He couldn't move. Something was holding him from moving. He couldn't see it. But then his attention cought something in front of him. It was blue flame and it was getting bigger in its size. He saw, how everything around him was covered in it and was slowly getting to him. He was fighting with the invisible power and could feel, how it was loosing, but it was too late. The blue fire got to him and took him almost whole in it.

Serena POV
I am not sure once more, what woke me up. If it was from window, Bonnie who was shaking with me a little, the small headache I had or the smell from the kitchen. '

"Serena wake up! We overslept!" after those words, my eyes open up wide and I shot with my head up. 

"How much is it?" I asked looking for clock. 

"Enough so we missed breakfast. But it looks like Clemont is making one. I haven't see Ash in the morning so I guess he is also sleeping." I nodded to her and held one hand on my head. Bonnie probably noticed me, because she made small grin"I guess the party went good?" 

"Yeah. It was. But I think it will be ok. I think have hangover." I said as I slowly stood up. 

"So you had alcohol yesterday." 

"Maybe a little." I said with slight embarrassment. 

"Come, you are probably hungry." Bonnie said and went out from room. It took a while to get into the standing. When I finaly got into hall, I could see Bonnie knocking on Ash. "Wake up Ash!" she shouted, but to our both surprise, from the room came only Clemont. 

"Good morning girls." he said with rubbing his eyes. 

"Hey Clemont, if you are here, then who is in the kitchen?" I asked pointing to him and then to the hall. 

"What are you talking about?" he asked confused as us. So he went a head. I perked into their room. Ash wasn't there. 'Maybe he was training after all?' I thought to myself. 'Then who is in the kitchen? Maybe Gary?' 

When I entered the room, in which was living room, dining room and small kitchen, I smelled pancakes. On the table was placed jam, honey and many other things. They were from cantina, because it they were in small packets. 

"Good morning guys." I heard Ash's voice and I saw standing at the kitchen and in his hands plate of pancakes. "I figured you would be sleeping for a longer time, so I thought about going to cantina for info for today and sone food so you can sleep." Ash said casually. I looked at him with wide eyes. 

"You didn't tell us you can cook." Clemont said and I agreed. 

"You never asked. Also I think I can't compare to you." Ash said and mentioned us to sit. I took one on the plate and after small work with opening packet of jam, I took the piece  of pancake. It tasted awesome. Yeah, it wasn't as good as from Clemont, but still. 

"This taste so good!" Bonnie shouted and I nodded. 

"Well, the main thing is jam or other things you put on it." Ash said as he sat to us.

"But you need to make good dough for it." Clemont said with smile, but something looked off to me. 

"Yeah Ash, who thought you how to cook?" Bonnie asked as she hapilly picked next piece. I looked to Ash, who seem to thinking. 

"Well, it was one friend from Unova I traveled with. He helped me to cook some soups from Brock." Ash said and hell another new companion that he traveled with. He then took out folded paper and it was map. I looked on the map, but it surprised me how huge it was. And on the first and second part were some obstacle. 

"As the proffesor said yesterday. It had three parts and the last one is ending at the start. On the first part you will go Clemont." Ash said on which Clemont.

"I guess you have a pokemon for me already, because we all know I don't have pokemon big enough to carry me." Clemont said with small with small scratching behind his head. I was curious what pokemon he get for Clemont. 

"Well, when I was getting it, Shauna, Tierno and Trevor came to me, if I didn't have some pokemon. So you and probably Trevor will have the same one." 

"Aaaand what is that Pokemon?" Bonnie asked narrowing Ash. 

"Two of my Tauros." Ash said, but something on that sentences didn't fit. 

"You mean your both Tauros, right?" Clemont said, but Ash scratched behind his head. Ok, so what this time? 

"No, two Tauros out of thirty. I have a whole herd at the lab in the Kanto." and after this, I always thinks, that Ash can't surprise us more. But before we could ask more, Ash got up and went to the door. Pikachu jumped to him and Riolu was by his side, but he seemed not knowing what they are going to do. 

"Where are you going?" I asked Ash who was about to leave. 

"I am just gonna make call." Ash answered me and he looked like he forgot about Riolu, because he then noticed him standing by his side. "Riolu, you can wait here with others. After all, I think you will have to call someone too Serena. Am I right?" he asked me, on which I hesitantly nodded. I kinda forgot about it. "Cool, so wait on Serena here and then we will see at the field." Ash said to Riolu, but with the way, how Riolu was looking at Ash, he seemed confused as me. Ash and Riolu never leave each others sides. But before I could think more, Ash was gone without Riolu. 

Fifteen minutes later

"So where do you think they are?" I asked Riolu, who was trying to find Ash and he wasn't alone. I needed a small support from Ash to talk with my mom and so I wanted Ash and Fennekin, so I was now walking with Fennekin and Riolu looking for Ash. I finaly could hears Ash voice behind the corner as we entered bigger building. 

"-so nothing new I guess?" Ash's voice. He sounded disappointed. I walk around and saw Ash holding phone and watching screen. There was some women in what looked like some cloack. "Ok, good bye." he said and turned off the phone. I looked at him with rised eyebrow, when he turned to us. He looked surprised for a moment, but then smiled. "Oh hey Serena, where are others?"

"They are looking for field, where we can train. Who did you speak with?" I asked looking at the screen.

"Just someone from Unova. Nothing important." he said and looked behind him. "Do you want to make a call?" 

"Well... I wanted to call my mom about Rhyhorn, you know so I can ride on something today." I said looking over him on the screen. I was curious who he talked to, but I guess this isn't my business. 

"Cool, then go a head, I won't bother you." he said and picked up Riolu. I was about to grab for him, but he was faster gone before I had chance. I looked at screens and I was very nervous. I looked at Fennekin and she made smile for me.

"Ok, let's go for it." I said and went to the computer. I dialed her nomber and waited and had to thought. A lot was to think about. Ash, traveling, Rhyhorn racing, Ash, journeys, Clemont, Ash, Bonnie, doing what I want, Ash...

'Oh Arceus, you are so much into him. This isn't even close to Calem.'  This is for sure crush, I can't deny that anymore and totaly more, probably...

"Oh my Arceus, Serena, hi, how is your traveling?" Mother's voice broke me out of my train of thoughts.

"Hi mom, how are you?" I asked nervous.

"I am very fine, I had yesterday training with beginners and what about you? How are you doing with your training? You must had a diligently schedule, if you hadn't called me for, how long? Two months?" Mom told me and raised eye brow at me. I felt how I was sweeting.

"Yeah, in the way, I was about to-" I said, but mom interrupted me.

"Call, me if you can borrow Rhyhorn?" she asked and that made me speechless.

"H-how?" I asked, but she made small smirk at me.

"I have my ways, so I guess you made some progress." I sighed, I wanted to say it, but I couldn't, not now.

"You could say that." I said, with thinking about my talk with Ash, but before I could think more, the machine for pokeballs started to shine. I had to cover me eyes from this sudden shining. When the light stopped, I looked to computer and saw pokeball with small finishing flag on top.

"Here is Rhyhorn, I hope to see some results from those two months with Ash. After you came to him for that so expect nothing less." she said with serious tone, which made me froze and before I could say more, mother turned off computer. I looked shocked at the screen and my mind was filled with worries. 'When she will knows, that I don't want to be a Rhyhorn racer, she will hate me or even worse. She did everything for me to become it and now she is expecting me to win this race? I won't be able to do it, I am not good at it, I didn't train for too much long time.'  My thoughts were broken by Fennekin as she licked my hand with worries.

"Thanks Fennekin, I am just... worried." I said and picked up Fennekin. I placed Rhyhorn's pokeball to my small pocket, when I realise, I would have three pokeballs there. I forgot on Ralts somehow from yesterday. I sighed and went out. I felt something buzzing in my pocket, so I let Fennkin back on her feet and took out Pokedex. 

'We are with Ash on the field behind Cantina, if you have Rampills, I would reeeeally be happy.' I got message from Dawn. This was very usefull infromation and thank god we exchanged numbers yesterday, before we started that whole talk about me and Ash. I made my way to the field and I could see everyone there. Ash was already teaching Clemont and Trevor on his Tauros. I looked to Shauna, who was sitting next to Dawn and petting her back and Angie smirking at them. Next to them lied on the ground Barry, who looked like death. I didn't see Gary anywhere, but I guess he was preparing for today. 

"Hi girls!" I greeted them, but Shauna showed me to be quiet. Dawn groaned and waved at me.

"Please, don't speak too loud for now. I need to get myself some time. Don't you happened you to have some pills?" she asked grogily and luckily for her, I smiled and took out my wallet with Rampills. "You are literal Jirachi Serena. Thank you." she said and without hesitating took the pill.

"Hangover?" I asked with rised eyebrow, and she nodded.

"One of things." she said and laid her head back on the bench.

"One of things?" I said on which Angie grinned.

"Dee dee hasn't return yesterday into house." she said, on which she got smacked by Dawn.

"I told on both things not to say them. Also Dee dee can call me only from my p" she said and hold her hands on her head, but this wasn't going away.

"Where have you been?" Shauna asked as she climbed closer to Dawn to look her in the face.

"Somewhere." she said, but I knew probably where she was. After all, Gary carried her.

"You mean with someone?" I asked with making devil grin, on which Dawn's face turned red. "So, how was it with Gary with bed on his first time?"

"S-Serena!" Dawn said with new energy and I wasn't sure, if it was for the pills or the conversation.

"Yeah Dawn, tell us. How was GARY OAK good in bed." Angie whispered the last part, so only we could hear it. I think it wouldn't be a good think for Bonnie to hear this conversation.

"Oh Arceus, I don't even know how to say. It was my first time as his....but I can't complain." she said after I thought she wouldn't continue. 

"And how is it between you and Gary now?" I asked her, on which she sighed.

"I don't know and I am not sure with myself. When I woke up today, I couldn't believe it so I kinda freaked out and Gary is flirting with almost every girl he sees and I don't know what to think anymore." she said and held her hands over eyes.

"What did Gary said?" Shauna asked with new excitement.

"No-nothing."

"WHAT?" we all said together on which winced and I realised she isn't still ok with hangover and it won't be in a minute.

"He was kinda surprised too and we left each other without words." Dawn said with sigh.

"And what are your feelings for Gary?" I asked this time. 

"Mine? I am not sure. When I met him first time, when I traveled with, he could joke around but be serious at the time to time. Before we met again here, I saw him at Ash before Ash was gone and I couldn't somehow think with my feelings with him in that moment. But now, as we met here two days ago, I was so happy to see him and could talk to him for some time but it looks like I wanted more by action I did yesterday." Dawn laughed for the first time today and it looked like it helped her to talk about it. 

" So what do you plan now? "Shauna asked and Dawn stood up with a new energy.

"Right now, I am gonna train for today and about Gary I will have to figure out. But thinking about how to handle unexpecting things is my job description, after all, I am coordinator and working on performer." Dawn said with hands in the air and suddendy her pokeball open up and it was Piplup, who clapped with its wings to its chest. I giggled at it, because only for a few hours I could see Piplup, Piplup was very proud about its trainer and self. 

"You said you were coordinator, you didn't say nothing about being a performer." Shauna asked surprised. 

"I am not for entire time. My goal is to become a Top coordinator, but by past a few years, it is more hard then I was starting. So I started to look for all kind of shows and competitions that were about making pokemon to look awesome and when I heard about showcases here in Kalos, I had to try." Dawn said and winked at us, but I wanted to know more.

"Could you tell about what is performer exactly? I remember it was there was a lot of modeling." I said, but Shauna made me wrong.

"It isn't the only thing and the modeling isn't the main thing at all, if you are not the one, who wants to show pokemon and them selfs in dresses. It is how you can work with your pokemon, how smart you can be, how you can use pokemon moves to look beautifully like yesterday tried Dawn. She used your flamethrower to look it in a good way and it don't have to be only attack like this. When you will see Aria, you will see how awesome it is." she said happily, but this made me confuse and I already had a few things that were confusing me.

"Who?" I asked her, on which she slapped her face and then looked at me.

"Kalos queen. Aria is by all people the best Kalos queen that ever could be. She is holding her title for a long time, even thought she lost once, she came back and was even better then before. Palermo, the former Kalos queen and producer, said she is one of the best Kalos queens in the history. You must see one of her perfomences. They are awesome and take the thing, that if someone is able to defeat her is the best of the best." Shauna said and by ending her words, it looked like she was dreaming.

"Yup, that is Aria. I would say if she tried to be coorfinator, she would rock, even thought coorfinator and performer is a diferent." Dawn joined to Shauna and I was more confused.
"How is it diferent? I thought both are about using attacks in a good way. You know, you hadn't told me more information since we agreed about being here." Angie joined our conversation.
Dawn smirked and started to explain. "There is! Coorfinator has to show pokemon in the spotlight and have to be able to fight in battles. First round qualifying, where you can show colors of your pokemon, in the second round, you have to show how much fire your pokemon show in battles and about who is gonna win the judges decides and if you gonna become top coorfinator, it is only for that year, it is not something you have to defend. Performers on other hand have to show not only their pokemon, but also themselves. They have to show how can work with their pokemon and be prepared for anything that can happen. Qualifying rounds are about performer to handle knowledge, vexperiences and about winning decides all people from audience and in the last round showcases it is the whole Kalos and when you become Kalos queen, it is like you became champion. You have all kind of attention  and have to defend it. Those are differences for you." Dawn finaly ended and I was glad for that, because I was slowly loosing in it. 

"You studied it a lot I guess." Shauna said with raised eyebrow. 

"Of course, now if you excuse me, I have to prepare my big guy for today." Dawn said with wink and took out pokeball. 

"Are you sure he will fit on the on the racetrack?" Angie asked with small giggle. 

"Hey, professor didn't say anything about size, so why not?" 

"What pokemon?" I asked confused, but Angie or Dawn hasn't answered and instead she pokeball in the air. 

The pokemon that came out surprised me and probably everyone around with its loud cry. It was huge brown pokemon with thick all around it's body. Eyes were surrounded in blue fur and underneath was beige where was sticking out snout and on both sides of the face were huge tusks. 

"Mamoo!" pokemon cried and I had to rub with my hands as the sudden cold was coming from it. 

"Wow Mamoswine, awesome to see you again." I heard from behind Ash and pokemon named Mamoswine turned around and so I took out my pokedex. 

"Mamoswine, Twin Tusk pokemon, Ice and Ground type. Its impressive tusks are made of ice. The population thinned when it turned warm after the ice age and males have bigger then females. When the temperature rose at the end of the ice age, most Mamoswine disappeared."

"I am happy to see you too Mamoswine." I could hear Ash from behind Mamoswine.

"Mamoswine come here please, I have even puffin for you." Dawn said and I looked to her and saw her holding pink thing looking like a small bread. Suddendly Mamoswine turned to us and and with bigger speed came to Dawn. I dodged scared of possibility being stomped into ground. "Good, now I need your help. Today is going to be a race and I need your help."

I decided to let Dawn to her training and reached for pokeball.

"So Serena, how are you with it? Ready for it?" Shauna asked me, when I was about to think again.

"I am not kinda sure. I mean I have Rhyhorn here so what other option I have." with that said, I realised I had three pokeballs in my hands. I put back Fennekin's and then released out Ralts. It looked like ready for battle, fighting with air. It looked at me with confuse. 

"Hoho, someone was lucky here." Shauna said and kneeled down. "How long do you have Ralts?" 

"From yesterday." I said with smile.

"And you didn't bother to tell us yesterday?" Shauna pouted at me, but I giggled. I looked to Shauna and Ralts was giving small punches to her hand, but it looked like it wasn't too much. "It has fighing spirit."

"Yeah I guess Ralts has. Yestarday it was Ralts, who wanted to challenge me and so when I win over Ralts I catch it. Right Ralts?" I asked happy and Ralts nodded.

Shauna looked and remembered the ball I was holding. "And the third pokeball I guess I know what is gonna be." I nodded and hesitantly threw the ball in the air.

Next thing was tickling.
