Ash was training another morning with his all pokemon. Pikachu, Riolu, Froakie, Fletchling, Hawlucha and Floatzel, that he took back after giving Tauros to professor Oak.

"Ok guys, let's try it again. Floatzel use aqua jet." Ash's words Floatzel got and after covering it's body in water, it jumped right at other pokemon. "Ok guys, now dodge with spinning." all pokemon jumped toward Floatzel, with paws or wings to their body and started to spin. Everyone did great, but then Fletchling suddenly panicked and it's wing got hit by water. Ash came to Fletchling who shook of water. "Everything ok Fletchling?" but Ash words seems nothing to it. Fletchling flew up and then dived with flame charge into bush.

"AAH." suddenly from bushes ran out Kerten and right behind was Fletchling still on fire and almost enough close to hit him.

"Fletchling stop it, NOW." Ash voice was enough to stop Fletchling in it's attack to turn around and flew before Ash. "What is wrong with you?" Ash asked, on which Fletchling landed on Ash and pointed to Kerten and angry chirping. "Kerten what are you doing here?" Ash asked with confuse.

"I just wanted to see how someone like you is training, ok? Nothing in the bad way, OK? Just curiosity, I didn't expected your Fletchling to see me." Kerten said, but it still didn't calm down Kerten. On other hand, it flew to Kerten and pecked it in the hand. "Hey, I apologized. What is wrong with you?" Kerten asked, on which Fletchling covered it's body in fire and back into normal, like switching light and landed back on Ash, lifting it's wing, where were red stripes on each wing. Spiky yellow hair guy looked at the tiny robin pokemon, as his eyes widened. "Well fuck me, you were my Fletchling." This new infromation did made Fletchling happy in the way, but it didn't make happy Ash. Not at all.

"If this was your Fletchling, could you please tell me, why it underfed in the forest near by Lumiose city?" Ash said between through teeth. Kerten lifted his hands with not knowing.

"I don't know, I mean.... I released it after I caught better flying type in Galar aaaand I thought it would be better free." Kerten said nervous. "I say it now, I don't know what was with Fletchling after that. I sweaaaar." Ash watch him as he wasn't sure. It wasn't the first time he met someone like this, but still it wasn't right by Ash. He already told this to Paul, but he doesn't know what happened with him after Sinnoh.

"If you believe, that you caught better flying type, then how about see, which one is going to be better?" Ash raised eyebrow, waiting for reply. It seemed like Kerten wasn't so tense, as he took from his belt pokeball and threw it in his hand.

"Then let see who is gonna win." his face changed into small smirk, as he went further away. All Ash pokemon stood to side as Fletchling flew up, waiting on it's opponent. Kerten threw his pokeball and it revealed black, dark blue and grey flying pokemon. It was twice bigger then Fletchling. They looked at each other with look to show what they are capable of.

"Corvisquire, raven pokemon, flying type. Corvisquire are intelligent enough to use tools in battle, having been seen to throw rocks at their opponents or use vines to entangle them. Over the course of many tough battles, they learn to assess the strength of prospective opponents before engaging them." Ash put back his pokedex and looked at the Corvisquire.

"Ok Fletchling, let's start peck." Fletchling's beak started to glow and charged at the raven pokemon. That on other hand looked straight at robin pokemon.

"Use drill peck Corvi!" Kerten's voice caught his pokemon, as it started to spin with glowing beak and hitting Fletchling in bigger power. The collision sent both pokemon back, but Fletchling in flipping in the air. It took tiny pokemon a few seconds to get into normal position.

"Ok Fletchling, let's use Flame charge." Ash shouted on which Kerten reacted fast.

"Corvi payback." as they were once more close to each other, Ash smirked.

"Use double team." and when the Corvisquire hit the Fletchling, it dissappeared. When Galar pokemon turned around, the clones of Fletchling on fire were coming right onto it and hitting it. Fletchling after flew out and Corvisquire too. They both looked at each other with fire in the eyes.

"Trick move Ash, I must say. Okay Corvi, use Hone claws." flying type claws started to glow in dark light.

"Fletchling use steel wing fast." Ash said as the pokemon he caught a over two months ago. Kerten smirked.

"Now use power trip Corvi, catch those wings." and with that said, Ash eyes widened and before he could say anything more, Corvi caught Fletchling's wings and started to head right to the ground. Fletchling fought with the the claws, but they were too strong.

"Fletchling Flame charge." Ash shouted with only idea in this situation. Fletchling covered in fire. It hurted Corvisquire, but it still held Fletchling, but it was too hurt, to be able stop flying down. Both trainers watched as flying types hit the ground with big thud. 

Both trainers wtached the pokemon in front of them, waiting to see who would be standing. When the dust settled, both pokemon were standing, but shaking. Both pokemon looked at each other with firm look until one turned into fainted ones and fallen on the ground.

"Well, it looks like I was right." Kerten pronounced and put his pokemon back into pokeball. Ash didn't look at his opponent and just picked up his pokemon. Fletchling recovered and looked at Ash with defeat.

"It is ok Fletchling, it happens, not everyday is winning one." Ash told to Fletchling, but it still didn't look happy more. "Take a rest." and with that he put Fletchling back into pokeball. He then looked at Kerten, who watched him.

"I have seen your pokemon. Don't tell me that with Floatzel and Tauros, you don't have other flying types?" Kerten question made almost do a flip, because he knew what he was saying. 

"I am training and using my pokemon so they can become strong. By using the pokemon I have trained, it wouldn't make them any stronger and think only about the strongest ones isn't by me good way how to train and treat them." Ash words made it clear to Kerten, that he was this type of the trainer. 

"Well it is up to the trainer. I went to the all regions searching for the best pokemon I could catch. One guy told me about train-" but Kerten's next words weren't caught by Ash's ears. His attention got something else. He looked into forest, feeling like something was calling him. There in the forest, stood Lucario. Riolu was with it same.

"Ummm Ash?!" his thinking was broken by Kerten's loud noice.

"What?" he asked as he looked at him a for moment, then back at the forest. The Lucario was gone.

"I asked how are you ready for today's quiz?" yellow hair boy question made Ash to pay him attention. 

"Not sure. I mean it can be just questions or what I already had, where we will see obrys of something, what can look like pokeball, but it is picture of Jigglypuff from above." And he was about to continue, but louds growling from Ash's stomach stopped him.

"Guess I am not the only one with hunger." Kerten chuckled and Ash nodded and returned his pokemon except Riolu, who refused.

"Hey guys, has anyone seen Ash?" Bonnie asked as everyone was after breakfast and were just waiting for next competition. 

"Nope, since breakfast I didn't see him." Dawn said as she looked around. 

"We can't find him and the next competition is starting soon." Serena said worriedly. "He just disappeared." 

"Well, maybe try to ask Kerten. I saw him coming with Ash this morning." Angie stated, which got attention of team Froakie and Piplup. 

"It is probably nothing guys. He will show up right before the start of the quiz. You will see." Barry said with calm on what others almost caught. 

"You are right. Let's go Clemont. I want to be there first." Bonnie shouted and pulled Clemont behind. 

"Not if I will get there. Come on Angie, let's go!" Barry shouted and ran after them. 

"I will be right after you Barry." Angie said, but she didn't move at all. On other hand, she turned to both girls. "Let's go guys ask Kerten." this got Serena surprised. 

"You won't go with them?" honey-blond hair girl asked, on which Angie and Dawn shook their heads. 

"Nope, there is something strange in the air. I just feel it, like last time Dawn, right?" Dawn nodded and Angie without hesitation took Serena and Dawn by hands and took them, but before they could get further-

"Dawn wait!" girls turned around and right to them ran tired Gary. "I need to talk to you." he said, which was surprising and also not calming for Dawn. They didn't talk to eachother from what they did. 

"K Dawn, you have your talk with Gary, we go." Angie said with small tease and took only Serena away. Dawn tried to grab them, but too late for her. So she then turned around to face Gary.
"What do you want Gary?" Dawn asked as she faced Gary. 

"I think we both know what I want to talk about?" Gary asked with smirk on which Dawn smirked back. 

"You mean your big ego? We could talk about it for a whole day." Dawn said and both of them laughed at this comment. After a while, they both stayed quiet, but the atmosphere wasn't so intense. 

"Soooo about what was after party." Gary said with small pause. 

"Hey, I mean I get it, people can get a desires to do it. I won't lie I didn't want to do it. Anyway what I wanted to say, that if it was just in that moment I would get it. I mean, if you don't try to flirt, you can hit on anyone." Dawn giggled on which Gary pouted a little. 

"I take that note to hearth." Gary said in which he couldn't deny, he would laugh. "Well back to the main thing. I wanted to sayyyy, that I am after this camp staying in Kalos for some time and I know you have your things, but I thought... I mean you know meet time to time to talk." Gary said with slight nervosity. This made a small smile on Dawn face, because Gary looked kinda cute, when he was nervous.

"Yeah, that would be nice." Dawn said with smile and Gary smiled too and both of them joked around, coming to the building, where others went for a quiz.

"So you don't know where he is." Angie asked, but Kerten shooked with his head. 

"Nope girls. I had a battle with him this morning and after breakfast I saw him only on the place where we had that battle." Kerten said, which didn't help both girls not much. 

"We will go look there. Thanks anyway Kerten." Serena said and both girls made their way to the field. 

"He looked daydreaming today. He looked to the forest where the ruins were what professor said." this stopped both girls and both of them turned to Kerten. 

"What do you mean ruins?!" Angie was almost freaking out. 

"Umm, you weren't yesterday at the breakfast. Professor told us about new discovered ruins in the forest. He told us about to be careful and not to go there and so yeah, I thought Ash wanted to be a badass and go looking there." Kerten information got Angie into freaking out. 

"Where?!" Serena was worried, but how Angie reacted got her. 

"Well I am not sure, but I guess behind that field behind houses. Also aren't you scared a little too much? I mean, if he even went there, what would happen?" Kerten calm voice wasn't right thing for Serena and especially Angie. Angie took Serena by hand and pulled her. "Aaalright, I guess see you at the the quiz girls?" Kerten said, but both girls were gone. He shook his head at Angie and went where the quiz would be. 

"Angie can you tell me, what is happening?" Serena asked confused as both of them arrived to the field. She then noticex something white in the grass. She went to it and touched it, which was a little bad idea. Because it was very sticky and pull away finger wasn't easy.
"What is that?" Angie asked as she looked at it and then she noticed, that there were more coming from forest. 

"I think those are Froakie's frubbles." Serena said after she looked at them. Angie without words came after them and Serena followed her. "Angie could you tell me what the fuck is going on? I am scared for Ash too and I might be same as you are, if you would tell me what it is and what did you mean by like the last time? "

Angie spoken after a while of silent and getting more into the forest. "When I met Ash in Sinnoh, it was on Summer academy, remember?" Angie as she made eyecontact with Serena. Kalosian nodded. "Well, to the end of the summer academy, there was that wierd thing what happened. It started with I think his name was Conway, he started to act strangely and then he disappeared for a whole day. Nobody could find him until evening, when we had night race. Me and Ash ended up together even though we weren't together. We would just ended up because we always wanted to win. And then, we both met at the old ruins, there was a strange girl, but we thought she was just trying to show how to get back go camp. But she talked only about coming to play with her." Angie words made Serena make a goosebumps on her body. 

"Sounds creepy." Serena commented, on which Angie made a small laugh.
"That isn't even the end. As we stood there im the old ruins, out of nowhere appeared Dusknoir and he wanted to attack the girl. We idiots thought it was just trying to hurt the girl, so we started to fight with it, but before we could do anything more, behind that girl opened a portal and it started to suck us in. I failed in holding and I almost fell into that portal, but then Ash caught me. To our luck, Dusknoir hit the girl with attack and so she fell into that portal. After that, the portal closed and we were able to get back to academy. Professor Rowan told us, that he doesn't know much about those ruins, only that the rumors says it can pull you into another dimension." this made Angie shivered and Serena too.

"That sounds like some scary story you would tell at the fire." Serena tried to light up mood, but successfully. Serena sighed and asked something what was eating her. "Then why are you so worried about Ash?" 

"Beacuse I owe it to him!" Angie's voice was slowly cracking. "I would fucking die or was gone in some hell dimension and Ash would be probably with me." Angie words made Serena sad. "He hold me there, but he wasn't strong enough to hold us both. I told him to let me go, but he instead shouted, that until he can do something, he will never let me go. And he would be probably go with me into that portal, if it wasn't for that Dusknoir. And since then I just have need to how happy I am for it." Angie said, which got Serena scared. In Angie's mind, she still heard those word. 'NO WAY! I WILL NEVER GIVE UP! EVEN IF THAT MEANS FOR EVER!'

"Y-you mean?" Serena asked, which has breoken Angie from thinking and laughed at it. 

"Don't worry Serena. It was maybe akward for me to meet Ash that same year, but I don't like like him." Angie chuckled and Serena sighed. "Maybe I am just sceptical and paranoic, but until I see, that Ash didn't diseppeared into some ruins and nevee came back, I will go look there." Angie's mood changed back to her fire one, which made Serena smile. 

Both girls followed the path from frubbles until both of them arrived to the huge ruins. There were many fallen pillars and some statues, what looked like pokemon with shields. Serena and Angie looked at all of it, until their eyes fallen on raven hair guy with Riolu, Froakie and Pikachu, standing right infront of huge cave. 

"ASH!" both girls shouted. Pokemon looked to them happy and when Ash turned to them he looked confused. 

"Girls, what are you doing here?" 

"Us?! We went to look for you. What are you doing here?" Serena said as she made her way to Ash, but Angie was faster. 

"You know what happened last time right? Old ruins, summer. You really want to get into another dimension?" Angie said angry and smacked Ash on the head. 

"Ouch!" Ash said as he rubbed his head. "Yeah, yeah I remember." 

"Then can you tell me why are you here?" Angie asked, as she looked at Ash. 

"I don't know, I just feel it is making me to come here." on these words, both girls grabbed Ash by hands and tried to pull him away. 

"Ok, Ash now you go with us. Angie told me what happened then, so you will be happy to go with us and don't try go the ruins that are calli..." Serena's words stopped in her throat when right infront of them landed four pokemon. It were those pokemon from statues. She felt nervous as all of them watch them and she wasn't alone. 

"What are these pokemon?" Angie asked as looked at Ash. 

"Don't know." Ash said as he watched all four pokemon. They were all similar to each other, but also different. He then took out pokedex and pointed at the one closest to them. 

"Tapu Koko, Land spirit pokemon, Electric and Fairy. The lightning-wielding guardian deity of Melemele, Tapu Koko is brimming with curiosity and appears before people from time to time."

"Tapu Fini, Land spirit pokemon, Water and Fairy. The guardian deity of Poni, it can control water. People say it can create pure water that will wash away any uncleanness."

"Tapu Bulu, Land spirit pokemon, Grass and Fairy. It makes ringing sounds with its tail to let others know where it is, avoiding unneeded conflicts. This guardian deity of Ula'ula controls plants."

"Tapu Lele, Land spirit pokemon, Psichic and Fairy. It heals the wounds of people and Pokémon by sprinkling them with its sparkling scales. This guardian deity is worshiped on Akala."

Serena held to Ash more of the need to hold something then to take him back to the camp. Angie looked at the pokemon with suspicion, but all of them didn't watch back. Tapu Bulu, Lele and Fini flew over them to the cave, leaving Tapu Koko with Ash, girls and Froakie, Pikachu, Riolu. 

Pikachu let out some sparks, but then noticed that Ash or Riolu weren't feared by it. Pikachu looked at Froakie, who looked confused as him.

"What are you doing here?" Ash finaly spoken after a while, on which Tapu Koko pointed to cave.

"Ash, I don't think it is a good idea." Angie stated, but Ash didn't react on her words, instead he started to made his way to the cave. He was about to continue, but Serena was still holding, so it broke him from going.

"Ash, I think it is really not a good idea. We don't know what is there and this is getting enough creepy." 

"I know Serena, but I have to." Ash insisted. 

"Why?" Serena asked worried. 

"I just feel it. I don't know, but these Tapus aren't here for a random reason and this feeling is making me sure." Ash said with with certainty. Serena looked at him for a moment, but then let him go. 

"Ok, but we are going with you." Serena said and Angie nodded. 

"Yep, you didn't let me go then, so I won't now." Angie added and stood by Serena. Ash looked at them and chuckled to himself and so they all went in following Tapu Koko.

As they all went through cave, there were many pictures on the walls. Serena and Angie looked at all of them with thinking what they mean. On some of them were humans, but with longer ears and staffs or creatures looking like humans and skeletons. Ash's attention caught picture of two Earths. Both of them looked same on the begging, but further they went, the pictures changed until one was, what looked like exploded. He watched all the pictures. After the one exploded Earth, the others were that one looked same and the second one was changing. Then bellow one pictures of two Earths, there were humans, but one had something, what looked like lighting bolt on it's hand. 

Before Ash could think more, Tapu Koko loud voice broke them from watching and Ash noticed why. They were in the huge oval room, where were two pillars on each side of the room with symbols behind them. Lightning bolt, water drop, leaf and something what looked like some kind of shining. Ash's mind then went what Pokedex said. Electric, Grass, Water and the last one had to be Psichic symbol, but what it meant. 

All Alola guardians flew on the pillars and they put their shields together and placing on the pillars. After that, room started to make wierd noices, which didn't make Serena and Angie comfortable at all. 

Suddenly, the ground between pillars and from the ground lifted a wierd stone ring. Angie's eyes widened. She was about to tell Ash, what she thinks, but Ash already indicated her, that he is just sure about it.

Ash made steps to the ring, that was near to the wall and he looked around it. Girls watched Ash still unsure of what is going to happen and they weren't alone. Pikachu, Froakie and even Riolu now didn't know what would happen. 

In Ash mind then started to sound many voices, that he didn't get, where were coming out. 

'Destiny'
'Danger'
'Hate'
'Magic'
'Aura'         'here'
'I don't trust people.'
'Betrayed'
'Haha, you think you are the only one?'
'You did what I needed the whole time!'
'Destiny is a shit'            'here'
'Shit, they are here.'

'Here'

Ash eyes opened and he looked at the ring again. He went to it and without hesitation, he press one place, which reacted on making a small hole in the ring. Ash then placed his hand into it. He felt something happening. He could feel something was flowing down on his hand, something hot. 

The ring started to glow around and it was slowly moving into the midle. Ash then suddenly felt two hands on his sides pulling him away, he looked behind to see Serena and Angie. 

"We told it was bad idea Ash, now see this!" Angie said and pointed to the, that was in the midle glowing. "This is another portal and you wouldn't listen." Angie's eyes then has fallen on Ash hand and the widened. Serena looked there and noticed, that the red fluid was dropping from Ash's hand. 

"ASH! WHY THE HELL DID YOU PUT YOUR HAND IN THERE?" Serena shouted and took out her favourite handkerchief and put on Ash's hand, tying it strongly around. Ash looked confused at his hand, he didn't feel any pain in it. He didn't feel anything cutting his hand, yet that cut was there. 

"Ok now we are l-" Angie's words were interrupted by another voice. 

"Well fuck me, it really worked." the voice was deeper and rougher. All of them looked around, but nobody else was there in the room with them, but Ash then noticed his pokemon. They were all looking at the portal. 

The blue glowing portal started to change. From the mid, it started to make a new colors. Ash then noticed something was moving in it. 

After a few seconds, the portal showed something that totaly shocked all trainers. 

There in the portal stood a bipedal pokemon, that stood on two legs, with yellow and black spicky fur with some parts blood on it. It's arm was bleeding, which was held by the other. By it's side, stood man. He had torned clothings and what looked like some armor, dirty black hair and scarf over his's face. What got everyone attention, was the his arms or more precisely, arm, metalic arm. It looked damaged, but was moving in way, like normal one. Ash then looked at man's other hand. It had cuts in many placed and some burned scars, but he then noticed lightning bolt on his hand. 

Ash looked at the man and he returned it, but with wide eyes. As Ash's brown with the one from other side with beige eyes. Riolu's eyes then widened, as he felt something impossible.
Before someone could think about something more, there was explosion, that wasn't on their side. It was behind man. 

"Zeraora go, you won't have another chance." man's rough voice with a hoarse voice. Zeraora looked at him and shouted, but it's hands suddenly let out pulse, which sent Zeraora right to Ash, Angie and Serena. Ash ran to the pokemon, but it ignored Ash and looked at the man. It tried to stand up, but flinched at the pain.

Right behind the man, wall exploded and into that room entered creatures, that shone in blue colors. Ash thought for a moment, that thdy were humans, but those creatures didn't react and they were emiting some kind of electricity.

"You tried, you really did, but hiding in the cave won't save you." someone new said from the room on other side of portal. Girls watched everything, but only Ash and the man noticed the place the voice was coming from. There stood another big man, he had black hair, his eyes were glowing blue and his right hand looked like replaced with something in a way electric hand. The man's eyes then fallen on the group. As the Pikachu looked at the creatures

"I didn't hide idiot." the man yelled who threw Zeraora.

"GO FOR ZERAORA AND KILL THEM ALL, MAINLY HER!" the man said, on which all the creatures made their way to the portal. Everyones eyes widened, but before they could say anything, a new blue glowing started to emit, blinding for a moment everyone. Ash after some time could see, what was happening. The mans hands were close together between them was blue orb and it was getting bigger in its size. The creatures started to charge at the man. 

Ash had no idea what was happening, but he knew what to do. "Riolu Aura sphere!" and Riolu didn't wait for it. Riolu charged in his hand similar blue orb and threw it through portal at the creature. The ball hit the creature closest to the stranger and pushed the creature on other ones. All creatures fallen on the floor.

"Thank you Ash." the man said as he put the giant orb over his head. In the meantime, his scarf fell off, but the person didn't mind, it would be over anyway. He then looked at the boy, he once was. "Protect him and her." he said with small grin.

Ash was speechless and girls too. The one, who pushed Zeraora, who was talking in the deap tones and had metalic arm. It was Ash himself. He was a lot of older, then Ash, but Ash and Serena could remember those z-marks and other outlines of his face. Although he had already small beard, but there could be seen scar over chin.

Before they could  say anything, Ash from another dimension, had the orb so big, that it was all over room.

"AAAAAAAAAAAARGH" they all heard and after that, there was a huge explosion, which closed portal, but it also made a huge earthquakes. This made cave they were in, to colaps.

"Everyone get out." Ash shouted and took over his shoulder Zeraora's arm and started to take him. Girls both ran ahead, but still looking behind for Ash. Ash held colapsed thunderclap pokemon, while going around fallen stones. Pikachu, Riolu and Froakie covered them all with attacks, but then one bigger pile has fallen right on them. 

The pokemon trio tried to get out, but it was too heavy. then Froakie saw, how big boulder was slowly falling on  Ash. He saved him, when they were in Lumiose, he listens to him and do what he wants. Now he won't let anything happen to him.

The cave is irradiated with light and from the pile of stones jumps out growing Frokie with glowing sharp object in his hand right over Ash. 

"ASH WATCH OUT!" girls shouted as they finaly spotted the stone over Ash. Ash looked above him and covered his head with one hand, the other still holding unconscious pokemon, but then he heard battle loud behind him. Suddenly the stone cut into half, then into quarters and smaller pieces. Right in front of him landed his Kalos started, in darker colors and bigger size.

Ash wanted to continue, but then he realise other pokemon are still there. Suddenly piles of stone flew away and right out flew out Guardians, picking on the way Pikachu and Riolu.

Everyone ran out of the cave, the ground was still shaking, so everyone ran to the field, with the no trees or stones. The trees were still shaking and flocks of pokemon were flying out of the trees.

After a while, the ground stopped shaking and everyone sighed. Ash then looked at his pokemon, all safe.

"Thanks Tapu-" Ash wanted thank to Alola pokemon, but they were no longer there. He then turned around to look for them, but they were nowhere to see. He then looked at Zeraora, who was breathing heavily and was still bleeding. "We gotta go back to camp girls. We need to get Zeraora to Nurse Joy."

Girls went by Ash's side, but still couldn't believe it. Both girls looked at eachother, but then at Ash with one thought.

'What have you done Ash?'
