Reader's P.O.V.

I was falling. Down towards the Earth's mainland after falling out of one of the humans flying machines. My hole life flashed before my eyes, as i reach up to the sky. The tank i was in, falling above me with half of the water still inside it. How did this happen? What did i do wrong. Well... I can trace that back to a few bad discussions.

~~°rewind 6 months ago°~~

"Sis, slow down!" i yell swiftly swimming after my older sister. She was only older then me by 300 years, but it didn't matter much. "Hahaha! You're so slow!" she yelled at me as i continued to chase her. Soon enough, however, we were getting dangerously close to the land humans call America.

"Nola! We should hed back!" i yelled at her. She just turned around and said "Aww look who's scared!" i blushed at her words becoming frustrated and flustered.

" i am not!" i yelled back, but only to receive a chuckle from her. "Oh are you now? Well if you ain't scared then how bout you go over there and steal a few of the humans fish!" she said, mocking me.

I huff saying "Fine!" that right there. Was the biggest mistake ive ever made. After i caught up to where my sister was, she pointed at a human floater that was only a few hundred fins away.

"Realy? That looks so easy." i said as the floater tossed a net into the water above a scool of fish. "Well if you're a scaredy squid then don't go steal their fish." she said to me with a Sly smirk on her face. I puff my cheeks. "im not a scaredy squid!"

i said. "well then go do it!" she said back to me with no hesitant vibes. I huff turning up my head and starting to quickly swim towards the human floater. When i got close enough i got the bright idea to steal all the fish, so i went underneath the net while using my fin to swirl all the fish into a small whirlpool. All The fish all start to drift away in a funny motion.

I smile forgetting about the net above my head. I look over to where my sister is and grind "Hahaha i did it!" i yelled not noticing my sisters look of horror on her face as the net wrapped and tangled around me. "Y/N!" she screamed swimming for me. She got to me as i struggled in the net.

It was scratchy and it poked me a lot to the point of drawing blood. My sister tried yanking the net off me only to hurt her webbed hands. "nola! Don't leave me!" i scream as i start to panic.

She panics as well looking at me "i have to go get mother and father!" she said. I looked at her petrified as the net started to bring me up to the surface of the ocean. I cry as I try to reach for my sister only hurting my arms more with the net. "please.."

i ask as she looks at me shaking her head. "i have to get them. Ill be back!!" she said just before swimming off. I look up still slowly reaching the surface of the ocean as i say to myself "what in the underworld have i gotten into..."

(yes i know short but meh. Deal with it.)
