Fang POV
I was cooking breakfast for myself when suddenly there was a knock at the door. I quickly through on a plaid button up shirt and went to go answer the door. When I open it I see a shy Minotaur girl standing at the door. " Hello, can I help you?" I ask politely. Suddenly my sister steps out from behind the girl. 'Of course she's involved'. " Hey bro, how're things hanging" she says. " Lucy, why is there a Minotaur girl at my doorstep?" I ask " Oh, that's Leah and she's the liminal you'll be housing." Right. I got signed up with the liminal home stay program as a way to meet new people and learn more about different cultures. I had made modifications to the house such as wider halls and higher ceilings and doors, but I didn't have any idea what liminal I would get, I didn't make too many adjustments.
"Well Leah, it's nice to meet you, my name is Fang Rikido. Why don't you guys come in, I just boiling water for tea." The two girls followed me to the kitchen and sat down as I made them some tea with honey. After we had finished, I offered to take them on a house tour. I showed them Leah's room, my room, the laundry room, bathroom, and living room. When we were done, Leah spoke up. " Excuse me, I was wondering where the milking room was?" My face turned white as a ghost. " M-m-milking room? I don't think we have one."
Suddenly Leah's soft expression turned sour " Great job Lucy! You stuck me with another stupid family that doesn't know the basics of Minotaur care! Now I have to go to one of those pervy satyr farms to get milked." After this, she sank to her knees and began to softly cry. " Hey!" I interrupt " Sis, why don't you take Leah into town so she can get familiar with the neighborhood, while I see if I can whip up a milking machine. Shouldn't take more than 2 hrs." I set to work collecting what I need as the girls head out.
2 hrs later Leah POV
As Me and Lucy were on our way back from shopping, I started to think about if living here was the right choice. Man, Fang is annoying. The town he lives in is nice, but the whole fake nice act he was putting on is pissing me off. I mean there's no way in hell he can fix up a milk machine in two hrs. Please. He's just another pervert whose after my body. As we get to the house, I knock on the door and am met by a grease stained Fang. " Hey guys" he says, flashing a smile " your just in time. I'm just about to restart the power" We follow him up to a room that is next to my bedroom. It has a sign on it that says Special Activities Room: Knick before entering. We go inside and I see a recliner that has been jery rigged into a milking chair. " This is nice, but how do I know you don't have creepy hidden cameras here." I say accusingly. Fang's face goes red as he starts to studded " W-what makes you t-th-think that. Y-y-you can even scan for them. I-I-I swear I didn't put any in the house." Lucy whips out a black device and after doing a full sweep of the house, confirmed there were no hidden cameras.
3 hours and 1 shower later Fang's POV
Man, what a day. I walk by Leah's room, before going to bed and slipping into my pajamas. As I removed my shirt, I stated down at my right arm. I stared at the diamond shaped mark on the palm of my hand, the only indicator that my arm wasn't real, but rather a metal fake. I think about what it would be like to have a real arm again, to fly without setting off the metal detector, to feel the snow on my fingers, and to be seen as a regular guy. "Guess it's best if I look after a monster girl. The whole world thinks I'm a monster myself" I whisper before drifting off to dreamland.
