Hello guyzzz this is the 2nd chapter it's the introduction about the female lead and a bit about her past life. The female lead has a twisted past.

Anika's pov-

I am Anika Nair daughter of Akriti Nair and Abhishak Nair and granddaughter Akhil Nair the owner of Nair company. I have two sibling one sister and one brother and I am the eldest among them.

I also have an aunt name Prite Nair and uncle name Arun Nair who have two children the first born is older than whose name is Vicky Nair and second bore is Eva Nair she is almost same as me.

My family is not in good terms with my aunt and uncle as the first born of my grandfather my uncle inherits the most shears of the company and didn't let her father take anything from the company but still my father manage to take a good position in the company.

My aunt always taunt my parents for having daughter as first child, because the first child is known as the most capable child for business but her family don't let girls work they still have the old fashion thought that girls looked good in kitchen.

And everyone in my family knows that my big cosine brother Vicky is going to be the next C.E.O and my grandfather will soon announce him as the next C.E.O of the company.

When I was child I didn't know anything about this and my aim was to become the C.E.O of the company and one day I said this to my family and everyone laugh at me and my aunt taunt me "women are not allowed to do business she look good in kitchen and following orders of his husband and a bitch like you will not suet as the C.E.O of the company my son will be the one who will be the next C.E.O" and I was shattered that day.

I always bring god marks in academy my parents loved me the most until my brother. They still love me but don't give attention to me anymore my mother do regret to have a girl first but my father never he loves me so much and I love my family to and I never want to lose them.

As time pass their love started reducing but I still love them my mother love my sister because she was beautiful but I wasn't and never ever try to look beautiful I study and work hard so I can stand on my feet and reduce my parents stress.

One day my mom comes in my room I was spooked because she never came to my room I she want to talk to me she calls me out my mother don't show me affection but she never talk rude to me.

She politely keeps her hand on my head and said "listen dear we have fixed your marriage with the grandson of Rohan he is the next hair of the company you will leave happily with him"

I don't want to get married but I don't want to reject my mother so I agreed for the marriage.

"Soon after I got engaged with him our marriage was not sheduled because our parents were waiting for Rohan and I to complete our studies I you to meet him two times a week I love to send time with him and talk to him I was happy that I am getting a kind and good husband but soon my happiness got ruined.

I was going to meet him at her home where I see women heels and when I get in I see my sister Eva was sleeping with him my whole world broke the one I was thinking he is a good and kind man become a cheater.

He sees me and stood up from the bed I get near him and slapped him and said "I thought you love me and we were engaged then way you cheat me"

He laughed and said "love hahahaha what do said love I love you think before you say who would love an old fashion girl like you"

Tears were coming out of my eyes but I controlled it and said "but we were engaged..."

"We were engaged only because your poor father begs to my father for this marriage" he said cutting my words. And starting badmouthing about my father and started insulting him.

After listening to his words I got angry and slapped him and ran home and said everything to my parents but my mother didn't listen to me she said "no beta we can't cancel this marriage you have to marry him any how"

I was shocked after listening to my mother's words she is telling to marry her daughter with someone who is having an affair with my cousin.

"But mom he is having an affair with Eva..." while I was saying my father got a call it was my Rohan's call who was breaking the engagement with me.

After listening this my mother hold his head and sat down and said "now what will we do how will we show our face to the society"

Saying this she started staring at me and soon stood up and said " It all your fault you can't even keep a men by your side Anika how useless are you that's how you return as what me have done you all these years me raised you and that's how you are paying back to us"

I was shocked by listening mom's word I said "mom it wasn't my fault that he cheated on....."

I wasn't done talking but sister shouted "mom sis papa is getting heart attack"

We rushed near papa my sis called the ambulance and we reached to the hospital and admit him I was panicking outside the door and soon uncle, aunt and Eva also came, my blood started boiling seeing her but I controlled myself.

I between my aunt taunt "oho we were coming with good news about Eva marriage and see what happen I listen Rohan break the engagement with Anika.... Umm no worry's dear abb we will find another men to become Anika's husband or kyuki wasa bhi koyi cahe kitni bhi kosis kar le ussa kabhi aukat ke bahr ke chezz nahi milti... I mean Anika or Rohan ki zori wasa bhi acchi nahi lag rahi thi but Eva or rohan ki zori lagta he bhagwan ne bana kar bhaji he.

(However no matter how much someone tries to to take something out of his reach but he can't take... I mean Anika and Rohan were not a good match but Eva and Rohan looks good match like god have there match.)

"Oh ya I forget to say I got a call from Rohan he said he loves Eva and want to marry him so we are planning for their marriage"

My whole family was shocked but we didn't focuses on my aunt because all or focuses on our dad.

Soon doctor came out of the cabin and said "it was just a miner heart attack so no need to worry"

I was going inside the cabin but my mother stopped me and said "you are the reason of his condition so don't try to go close to them it will be better if you die no need to came home you are no more our family get out of my sight and never show me your face"

I was totally broken tears start coming out of my eyes my fiancé whom I love cheated on me my father got heart attack and my family also abandoned me I ran home take my belongings and ran away with a broken heart and boiling blood

I started doing part-time job and taking small online projects to earn I was in college at that time so I also have to pay my collage fees but I somehow manage to do pay all of them soon after my college end I started a startup with my two friends Radhika and Shivangi fortunately my startup was a success and I become the C.E.O of my company

In the mean time I was in touch with my sister and brother who use to say everything about what happening in the house I send money to them every month and call my mom that have she got the money only to talk to her but the rarely pick up my phone and don't talk much.

Anika's cabin

Anika was doing her work in her cabin after some time Shivangi entered and sitting on the sofa started staring at Anika who was working on her table.

Anika sees her and asks "what happened why are you staring at me like this."
Shivangi stood up and asked "Is your work done? Are you free on Saturday?"
Anika replies "My work is never over and I am also not free on Saturday".
"You are always busy at work, just how much work do you do" Shivangi said this with a sad and irritated face.
