I settled myself down after getting home and completing my homework. With tennis at a pause, until the weather starts to warm up, I can have more time for myself. I took a warm shower and threw my hair up in a towel to prevent any drops of water falling.

I could hear the faint buzzing of my phone. Rounding the corner from my bathroom, I saw the screen of my phone light up with text messages. Mina's name read four times on my lock screen.

Mina:
Jae, Seokcheol just friended me.

Mina:
HE MESSAGED ME

Mina:
IT SAYS 'Hi'

Mina:
Oh wait, he's was just asking about the math homework.

My thumbs hovered above the keyboard on my messages. On one hand, it seems kind of suspicious that Seokcheol would just randomly ask her out of people, including his friends, for help on math. Then again, Mina is one of the smartest girls in the grade, so it makes sense that someone would ask help from her.

Me:
Keep the conversation going.

Mina:
How do you expect me to do that?

Mina:
He just told me that he's been getting a little confused in the class.

Me:
Offer to tutor him.

Mina:
That's a good idea.

Me:
See, I'm full of them.

I dropped my phone back onto the soft surface of my bed and unwrapped my damp hair from the towel. After treating it and blow drying, I returned to the bed, pulling out my laptop to scroll through social media.

One of the first pictures I noticed was one Eunsung posted yesterday. It was him with his girlfriend, Deiji getting smoothies. She was a petite girl with a soft, skinny face and always had perfect spiral curls in her hair.

Yooni was listed as one of the people who liked it. She even commented with a couple of other people, complimenting how cute they were. It hurt me seeing Yooni having to watch him in a relationship with someone else after developing feelings towards Eunsung.

Not long after seeing Eunsung's post, I saw a video Sagang posted five hours ago. The camera started on Seokcheol paying drums. I didn't even know Sagang and Seokcheol hung out. As the camera panned around what looked like a garage, I noticed Eunsung there too. Next, a younger freshman that I've seen Sagang with a lot came into the picture next to a keyboard, and a kid I knew to be Seunghyun holding a bass.

They all seemed to be jamming out to an instrument expect Eunsung and Sagang himself, who were holding microphones. Smiles were spread across their faces in the pure pleasure of the music they were creating. I looked under the video to read the caption.

My eyes caught sight of a red dot hanging in the corner of my notification box, indicating something new. I gave Sagang's video a like before opening up my notifications.

Message from J.Han_Frying.Pan: AYE YOU'RE THAT JAEHWA GIRL

Looking closer at the profile picture, I recognized Hanji, Sagang's older sister in my direct message notifications. I didn't see it that much before, but looking closer I could really see familiar features in Hanji that I've seen on Sagang.

She really seems like a character, just from what I experienced Friday at the basketball game. I would like to get to know her better. After a brief moment of staring at the notification, I slowly clicked on my direct messages to text back.

Me:
Yeah, it's me. Hi, Hanji.

J.Han_Frying.Pan:
Yo, what's up?

Me:
Not much. You?

J.Han_Frying.Pan:
Just eating green tea Kit-Kats. I love them. What's your favorite candy?

Me:
Those sound really good. Uh, my favorite is probably Reese's.

J.Han_Frying.Pan:
Ooo, nice. Although, when you try a green tea Kit-Kat, that answer will most likely change.

Me:
Haha, I'll have to sometime. Why did you message me, btw?

J.Han_Frying.Pan:
Dinner is ready. I'll talk to you tomorrow.

Me:
Oh, okay. Bye.

I closed my laptop with an expression of confusion before shaking it off and going downstairs to get dinner of my own.
