell me why you're running from this Heath alpha?"

"he's not my mate, I was supposed to mate with him but then my wolf started rejecting him, "I tell Cameron 

"because she sensed Andrés," he says

"yea, whenever he was with me I was in physical pain but my dad wanted me to mate with him as soon as possible, so my mom told me to run away because if I reject him his pack will go to war with my pack"

" that's scandalous" Cameron smirks

that is the opposite of scandalous, it is horrible something as little of me not mating with Heath could start a war. 

" If he finds me then he's going to force me to mate with him, "I tell Cameron

"he won't princess" Cameron ruffles my hair " I will take care of Heath if you can take care of my brother"

The back door opens and Iris gets in holding six boxes of pizza, " sorry I'm late, you forget about the garlic bread" she smiles 

Cameron smirks "I told she could handle" he  starts the car, I look at Iris who didn't look she just fought a group of alphas

 " I have a good feeling about this Amma"

"about what?" I ask the alpha 

"I think we actually have a chance of breaking the curse" 

** ** **** ***** ***

We reach the castle quick, on the drive I watch the sun go down smiling at the beauty. 

It's dark when we enter the castle I help Iris and Cameron and get everything out of the car and into the living room.

"We brought pizza!" Cameron yells

I hear loud heavy footsteps from upstairs, a few rushes through the door frame shoving each other or tripping each other. I swear you could mistake them for five-year-olds instead of powerful alpha rogues. 

Soon the living room fills with alphas "we also bought shirts" I say when I realise all of them shirtless, again. 

"no let them eat first," Iris says biting her lips as  her brown eyes wander on the alphas " I missed you guys" she sighs

"I missed you too"

the guy that says that takes a slice of pizza and walks to Iris "you look really hot by the way" he whistles looking at Iris up and down, I couldn't help myself but watch them. 

I realise that he was the one that tackled me that night... he is also the one that hit me! I glare at him from afar and watch as Iris give him a disgusted look. Good. 

 " I didn't miss you, freak" she growls pushing him 

"aww" he frowns watching her walk away, 

As soon as she leaves the room  his eyes turn to me, he knew I was watching them" how is your head?" he smirks

"I haven't had any complaints yet" I quip

"Ohh she can joke!" he exclaims extending his hand for to shake " I'm Naois the guy that hit your head with a rock, my bad luna."

before I can slap his hand away Cameron joins us with a plate of 10 slices of pizza, two garlic bread he hands it to me " Naois, where is Andrés?" he asks

"somewhere sulking" Naois answers 

"great, Amma go give this to your alpha" he takes out the credit card " and this"

"no" I shake my head

Cameron nods his head "yes"

"no"

his face twists into anger and he presses his lips impatiently  " fine" I sigh giving in. 

I did promise myself that I will try to break this stupid crush after all. 

" where is he?"

"outside," Cameron says pushing me out the door" also try and make conversation with him"

I roll my eyes at him and walk to the side of the castle where they always have the bonfire, I don't know why but I had a feeling he was there.  

Must be the mate pull because I spot his shirtless back sitting on log 12 feet away. Did he just shift back now? I can't imagine being in wolf form the whole day,  I wonder what it's like...

I take a deep breath before I start my walk to him but before I get close two identical huge alphas are standing in front of me.

 I jump at the sudden interruption " you scared me" I exhale

" where do you think you're going, prisoner" one of them spits out

My eyes widen at his voice, there was so much hatred I don't even know the guy. I take a step back gulping.  

They were so tall and muscular that they had to look down at me, they also looked like twins.

" Uhm, Cameron told me to give this to Andrés," I tell them lifting the plate to show them

"it's Alpha andrés" the same alpha growls

I look at where Andrés is seated to see that he hasn't even turned around.  I know he can hear this, why isn't he defending me- 

no, I don't want him to defend me! I just want him to step in so I can give him his stupid pizza and leave.

" Teivel" the alpha next to him  whispers looking at the angry identical man " it's okay"

"go ahead luna" he smiles a little nodding his permission for me to go, I walk away not looking at them. 

 finally, when I reach Andre's I place the plate on the log beside him and the credit card.

should I go? maybe I should say something, what do I say? ' how was your day?'  no that might be too depressing for him...

 '1..2..3..' i count mentally if he doesn't say anything on the count of 10 I am going to leave. '..5..6..7..8..9....10' i sigh and turn to make my way back to the castle

"What is this?"

I turn around smiling "dinner," I tell him

"I know that. what is this?!" he snarls

"pizza?... and garlic bread and your credit card?" I list off,

Hasn't he ever heard of pizza? I know that he's a wolf all day but everyone knows what pizza is. Right? 

maybe he doesn't, I can't believe I'm doing this but I guess I should show him how to eat it.

I pick up the plate and sit down on the log next to him,  I pick up a slice "what are you doing?" he asks his eyes following my movement as I take a bite. 

"Uhm, isn't obvious? I'm teaching how to eat a pizza" I tell him taking another bite "it's easy. some girls in my pack eat it with a fork and knife  but that's dis- oh you don't care.."

He gives me a blank look his dark brooding brows raise a little bit, he is still confused? oh, goddess. 

I chew on the piece of pizza and look back at him with wide eyes "sorry, I just totally stole your pizza"

 I apologise again putting the slice back " obviously you know how to eat pizza" I add laughing awkwardly

recognition dawned on his face soon " I want you to leave now" he says his jaw clenching

I nod gazing at him, oh my lord he is beautiful! He had small dark freckles on his forehead, left the side of the cheek and all over his chest, I wanted to spend time connecting the dots.

it's not fair that he has to be so good looking and a bad person! I sigh looking at the full moon 

"you know we're mates, right?" I say 

I should shut up and walk away before I mouth vomit. 

'please stop' my wolf whispers 

"I am aware thank you for reminding me" he murmurs

I turn to him to see that he was eating the pizza that I took a bite off, technically we kissed, right? since my lips touched the pizza and now- what am I thinking about? No, I don't want to kiss him!

'then stop staring at his lips' my wolf groans 

I avert my eyes from his blush sharp lips that were really captivating- I need help! no, I need to kiss those lips- 

I need help! 

I open my mouth only to be interrupted by loud chatter and howls  I look behind me to see all the alphas outside getting ready for their usual bonfire. 

oh, thank goddess! I was going to say something embarrassing! 

 Chris and Cameron were piling sticks after on top of each other "I got this" iris smiles after they finish 

I watch as she  raises her hand towards the sticks and suddenly they catch on fire "wow" I gasp

 I never in my life have seen anyone do witchcraft, it was pretty awesome! 

I turn to Andrés to ask if he can do that but my breath hitches when I see that he was already starring back at me with intense brown eyes that make my stomach twist. 

 "what?" I whisper

"what?" he shrugs 

"nothing" I blush

I know a lot of wattpaders don't read stories that are not completed that is why I'm going to try and finish this first and then edit it. hopefully when it's finished people will give my story a chance!
