~~BONUS CHAPTER FOR 1K!~~

I walked with Lucas by my side. Our fingers were interlocked and mine was suddenly becoming sweaty. I blushed hoping that Lucas wouldn't notice.

It was Sunday night and it was humid outside. The upside of now living in LA, is that it's never chilly. We walked through the patch of garden. We just came back from eating dinner at The Plaza.

"Are you okay?" Lucas asked me reading me through my eyes.

I nodded my head slowly, but honestly I wasn't okay. There was a month left of school and I wasn't sure about Lucas' and I's relationship. I love him with all my hear, but is this really meant to be?

He looked at me with worried eyes and I plastered a smile that said, 'I'm okay there's nothing to worry about'. Some smile that was.

"Where are we going now?" I asked him. "Well, I hope your not afraid of heights." He said playfully. I laughed until I realized he was serious.

"Seriously?"

He nodded and then motioned to the gigantic Ferris Wheel in front of me. "Oh my god! Are we going on that thing?!" I screeched. My jaw dropped. He lifted my chin up and pecked me on the lips. "Yes, we are going on that." Lucas smirked.

I narrowed my eyes and decided to just go with it.

He led me to the Ferris Wheel. My face dropped as I saw how long the line was. "Look at that line!" I told him disappointed. He gave me a look that said, 'Just let me handle it'

Gripping harder onto his hand he led me through a different line. "What are you doing?" I whispered. The guy at the beginning of the line with the list took one look at Lucas and waved him on. I gave him a look.

"Family friend." He said. I didn't quite believe him for some reason. We got into the big cart thing as a man sealed us in. My stomach started to turn as the ride started.

Lucas must have saw seen the frightened look on my face because he pulled me closer to him. As we were going further and further up I looked outside.

It was such a beautiful sight. I had to take in LA at night. Tons of lights. Multiple light up buildings. Some how I found it more fascinating then New York.

The city had me in a complete trance. I held onto Paul and lost all of my fears. "Do you know what this reminds me of?" I whispered into his ear.

"What?"

"The night full of wonders," I told him.

I could feel the smile that formed on his face. I felt his breathing on my neck. That's how close we were. My feelings were undeniable.

"I will never forget that night," He responded. He ran his fingers through my hair. I turned around and faced him. I put my lips to him and kissed him.

He slipped his tongue into my mouth as I tasted the dark chocolate from the desert we had. I moaned softly. He pulled away from the kiss, something he never does.

"What's wrong?" I asked him wondering why he just declined me.

"Madison, there's something I need to tell you."
