Scarlett POV:

When I wake up he is nowhere to be seen. I go down to look for him and of course he is in the kitchen. I walk over and stand behind him I place my hands over his eyes.

"Good morning." I whisper in his ear.

"You're awake. How do you feel?"

"Amazing, alive."

He turns to look at me then kisses me. "Really now, I'm shocked."

"Why would you be shocked?"

"I don't see you as a girl willing to submit to anyone."

"You are not just anyone thank you." I smirk. "I will bend the rules for you."

"For me uh."

"Yes for you." I put my arms around his waist and kiss him.

My phone starts going off like crazy. I have to look for it but I find it.

Zane: Be at 762 Middleton Drive ASAP

Scarlett: Yes sir.

I look up at Mekhi with a puppy sad face. "I got to go."

"Alright."

"You're ok with that; we haven't even taken a shower or eat yet. Oh and I don't have a way."

"I'll drive while you eat." He tells me.

"Shit!" I look down and I just have his shirt on. "I can't go like this."

"I brought you a change of clothes. They are in the bag in the bedroom."

"You think of everything; one of the many reasons why I love you." I kiss him then run upstairs to change. He comes up behind me and slaps me on the bottom then he gets dressed. We eat on the way, this time I get to feed him.

He walks into the house with me on Middleton Drive. Zane and Atticus are already there. Looks like whoever done the job killed the whole family, including the Nanny and the Maid along with four kids. Zane pulls me to the side.

"I need the organs. I have the coolers here but I need you to help to get this done in time. There are four kids I'll do the younger two but I need you to do the other two alright."

"Alright, any certain thing that you are needing?" I ask.

"Just the usual."

I go to the bathroom at the end of the hallway; Atticus already has the two girls ready for me. They are lying on plastic.

I get out what I need and start in on the one girl. I slice her down from her chest past her belly button. Then open her up with the tools we have. I take out lungs and kidneys then the liver along with other organs. I place them in individual bags and then set them in the cooler. I'm working on the second girl when I here footsteps at the door behind me.

"What are you doing?" Mekhi ask.

"Helping Zane, what does it look like?"

"I thought you guys just get rid of the bodies you know clean the mess and go. I mean what the hell."

"I don't have time to explain to you right now. I know I should have told you but I didn't alright."

"Tell me know." He demands.

Zane walks in and passes Mekhi to come over to me. "Good work, are you almost done?"

"Yes sir." I point to the first girl. "You can take that one I am done with it."

"What the hell is going on here?" He asks again.

Zane looks at me. "I thought you told him everything."

"Well not everything." I don't bother looking at either one of them because I am trying to concentrate on pulling out her liver and when I get it out I place it in a bag then into the cooler.

Zane starts talking. "I sale organ on the side. It's actually a really good moneymaker you would be surprised how much one would pay."

"I bet." Says Mekhi.

Zane hands him a cooler. "Here take this down to the van for me."

Mekhi doesn't say anything as he carries it out to the van. We all finish up cleaning and head home.

On the way there Mekhi looks over at me. "Why didn't you want me to know?"

"I don't know. I guess I thought it would be the one thing that turned you away from me."

"Scarlett, I don't give a fuck what he is into and what he is doing. Just be honest with me alright."

"I'm sorry ok I know I should have told you."

"Anything else you're not telling me that I should know about?"

"No." I shake my head and look out the window. His hand holds on to my leg.
