OK,so,a few weeks ago I was reading a horror story. Anyway,I won't go into detail,but someone made a joke about  Freddy Cougar's twin brother. I agreed,but then a few hundred horror fans came and started correcting everybody("his brother is Homicidal Liou,ya dummy") and all turned to utter chaos.
Anyway,who is Homicidal Liou? And who names their kid that? Well,unless Freddy got to name his brother...
