Manifest grants her inhuman speed, strength, and durability, she can manifest stuff and even manifest dimensions. She can bring people to that dimension if she wishes to. She can also cover her hand in some black liquid that hardens and turn her hands into claws, the black liquid goes up to half of her arms. The downside to this semblance is that she has a demon-like personality that talks to her and if she uses her semblance too long it will take control.
