I looked down at my thumbs and began to fiddle with them. It was her, Serenity was talking. But what's happening? A semi-annual Run of Freedom? Are they going to release us into the wild or something? I looked back up as Evelyn gently nudged my shoulder. I looked at the table, she pushed a tray of food towards me. She gave me a worried look, "Ethan aren't you going to eat? You haven't eaten anything since we got here."

I shook my head as I pushed it away as if it were trash. But realization hit me, I haven't eaten anything in a few weeks. Unless she has fed me through my comma. I looked at her and got up.

"Excuse me, but I'm going for a walk, I don't feel so hungry," I get up and walk out of the cafeteria. I see Xavier excuse himself also and heading my way. I quicken my pace and head out the room. A guard, I'm guessing, just looks at me and nods. I pass through the door frame and quickly run down the hallway. I'm nearing the end of the hall and turn the corner. I'm cut short after I run into something or someone. I quickly look up and see a young girl. I can't see her face but I get up and hold out a hand for her. She takes a hold of it, but something runs through me. I study her closely and notice that she's the girl from my vision. I give a small gasp and pull her up. But my head begins to make my vision go blurry. I look at her face and I clasp my hand to my mouth. It's the exact same red eyes and white hair. Her expression quickly changes and is replaced with a worried look. She extends her arm and places her hand on my cheek. I flinch at her touch, she begins to speak but I'm on the verge of breaking.

"Hey are you okay? Do you need to go to the nurse?"

I fall on my knees and grasp my head. My eyes are wide open and I began to panic. But it isn't me, I'm not the one in this situation. It's Xavier, he's in control again. I start to pant and have trouble breathing. I try to talk to him but he's blocking me. The girl crouches down and shakes my shoulders.

"Hey! What's wrong? I'm going to get help."

I can only wheeze and cough in return. I needed to snap him out of it, I tried to gain control over my voice and right arm. I somehow successfully did and yanked her back down. I wheezed a bit more until I finally talked,

"D-don't. I'm sorry for making you worry, you can leave if you want." 

"No."I look back at her but she doesn't budge. She stays there and sits down, leaning against the wall.  

"I'm going to stay here with you, I don't know why but I feel like I know you from somewhere. You seem awfully familiar." She spoke and gave a quick smile.

A chuckle erupted from my chest up to my lips. I guess Xavier came back. I ran my fingers through my hair and sat down next to her. I feel like I know her from somewhere else not only from the vision. Then a word popped up from out of nowhere precise, 'Daughter.' I released a sigh and calmed myself down. 

Xavier on the other hand introduced me, "I'm sorry about earlier. The name's Ethan by the way." I smiled.

"I'm W-winter. Winter Arrows."

Another image flashed through my mind. The plate on the door, it said 'Arrow 18.'  I mustered up the courage to ask her, "Are you eighteen by any chance?"

She chuckled, "No, but I'd like to."

"Why'd you ask?"

I looked at her and stumbled upon words, "N-no r-reason precise."

She smiled slightly and sighed, "Come on we should go to the cafeteria, they're going to have another announcement."

"Y-yeah, let's go." I placed my palms flat on the door and bent my knees to get up. Soon after I held out my hand. She smiled and took a hold of mine. I returned the smile but it faded quickly when her finger tips touched mine. This scene triggered another memory, but this time it wasn't anywhere unfamiliar, it was in this same hallway. A young male dragged Winter from the hand and another dragged me away. I tried to escape his grasp, and so did Winter, but they were stronger than us. I was able to reach her for a split second, I was only able to grasp a few fingers.

"Ethan!" she exclaimed.

"Winter!" I yelled but it was no use, they had taken her into a room and I into another.

I quickly snapped out of it as I tugged Winter back up. She gave me an "are you okay look". I cleared my throat and sighed.

"I'm going to have to tell this to Evelyn." I groan. Winter snapped her head at me, and had an odd expression on her face. Her eyes held sulk, guilt, and happiness. I nearly tumbled to the floor as she jumped and pulled on my sleeve.

"Hey hey hey! Calm down Winter!" I yelped.

"You know Evelyn? Evelyn Parker? How about Ethan Parker?!" she yelled.

I held a surprised look and tilted my head. I actually regained control over my body, Xavier wasn't in here. 

I grasped her arm, "Y-yeah, she's my sister."

I sighed, "Why?"

She began to tear up and chocked out a sob, "I c-can't believe it,"

"It really is you,"

Winter suddenly pulled me into a hug and held me tightly. I stood monotone for a second but quickly hugged her back. I held an arm around her waist and the other on her head. Winter grasped my shirt from the back, and so did I from the side. We let go of each other, for what felt like minutes, and I hold her face in my hands. I was slightly dazed by her sad beauty. I let her go and stare into her red eyes.

"What are you talking about?"

She hiccuped," They showed your picture on the T.V in the cafeteria, you were completely different."

"Well this is me. I'm Ethan Parker, but I do say, I am slightly different." I smile at her and nudge her. 

We began to walk down the hallway, the hallway had a pale blue dust to it and the windows were slightly dusted and cracked. I hung my arms to the side of my stiff body, I kept my eye out for any guards or "him" exactly. The ends of my mouth curled into a smile, I felt a small warmth in the palm of my hand, I was flustered. I was holding her hand.
