"We believe we know what happened to Hrist." a woman witht turquoise hair in a suit that Ash met for a few times. Ash had gag of rags in his mouth as a doctor was putting back the sticking bone. "I think you figured that Hrist was aura user as you are...well your better half." Ash was about to shoot at her deadly glance, but the doctor fixed the bone back making squeez his eyes. "We scanned her brain and found out that her mind was forcibly opened to change. But it failed because her own aura, her own other side attacked it and forced it to retreat. Not without cost though. Her mind split in two as described by you and started to slowly crumble. There is big chance that it was team Flare behind this. The way how it happened, we don't know yet."

Ash gulped his pills and turned around his arm. "Do we know anything else?"

"Team Flare is really good at hiding. Although if you see their members, you will know it's them. They wear orange suits and huge visor glasses." she replied as she displayed picture of them in docks. Ash's eyes widened at the memories. "Yes Satoshi. This is Viridian city. They appeared there right after your mission. They were around about 7 months, their ship was there. Never left the port until they returned with a huge glowing device." she displayed it on board. It was completely hidden behind the big numbers of grunts.

"Ok, but why tell me?" Ash put up his already torn jacket so doctor could check his chest.

"You asked about them already." she simply said before continuing. "And Mistress says you will need those informations."

This made Ash stop from responding. Another order from Mistress. She could call it whatever she wanted, to him it was an order.

"All fixed. Take these every week so you can have the same energy like normally. Take them too much and you will have addiction and maybe a stroke." Doctor said as he looked over one more Ash before leaving.

"When did you get that Holo Caster?" this made Ash look at her again with confusion.

"My friend gave it to me yesterday."

She chuckled before saying. "Did you know that tracker was placed inside?"

This made Ash completely mute. Multiple thoughts were running through his mind and the picture of Lysandre. Did Lysandre have some hidden plots against him or using him? He communicated with him for months and never he doubted him, but now he did.

"You know, it is nothing new." this made Ash break from his thoughts. "We already learned some of them are being traced. That is why we have people like Sekignar who make sure they do not go into our hideouts." this made Ash relax a little bit, but not for long. "But this makes us question your loyalty Satoshi."

Without waiting, Ash knelt and with his bad arm slammed into ground. "I did not know it was being traced and I followed your orders as you requested. I did what the Society requested."

She chuckled spinning her pen in her fingers. "That is right, but also you would try to turn them down most of the times. One point is doing what is requested. Another is being loyal. The tracker and people you took here with you. Which is why I must test it on Mistress's behalf." she snapped her fingers and a door opened. There satt beated up man tied to chair with a tape over his mouth.

"Who is this?" Ash asked as his eyes went to multiple weapons next to him.

"This is a small Rattata that noticed our organisation and tried to know more." she walked up to tied man and with her high heel stomped on his fingers. His screams muffled as his fingers were breaking. "We know he told someone else and we need to know who it is." She walked toward the door before saying: "You know what to do. When you are done, report to me and dispose of the guy."

After that, Ash was left alone with tied guy. Ash picked up pliers and walked up to him. He didn't want to this, but his loyalty was on the line. If he was cast out, he and everyone who knew about this would be either dead or gone from the world. He also needed to be part of this. If he wished to be ahead of any organisation that would appear, he needed them.

"Ok man, I am not thrilled to this. So you can either tell me now or it will long day and I don't have time for that." the man started to mumble, shaking his. Ash took a deep breath and grab his hand ripping out his thumb nail with blood leaving behind.. The scream was muffled by the tape. Ash ripped of the tape and the man took deep breaths.

"I-I d-didn't tell any-" it was muffled again by the tape and Ash pulled out a hammer and aimed it slowly at his knee but then, a memory came to him.

"Breaking someones knee is better by hand than with a tool. The pain isn't instant, it starts slowly and then the biggest pain comes." it was what Hrist told him during their time in the squad.

He pressed one palm against his leg and with the other in quick motion broke his knee. His screams were once again muffled, but when his eyes met Ash's, he froze. They were completely dead, emotionless. "Let me tell you this. You can either die now without telling us and we will find the person you told to and kill that person OR you can tell us now, be killed and that person will live. Although it is either disappear from the world or die, so it is up to you."

The man didn't budge at all. He was still silent. Ash grabbed bottom of his chair and flipped him on his back. The man closed his eyes from shock before opening them. He realised his gag was gone but it was quickly replaced by rag over his face. His chest was pressed down by foot and cold water was purred on his face.

After a few moments of hearing the man's attempts to take a breath he stopped and lifted him back up. When he took it off, the man was barely conscious. Ash looked down at the man and he noticed a small tattoo on his leg. It looked like a star on fire. He took knife and put it near the tattoo. This made the man flinch. Ash looked up and the man head his eyes closed but still awake. "Don't.  Ash leaned down with his ear. "M-my daughter a-and officer Jenny from Geosenge town." his eyes looked up for a moment and for the first time, his torturer, showed emotion. Although it was only for a moment, he could see sadness and pity. 

Ash grabbed the knife and held it tightly. He knew what came next, but every reason fought against each other. 'You will face a situation when you will have to or will want to kill someone.'

Ash took deep breath and put the knife to man's neck. The man didn't lean back quite the contrary. He leaned it in, his eyes now full of energy that was remaining. "Please, don't let my daughter die."

Ash grabbed his head and after a moment answered. "She will be safe. You have my promise." after that, Ash sliced his throat in quick motion and the man's eyes were lifeless. Ash held the knife, blood dropping down and his eyes still looking at the lifeless body.

The clapping made him finally turn away. "Good. I will report to Mistress your work. We will take care of those two." she pressed pinger to her ear and said: "I need somebody to take care of body." she looked at Ash, but he already cleaned his hands.

"Don't kill the girl." Ash said as he pressed his palm to his shoulder.

"That's not up to you. Although you are right. She won't cause us any trouble even if she wanted to." she pulled out a tablet and looked at him before throwing him back his Holo Caster. Ash looked at surprised for a moment before she continued. "We made the tracker practicaly useless. It still works, but it will never show your precise location. Even if you stop, the tracker will still show like you would be moving. If you want to turn it off, you have the tracker marked. And..." she threw him back his cap. "Our technician took your father's hat and put useful thing on it."

This made Ash's blood boil with rage. He grabbed his hat and put it on without looking. "Tell your technician that my father's hat is off limits." he looked at the hat from all sides but he couldn't see anything.

"I will let her know. But still-" he knew she was going to tell him anyway even if he told her not to so he just listened to her.

The group sat the small cafe waiting for Ash to show up. In the meantime, they explained Korrina the situation with Slash.

"And you are not scared of him? Bonnie almost die because of him. I mean, he would if it wasn't for lucky chance of having a Celebi nearby." Korrina voice was filled with anger, but she held herself down. "And I don't care about that it was suppose to happen or whatever." 

"I agree Korrina. Destiny is pretty stupid." all of them looked up and saw Ash tovering over them with his bag. His clothes were good as new. "I asked them the same Korrina. They won't budge." Pikachu jumped on Ash's shoulder but stiffened for a moment when he smelt his trainer's smell. "Let's go guys."

"Are we taking the same way as before?" Bonnie asked as they got up, they almost all of them yelped when a person that had blue and almost black skin stood right next to Ash.

"We don't take people out by elevator. Do you have everything that you need?" His voice was a little bit hoarse voice. When everyone nodded, all of them felt like something was going around their legs until all they saw was a darkness. "You will be meeting Mistress soon Satoshi." Ash heard last thing from him.

Next moment, they saw bright light blinding them for a moment. When they finally saw something, they saw a route aiming center of the city. But when they looked for the dark man, he was already gone. Most of them felt a little bit sick after the sudden change of place but Clemont could recognise the city. The sun was already setting.

As they were trying to decide what to do, Serena's pokedex started to show multiple notification with messages from her mother. When she looked at them, the last one said: 'Call me on this number. There something important I need to talk to you about.'
