I watched Olive carefully. How can be so proud of everything. I like her so much but she dose'nt see that.  I would do anything to keep her safe. I watched her as she was looking at Dawns new pups. I see Olive talking to Peppermint, peppermint is always puting thorns in my nest. I growled. Somme walked over to me. " Are you coming with us flea-brain, or are you going to keep mooning over Olive?" I shook my head. I wasn't going to look at hind-legger mutts. I layed down. Horan and her were giggling and laughing. Cherry had a new little follower. Stupid me! The 2 new pups charged around amp playing chase the elk. They had everything so easy. There was a dark grey pup with a white ear, his name was smoky. The other pup was blue with a grey tail, her name was canopy." Hey get up, if you want her so bad talk to her, show her how you feel." I looked over to see pollen talking to me. Her green ears flicking. I sighed. " I have tried but she likes him." I mummbled. " That shouldn't stop you, I got my mate by him basicly telling me everyday how he felt. Finaly i gave in once he showed me he really cares." I nodded. I was going to show her I cared! I had already saved her before!  Horan and Olive got up and walked away together. I growled. Peppermint walked over to me. " You are really a bettle-brain aren't you? Go after her!" She lectured me. I scrambled to my paws and ran out.

I ran through the forest. I had to get to her! She needed to know! I crashed through bracken until I found them sitting by the lake talking. I charged through until I reached her. I heard him talking to her. " And Olive, I really like you." He mumbled. She stood up looking stunned. She just nodded and started to walk towards the bush I was in. She walked right past me sighing. Maybe she dosen't like him! " Olive, Olive!" I yeled trying to catch her. She turned around. " What do you want?" She snapped. I took a step back. " Nothing." I said whimpering. I could feel my heart shattering. After that she just ran off.
