He was sitting in a dark box into which light passed only through a crack between the boards. He didn't dare leave the box because he didn't want anyone to see him, but his hunger said something else. He looked around again, but all he saw were some electric bracelets. Suddenly he felt the plane he was in began to land. After a while, the plane just stopped and heard humans open the door.

"Hurry up guys. We got program delay and we have to deliver these boxes to Lumiose city till evening. So move these boxes on Ferry in 30 minutes and we are leaving."

He heard people start taking away the boxes and just held his pouch closer to his body. After a while, the box he was in was lifted. He had to be silent to not make attention. He then heard water flowing in river. His boxes then was placed bigger thud that made him bang into wall of box. He felt in his arm pain, but he had to still be quiet.

"Hey watch out on that. If some of those Poketches are broken, it will be taken from your payment."

"Sorry boss. I am still new with these forklifts."

"Then you should learn fast. Anyway this was last box. We would be in Lumiose city before sunset, but we have stop before."

He felt the ship move and he became more and more nervous. He was hungry, in pain, and sooner or later they would find him.

Ash POV

I shot with my head from bed with heavy breathing. I looked around to see, that I was back again at my room in Pokecenter with Clemont. I then looked to ground to see my buddy, who was looking at me with a questioning look. I motioned to him, that I will go out to jog. He looked at me worriedly, but after a while he lay his head on the ground again. I quietly closed the door behind me and walked out of the center. I couldn't go to bed again. I wasn't even tired and I didn't want to be in bed all the time waiting for everyone to wake up. It was still dark after all.

Why did this happen to me again? I was in a different body again, during a sleep, but this time it was different. Last time I just saw it with a look, but this time? This time I felt like I was right there, heck, I even understood what people were saying and even felt it. Maybe I'm just hallucinating. Much better than having nightmares.

I returned to Pokemon center after sunrise and I found everyone already awake and eating breakfast. When they noticed me, they looked surprised. Pikachu, who was in Serena's lap again, ran after me and jumped on my shoulder and rubbed his cheek against mine.

"I told you, I just went for jog buddy." I said to Pikachu and pet his head. I then felt how my stomach is already screaming for food, "Sorry guys, for worring. I will be back in minute, I just need to clean myself." I said to others and noticed, that Serena was looking on me with absent gaze. When I waved my hand to return her to present, she looked embarrassed and her face was full of red color, "Are you ok Serena?"

"Ye-yeah I am alright." She said and she covered her face in her hair.

I just then runned back to my room to get wash my self from sweat. Pikachu separated from me and ran back to others. We have battle today, so let's get ready.

Serena POV

Why did I looked so much on him? Oh yeah, because his T-shirt was soaked in sweat and it showed outline of his muscles. I looked down to see Pikachu looking at me with curious look. I looked away, hoping to avoid another look just to notice Bonnie looking at me with a smirk on her face. I began to pretend to think only of food. Pikachu immediately went to his meal, which Clemont had placed on the ground, but out of the corner of his eye I could see Bonnie watching me with a smirk.

"I need to go check something, I will be back in minute." Clemont said and left dining room and left me and Bonnie only two of us and pokemon in here. After he left Bonnie then lean to me.

"So tell, do you like Ash?" Bonnie whispered with small gigle. I froze and blushed.

"H-how did you c-come up with something like that?" I said trying to sound calm but it was opposite of calm.

"Maybe, because yesterday you completely changed mood, when you saw Ash again or now? You are lucky Ash and Clemont are dense about this, but I'm not. SO tell me, do you have crush on Ash? You have two things to do. You won't tell me, but I will be sure you have or you will just tell me." Bonnie said with smirk on her face. She doesn't look on it, but she is clever.

"Yes I have a small crush on Ash." I said defeated.

"I knew it. When you looked yesterday at him, I knew something was with you and him. You are lucky I noticed it because I think you would be still thinking of reason, what you are gonna do." Bonnie said pleased with my answer...Wait?! She asked on purpouse me to travel with them so I didn't have think of excuses? She is too much clever or I am bad at hiding emotions. It would make sence, that my mom and friends could read in me sometimes. That was also one of the reasons we separated our ways.

We packed our things and left the Pokemon Center. According to my tablet the gym is just a short walk from the center. After a while, we really came to a building that had two stone pokeballs on the sides of the entrance. When we went to the front door, Viola and next to her was waiting Alexa. I didn't thought it was this Alexa.

"Hi Alexa, good to see you again." Ash greeted her cheerfuly

"Hi Ash, it's good to see you too and I see you have some new companios with you." Alexa said to us.

"Nice to meet you Alexa." we all said together.

"My name is Clemont."

"My name is Bonnie and this is Dedenne." Bonnie said and from her bag poked out Dedenne.

"When we heard, that you will be joining us, I didn't know that it was this you. My name is Serena and I love to read or watch your news." Serena said happily.

"Nice to meet you all and I am pleased, thank you." Alexa said to Serena, "I am happy, that Ash is traveling with someone again because he can always meet some interesting people like were-" Alexa was saying, but was interrupted by Ash

"So Viola, are you ready?" Ash asked interrupting Alexa.

"Surely am so we can go." Viola said and opened doors to the hall full of pictures.

"This will be the official match between the gym leader and the challenger Ash Ketchum. The match will end until one side is unable to continue. Both sides ready?" said the referee, glancing at both sides. They both nodded, "The gym leader chooses his pokemon first."

"This will be the official match between Santalune's gym leader Viola and challenger Ash and the battle will be over when one of the parties is unable to continue. Only the challenger can substitute pokemon. Both sides ready?" said the referee, glancing at both sides. They both nodded, "The gym leader chooses his pokemon first."

"My shot is always focused on the battlefield and victory, and my full lens is on you Surskit!" Viola shouted and trew her pokeball, revealing small blue pokemon with thin legs.

"Surskit, pond skater pokemon. They usually live on ponds, but after an evening shower, they may appear on puddles in towns." said Serena's pokedex and she put it back to her pocket.

"So what do you say Pikachu? Wanna be in first battle of gym?" Ash asked to yellow mouse like pokemon, who only cried with agreement and jumped on battlefield.

"Surskit vs Pikachu, battle begin!"

"Let's make first attack, use quick attack."

"Use protect."

Pikachu was surrounded by white light and then set off at high speed just to hit the energy barrier that Surskit had created.

"I think it it's to skate on ice. Surskit use ice beam on the ground."

Surskit fired a white beam above himself and then began to hit the battlefield everywhere. Pikachu jumped away from all and in minute whole battlefield was covered in ice. The Surskit began to slide on the ice from side to side.

"Wow, this is awesome idea." Bonnie said from stands looking on ground.

"Yeah, this is idea of my sister. She use it to utilize surskit ability. Surskit like this can move really fast on battlefield. It will be hard for Ash to oppose this." Alexa said with smile on her face.

"I think Ash will do great against this." Serena said looking sure on Ash, who looked he come with idea, "And I think he just thought about something."

"Great tactic Viola. Now the surskit can move fast, but what if something moves faster? "Ash said with determination." Pikachu, we will repeat the electric rings?"

Pikachu began to spark, but instead of letting out electricity, he began to concentrate electricity at the end of his tail. At the end of the tail, a circle began to form, which began to enlarge. Then the circle was so large that he sent it on the ground and began to bounce off the walls. Surskit always avoided, but was then hit because others appeared on the battlefield. Pikachu then only began to bounce his tail if any began to approach him directly. Viola just started watching in surprise along with the others in the stands. Surskit had to slip as much as possible from the area of hitting just to meet Pikachu's tail, which hit him and sent him across the battlefield into the wall behind Viola.

"Surskit!" Santalune gym leader shouted to his pokemon. When dust setled, it showed unconscious pokemon.

"Surskit is unable to battle, Pikachu is the winner."

"Well Ash, I couldn't even try any moves before you acted."Viola said and returned her fainted pokemon.

"Thanks. I think, if I didn't remembered this, it would be really hard to put up this. Now Pikachu return." Ash said and his buddy ran to his side.

"You suprised me with that, but my shot is still towards victory. My best len is for you Vivillon!" Viola trew pokeball revealing a beautiful pokemon. It had a gray body with antennas, which was attached to pink wings with ornaments. Kantonian pulled out his pokedex because of the new pokemon he discovered.

"Vivillion, scale pokemon. Vivillion can scales from it's wings to calm the behavior of other pokemon or people. Vivillion can be found in different patterns over the world."

"You may have a shot of winning Viola, but I already have the photo itself. Fletchling, I choose you." Ash shouted and trew his pokeball.

"Fletch!" shouted tiny robin pokemon when it come out of pokeball.

"Vivillion vs Fletchling, battle continue!"

"Vivillion use psychic to show them about what is ice battlefield."

"Quick Fletchling, use double team so it won't be able to catch you."

Vivillions eyes started to glow blue and it started to surround. But before it could it catch from flying, Fletchling's clones appeared and Vivillion then just looked around for the real one.

"Nice job Fletchling, now use flame charge." All the clones were surrounded by fire and then headed straight for Vivillion.

"Vivillion, find the real one with Gust." The scale pokemon began to flutter its wings enough to create a strong wind. The clones began to disappear, leaving only the real one, who had trouble flying closer.

"Fletchling, put your wings to your body." Ash shouted, holding on to his cap so it wouldn't fly away. Fletchling obeyed and made contact with Vivillion with his wings near his body, "Great, now use peck!"

"I don't think so, use sleep powder."

Fletchling flew up and then aimed down on Vivillion with glowing beak. Vivillion released green powder gas into which Fletchling had flown. Fletchling then just flew out of the dazed plan and fell to the ground.

"Wake up Fletchling!" Ash shouted to his pokemon who was lying on the ground.

"Vivillion your shot is now clean, use psychic." Vivillion's started to glow again blue and this it captured Fletchling and started to trew at the walls or ground. After a few hits, Fletchling fell on the ground still sleeping but with scratches on it's body.

"So now it's time for a photo with a flash. Use solar beam." Viola said with smile and her pokemon started to create energy.

"Fletchling you need to wake up now!" Ash shouted to Fletchling who was still sleeping on ground.

"Wake up Fletchling, Ash needs you!" Ash heard from stands and looked there to see Serena with hands holding together.

"Yeah Fletchling, wake up!" Bonnie shouted with fist in the air. Fletchling started to move a little, but still was lying on the ground

"Vivi!" Vivillion shouted, when it stopped and it had ready attack.

"It looks like Pikachu will go back to the battle Ash. Vivillion let's flash this." Santalune's gym leader shouted and Vivillion released his attack. When the dust settled, it showed a crater in which, however, Fletchling was no longer and flying in the sky.

"What?" Viola shouted looking confused and suprised.

"Awesome Fletchling, now use flame charge one last time." Ash shouted with fire in his eyes. Surrounded by fire, Fletchling flew quickly to Vivillion, who failed to dodge and was hit again, then fell to the ground with a bang.

"Vivillion is unable to continue, Fletchling is the winner and the winner of this match is the challenger Ash!" referee shouted and with her hand pointing to Ash.

"Nice job Fletchling!" Ash shouted and Fletchling landed on Ash's hand breathing heavily, "You done amazingly both of you."

"You won Ash!" Bonnie shouted running to Ash from stands with happy face, "You looked so amazing and Pikachu with Fletchling looked like unstoppable." Bonnie added with stars in her eyes.

"Thanks, but I think you're exaggerating a little." Ash said, scratching his free hand behind his head.

"Don't underestimate Ash. That idea with electric rings was a great idea." said Viola, who walked around the battlefield, where the ice began to melt, "And I think you deserve as proof defeating me a bug badge." Viola said and pulled out badge and gave it to Ash.

"Awesome I have got my first badge of the Kalos, bug badge!" Ash shouted and made pose with his pokemon.

"Ash, I wanted to ask about those electric rings you made." Clemont asked looking at Ash and Pikachu.

"You see, I-" Ash wanted to continue, but was interrupted by officer Jenny, who entered the gym.

"Hello officer Jenny, did something happened?" Viola asked looking confused at her.

"Hello Viola, I came to ask you to help me." Jenny said looking to others, "I look you had challengers."

"Only one and that was Ash over here." Viola said looking at Ash.

"Oh, it's you from Prism tower. My cousin said you would be probably staying in Lumiose city."

"I didn't wanted to wait longer for my gym battle." Ash said with fist pumped up.

"What did you wanted to me officer?" Viola asked looking atblue hair woman.

"There are complaints about the crazy behavior of a gym leader in Lumiose city, and I should have asked if you could help me because you're closer than your boyfriend" Jenny said with slight smirk.

"Yeah, yeah, again this." Viola said with little blush, "And I didn't still met the new gym leader at Lumiose city so I am not sure how can I help you."

Officer Jenny was thinking about reason why but couldn't. Luckily for her, Clemont spoke instead.

"Officer let me take care of it, I know the gym leader and I have access inside." Clemont said with determination.

"If you think you can handle it, then yes. But if you don't have time to solve it by tomorrow night, I will contact the previous gym leader." said Jenny then started to leave "I have to go deal with other things now, so good luck." When she left, Clemont looked incredibly nervous.

"Until tomorrow night? We won't have time to get back to Lumiose City by tonight, I'll need time from tomorrow morning." Clemont said uncertainly and began to sweat.

"If I had car, I would take you there, but I let friend to borrow it." Alexa said swaying her head sadly.

"Well, you there is still one thing you can use." Viola said.

"What we can use?" Clemont with Bonnie said suprised.

Viola was thinking for a minute and then said"One of the ways, how to get to the Lumiose city is by-"

"Ferry." Ash said out of nowhere and got suprised look from others. He

"How did you know there was docks Ash?" Bonnie asked looking at him with a confused questioning look.

"I didn't." Ash said and shook his as if trying to get back to reality.

"Ash are you alright?" Serena asked worriedly, watching Ash.

"Yeah, yeah I am alright, thanks Serena." Ash said looking like nothing happened

"As Ash said, next to Santalune city there are docks where ferries often stop and I'm sure one goes today. Quite often people use it for a faster trip to Lumiose city, so you don't have to worry about being let on the ferry. Do you have a way to find your way there? "Viola asked, looking among the others.

"I have a map of Kalos in my tablet, so we will find a way there." Serena said, pulling out her tablet.

"Great, so you better go get to that ferry. Ash, thank you again for the battle and I hope we have another battle soon."

"I hope too Viola. Let's go guys. Bye Viola and Alexa. I hope we will see each other soon." Ash said.

Viola and Alexa watched Ash and his friends leave after saying goodbye. Alexa then frowned and looked at Viola.

"I guess you noticed that, too." Alexa asked.

"How could I not, I knew where you wanted to lead the conversation before the battle, but Ash didn't want to mention it." said Viola in a sad voice. "But I'm not surprised, at his age to experience this would be awful."

"You're right, but I'm angry that he didn't let me write about it. It would be one of the best articles."
