Kim grew up and after her primary schooling years came to and end, she had to attend secondary school. She was at that time 11 years old already. She had in front of her, six years of school to attend before she becomes an adult. Like all teenagers, she had many dream jobs but everyone kept reminding her of her parent's company. The company named Hitsugaya edition was specialized in the editing of videos for any people.

When she was 13 years old, Kim became what is known as an Otaku, someone who likes to watch anime. She became friends with a group of three other girls and joined the Eastern Asian culture club of the school. It mainly was about anime and kpop.

When the seniors left schools, Kim's group took the job of being leaders of the club. Kim was the dance mentor along with the vice president of the club. The president was supposed to take care of the kdrama stuffs, while the secretary was the anime expert and the treasurer was for the traditional stuffs. Unfortunately Kim discovered they were fake friends and left the club and even ended her friendship with them. Many people were flabbergasted at the news and tried to bring her back but she stood firm and resisted. She was by then 16 years old.

She found herself some new friends, and started thinking about her life. She had only two years in front of her before she became an adult. She knew she was bound to become the boss of the company but it just did not suit in her way of life. She wanted something more of an adventure.

Thus she decided to start her own youtube company and had in mind to make that become the actual work in the company. With her friends, she started looking for names of the different channels they were launching. It was very hard to find an original name, one that didn't exist already and they came up, with much effort with the name Crimson Lys for the main channel. Crimson represented their school uniform as it was of Burgundy and lys was because of the color too...

Then came the name for the branch channel, Crimson Kalon with Crimson again representing the school while Kalon represented beauty, hinting that the channel was going to be about beauty, fashion, art and many other things related to artistry. Her friends fussed around about her being the ceo of the company but Kim silenced them all saying they were a team. Kim admitted she was an authoritative and bossy person, but her friends were okay with that and accepted her like she was unlike her ex friends.

Making the first video was tiring. The shooting itself took a whole day. They had to try many angles as the lighting was different and then there was the script problem. They were very confident about improvising, but then Kim blanked many times and they had to start over and over again. Finally the script was done and the shooting went on smoothly and they called it a day at 4 o'clock in the afternoon. Later she was sent the videos and started editing.

Kim set the day of uploading the video and started working on editing. They had mock exams coming up very soon and she had to revise too, so she spent her nights in editing the video. She got bored many times and paused but then started working again. Unfortunately due to exams, her friends couldn't really help in the editing but they all added a thing or two to help and in the end, they uploaded the video one day before the due date. It had taken a week to edit because Kim had gotten bored or had been too tired to edit.

The more she thought about it, the more she saw it a better idea. She finally decided to take up the company but she would turn it into a company specialized in the making and editing of youtube videos she created. The company soon changed to Crimson Lys. The first thing to do was renovate the place. While this was being done, Kim and her friends took their school as studio.

Kim's best friend named layla dawn had plans to study in France for her tertiary education. Kim also wanted to study there, and thus they decided to live together even though they would study different subjects. Kim's friend had to go before her as she was doing her last year in secondary school while Kim still had two years to attend school before she would move out too. The company would still be her main work, but she wanted a citizenship in France itself. She kept thinking about it and then finally made her plans.
