(Female character) is bullied by 'little miss perfect' the most popular kid in school.

Usually at least in my middleschool it's never the popular kids, it's the doushebag boys that no one likes and disrespects all the teachers.
I'd like to see the story in the perspective of the bullies, not the victim.

And usually the victim is super shy.

Bitch I was the most friendly kind fun person ever, and I still got fucking bullied throughout third grade.

And to be honest, the thing I hate about these bully stories is that no one stands up. And when a person finally stands up for them, they automatically become a love interest for (female character.)

Don't make your bully scenarios all about 'little miss perfect' every single time.
There are different types of bullies.

And kids these days are pretty smart, in my school if you wanna bully someone, you have to do it secretively. Rumors and notes on desks are two easy to catch.

Now I know that these are still things that can happen to people, and in some schools teachers don't care about the students, but if your in a good school. Chances are teachers will care. And will be watching people like hawks.
