I created a new region in the pokemon world which means that there are the Arata's starters. I don't want to give out too much information about the arata region. I'll only take a pause between chapters, when an unknown pokemon, or something you guys never heard of in the pokemon anime and I'll explain it to you. Although the pokemon Professor Medora had was a fully evolved starter, I'll start from the beginning.
