Finn glanced up from his phone, looking at the monitor to somehow find her there. The thought of knowing that she was in the same building as him made his adrenaline rush slightly faster than usual.

She's here...

Those words echoed in his head as he tried to breathe. Finn paced back and forth at the gorrila area with his hands in his head. A low groan escaped his throat when he thought of losing his match in front of her.

Losing to Seth Rollins he could handle. But losing to Seth Rollins in front of Celine Bevis? No, he'd rather end his career before letting that happen. The mere image of Celine happily congratulating Seth repulsed him.

But the more he thought of Celine, the more he wondered what Seth could've said to her. He wondered if Seth tried to convince her to stay in Europe to upset him. Now would be just petty. Even for Seth.

Seaking of the devil himself, The Architect stood by him with a cocky smirk plastered on his face. Finn frowned, remembering what Celine had told him. Surely, he wasn't that upset. Would he even go as far as to get into trouble with Management just to spite her?

"What did you say to her?" asked Finn as he turned to look at him. He wasn't even going to bother with the pleasantries. If he disrespected Celine, whatever friendship they had ended right then and there. He going to forget he ever considered him a friend, let alone a good person.

"What do you mean?" Seth inquired, confusion appeared on his features as he stared back at his opponent.

"Don't play dumb, Seth!" he snapped, startling Seth. "She told me about your little conversation. I want to hear from you what you said to her."

Seth observed how Finn was angered by the mere mention of Celine. The Irish was normally a chilled dude and he almost never lost his temper, unless it involved someone he cared about. It dawned on him how much he liked Paige's sister and he wasn't going to have anyone bullying her.

So, he decided to show his true colors. Seth chuckled arrogantly at the man in front of him, crossing his large arms as he I'd so. If rage was measured on a scale, Finn would've broken it when he saw Seth's reaction.

The Architect suddenly frowned, "You want to know what I said?" He stood tall, lowering his voice as people passed by them. "I told her that I like her."

Finn's eyes widened like saucers. "That's right, Devitt. You're not the only man who set his eyes on her." he confessed, glaring down with grinded teeth. It was as if his words left a bitter taste in his mouth. "I'm guessing she didn't tell you that part, did she?"

He looked away in disappointment. There was no reason for her not to tell him, right? Even if she... Even if she feels nothing for me.

Seth looked at the monitors just as the bell rang, signalling their turn to get ready. "Since your little girlfriend is out there-"

"Celine is not my girlfriend." Finn interrupted harshly, scowling at a smirking Architect. But then he realized, this was his plan.

It was his plan to upset him. To make him want to push Celine away so he can have her to himself. Celine didn't want to tell Finn about Seth's emotions for reasons unknown, but he was almost sure that it wasn't because she wanted Seth. That couldn't be the reason...

And it almost worked. Almost.

"Since she's out there, how bout we put on a good show? How about..." Seth paused, putting a hand on his chin to scratch his subtle, pretending to think. "We prove once and for all who's the better man in that ring?"

If there was a defining moment of how badly Finn Bálor wanted a fight, this was it. Seth's a cunning man who needs to be taken down. He should've given Seth freakin Rollins another ass whopping a long time ago and today has to be that day.

And what better reason to kick his ass?

"Gladly."
