I padded back into camp after talking to Horan. I can't believe Splotch chased me down just to say 'Nothing'. Ugh! Peppermint padded over to me. " So have you chosen one yet? I know its hard." I shook my head. I scraped my paw on the ground. I couldn't get Horan out of my head. Splotch was just so annoying. That's it. I was going to chose Horan. Horan always made my day. I looked up at the starlight. I saw hare standing on top of his howl rock. He let out a ghostly howl. Others joined in. I stammerd than let one out. It came so smooth. Horan walked up nest to me and howled.

I layed down in my nest next to Peppermint. Sleep washed over me like a wave. I woke up with the pitter patter of rain on the roof of the den. There were angry grunts and howls outside. Then there was Hares voice. I jumped up, others following me. I ran out of the den, to see another pack attacking us. Dawn fighting off some wolves trying to attack smoky and canopy. I charged at the wolf and ran into his side. He tumbled to the ground. I looked at his face and realised this was the same wolf that attacked me. Anger rose in my chest. I grabbed his tail and tugged. He yelped than grabbed my throat. I kicked him in the chest and he let go. I leapt at him and landed on his back.I bit his scruff and pulled back. He fall on his back squshing me. I yelped and bit his back. He yelped and leapt up. He grabbed my scruff and threw me across the clearing. I fell to the ground with a thud. I squinted my eyes trying to see. A brown and white wolf dashed across the clearing and leapt at my attacker. Rain soaked my pelt. There was a howl of pain and the running of paws. I layed on the ground in to much pain to move. " Olive please talk to me!" There was a whimper. I opened my eyes slightly to see Horan looking at me with tears in his eyes. " Y-you saved me." I said choking on air. " Of course I did. Come on get up and fight by my side." He helped me to my paws. Energy surged through my entire body. A small black wolf was attacking Tanqig. I charged across to him. I leapt at the small she-wolf. She fell to the ground yelping with terror. I grabbed her scruff and shook her. She yelped in pain. I threw her down. She scrambled to her paws and ran out. " NEVER COME BACK!" I yelled at her. A tail touched my bleeding shoulder. I turned around to see a starry figure of Shine nodding to me. I whimperd. " Sh-". " Yes you see my now, but beware danger lay ahead, be around the right wolves and we will always miss you." Shine spoke, but her figure started to fade. Horan was fighting off the last wolf who just ran away. I charged to him. " Horan! Horan! I like you to!" I yelled gleefully. He turned to me his eyes shining. " I like you to." He barked joyfully.
