The Savannah
Palms would welcome your sight,
As you venture on the crispy grass.
Fresh air throws your hair in flight;
Do you desire nature in all her crass?
Pay a visit to the ever reviving land.
.
Dripping like honey from the comb,
Pleasures only adventure can give.
Amidst gazelles, make a home,
Experience the grassland, live;
For there's more to see.
.
Sparking gems in cloudless skies,
Feel the chilly breeze, inhale.
The grandeur on which time flies,
Just within reach, exhale.
In the warm summer of July.
.
Yellowed leaf in golden flames burn,
A deer runs past, Amidst the rustling.
Dry foliage cremated to be reborn.
Again, to follow endless circling.
Now, as mortal, keep a distance.
