--Earlier before the 2 chapters...

Frantic footsteps on wooden floor reverberated throughout the house. Toby had just called Tuyoki and she understood the situation immediately. You see, readers, Toby wanted a game; a game that is special, a game that teaches you to not be violent, a game that is in another dimension, a game that is real.

The game we all play now, known as Undertale, is real but just in another plane of existence.

Toby ran towards the bookshelf in his living room and took out a book. Hidden behind the book is a small, camouflaged button. His finger is now just centimeters away from the button. Hesitation settled in.

He knew his mistakes would come back to haunt him, and now. The time has come. Taking in a breath, he pushed the button and stepped back. The shelf moved and reveals a staircase. He tracks down the stairs and switches on the light switch at the bottom with his pointer.

Standing in the middle of the room, was a built portal with a small stair to walk into it. Metal bars were shaped in a circle was on top with many wires connecting to it. Toby stared at the machine before him.

He used this to create the game, to create a story. He created LIFE in another plane of existence through codes inside the dimension. Snapping his fingers, the portal powered on and a swirl of blue was seen. He stood firmly with a serious face. He then walks inside the portal confidently.

Knowing that he will save his creations fills him with DETERMINATION...

Sans whips his skull around with the rest to see...

Tuyoki.

"Stop. Please. You're making a mistake." The woman says. Sans looks at the woman warily as she is a human. "Why? Why put us here? Why make us suffer?" Sans asks Tuyoki. "I-I-I....I'm sorry. I'm not your creator. I'm their illustrator and animator." Tuyoki says hesitantly.

Ink glances up at her when she said illustrator. Tuyoki notices the movement and looks at Ink. "Hello Ink Sans. Guardian of AUs." Tuyoki greets him. "G-Guardian?" Ink stutters out in confusion. "Yes. Guardian. You knew you didn't created them, you helped created them. You also protect them from Error Sans." Tuyoki states to him as Ink blushes rainbow and looks away in shyness with a smile.

"Dream Sans. Giving positive energy and optimistic to all around you. Keep up the good work." Tuyoki compliments and Dream Sans smiles brightly. Tuyoki then turns to Blue who looks almost wanting to explode from happiness at seeing a new human. "Swap Sans or known as Blueberry, the most adorable Sans out in the AUs and an innocent sinnamon bun." Tuyoki gushes as Blue jumps into her arms for a hug while blushing blue.

Tuyoki then turns to the glaring Sans. "Classic Sans or to most just Classic. The original and start of where everything began, without your existence, there would be no AUs. We didn't put you here, Sans." Tuyoki tells him. She sets Blue down and walks towards Sans and kneels to his height.

"You were created here Sans. This is your birth place. To be honest, you weren't suppose to know about all the resets. But Toby wanted a right hand man in here. You were the best bet. Unpredictable but trustable, comical but serious, your character is more than meets the eye, Sans. Everything about you, makes you the perfect judge. Toby might not want you to know about the fourth wall, but he does want you to be the protector and to have at least some knowledge on what's happening." Tuyoki explains.

Sans turns to her with an exasperated look which Tuyoki replies with a soft smile. "Sans, this is why most AUs are created with a Sans first. You're mysterious, special. You are the start and you are the finish. People have different perspective on reality, but reality is just an illusion made with light and warmth. Sans, here in Undertale, it is reality. But with a chance to change the past if a reset happens." Tuyoki tells Sans who sighs and looks at her.

"Realities like these may seem bad, that's because good things has to have a disadvantage to balance one another. You and the AUs are practically immortal in a way unlike my dimension." Tuyoki tells him. Sans looks away, considering the thought. "I guess..." Sans sighs and looks at Tuyoki who smiles and stands. She then looks at Tem who nods at her as if it's a signal.

"If that is all, we must leave immediately to find Annoying Dog and Toby Fox." Tuyoki announced. "Eh? I understand Toby Fox but why Annoying Dog?" Dream asks curiously. "Hmm, well, Tem is my helper in this dimension. She has half of my soul and looks after this universe." Tuyoki hints to them.

"You get the drift?" Tuyoki turns to them.

"Annoying Dog is Toby's half..." Ink gasped.

"WE GOTTA GET TO THEM BEFORE ERROR DOES!" Blue yells in worry.

They all rush out in search for Annoying Dog but stopped when they heard a loud whimper not too far from them, but far away from town. No one can hear it except them.

"Let's go!" Tem tells them and they ran off, following the sound of whimpering.

-in a nearby forest-

The portal opens and in comes a young man. As soon as he stepped out into the snowy ground, the portal behind him closes. His head immediately turns to the right where his soul felt a tug and hears a whimper sound followed by a few whispers.

And so, the man tracks over to the location where the sound was heard and where his soul was tugged.

A/N: Thanks for reading. Sorry if it takes a really long time. Stories I wrote like these takes much longer than my art book in which I publish my art more frequently. These stories are much more longer because I take less time in writing it. But if you're still here reading, thanks and props to you ;)
