It's been years since Natalie Daniels lost her grandfather.

She's not the helpless new-to-the-adult-world person that she used to be.

She has a job, friends, a life. That is until she loses her job, the right to ever speak to her friends again, and her life is is overtaken by an organization that needs her help.

They say that what they are doing will only benefit mankind, and that with Natalie's help, the task can actually be fulfilled.

Fearing for her life, and slowly being convinced that what she's told is truth, she joins them and is ready the help with their cause.

But what about when they're finished building a computer programmed world to test the minds of young teens in? Someone has to test it out obviously. And Natalie turns out to be the perfect person for the job.

But what about when Natalie realizes she affects this test in a way that could get her killed if someone found out? She hides it of course.

But not all secrets are easily kept, especially when all the data is going directly to the computer running the entire program.

Will feature characters from the series such as: Natalie(duh), Kent(Dr. Rivers), Bridget, Reid, Henry and Martha(John's parents), and more...

Okay guys. This might not be a permanent thing, but I had a few people message me about making a prequel for 'The Test'.

It's here for the time being, but I might delete it or even stop posting chapters to it altogether if I get bored of writing it (probably won't happen but just a warning). It will only be a short story about Natalie, roughly a ten to fifteen thousand word story with however many chapters I decide to write.

But for the time being, this is my idea for 'The Computer'.

Will start posting once 'The Program' is finished or maybe sooner.
