Saved (Lupin's Arrival)
Cloaked figure towered to the ceiling
Roaring, screaming growing louder
Terrible, terrified, pleading
Intense cold
Deeper than skin
Drowning downward
Inside chest
Inside heart
Suddenly,
"Quiet!"
Woken up at last
Shivering light
Handful of flames
"Go."
Cloaked figure glided away
Warmth spread suddenly
A small smile
Knew his name.
This is a found poem from Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Askaban. I don't own Harry Potter. I just borrowed some of its words to make this lovely arrangement.
