Evelynn and Nocturne stayed nearby as you and your friends all sat on the sidewalk with Sett. The police came and thankfully no one was hurt. But the money was gone. They even got the safe in the back that had even more valuable things. Things that Sett could never replace.

Sett: Her ring was in there.

You all looked over to him as he shook his head.

Sett: They took her fucking ring.

Kayn: It was in the safe?

Sett: It was the only place I trusted it to not get lost. And now, it's gone.

You lowered your head again as Evelynn watched. She was worried and angry. Who would do something like this? The other shops were untouched. She couldn't even read the spray paint and she was beyond devastated that the money was taken.

And now Sett's wife's ring was missing?

You suddenly stood up which made everyone look at you.

Y/N: I'll be back.

Nocturne: Where are you going?

Y/N: I'm getting it back.

Evelynn and Nocturne were surpised by your declaration, but your friends seemed to nod in agreement.

Rakan: You need us to go?

You shook your head.

Y/N: I think I can do this on my own for now. I'll meet you back at Sett's.

Sett: Don't do anything stupid, kid.

Y/N: You know me. Stupid is my specialty.

You turned and started down the street. Evelynn watched you for a moment before she turned to the others.

Evelynn: What's going on?

Ezreal took a deep breath and slowly let it out.

Ezreal: Well, your boyfriend is now on a warpath. God helps whoever is in his way.

Nocturne and Evelynn looked at each other concerned.

You knocked on the door and waited for a response. It took a second, but the door did creak open a bit. The person inside looked out and spotted you. The door then opened all the way revealing a shirtless Graves. Looks like he just woke up.

Graves: Hey, man. What're you doing here?

Fortune: Who is it?

Graves looked back into the apartment and told her it was you. He then turned back to you.

Graves: What's up?

Y/N: The shop got hit.

Graves: For real?

You nodded. Graves seemed annoyed, which made sense. He worked there before you and your friends, after all. Plus, he was close to Sett.

Graves: Those mother...shit, dude. Is everyone okay?

You nodded.

Y/N: No one was there. But they took Fiora's ring along with the money.

Graves looked at you for a second before he shook his head.

Graves: That's fucked.

Y/N: I need your help. I need to find out who did it. Maybe you heard something or someone said something?

Graves gave it some thought. From the apartment came Fortune who set her chin on Graves' shoulder.

Fortune: What's going on here?

Graves: Some assholes robbed the shop.

Fortune: Really? I think I heard something about that.

You both looked at her.

Y/N: How? It just happened.

Fortune: Well, not about it getting robbed. I heard some kids talking about hitting a store a few days ago when I was at Yorick's.

Y/N: Who was it?

Fortune: Uh, it was that guy that's always with Pike. What was his name, babe?

Graves: Karthus?

You immediately felt your angry grow. Fortune nodded to confirm that it was his name and you clenched your fists.

Y/N: That piece of shit!

Graves and Fortune looked at you as you ran a hand through your hair.

Y/N: That mother fucker has been talking shit. I can't believe he would rob Sett like that.

Graves: Well, they took the cash that was supposed to be for that surfing thing, right? Maybe he did it to get back at you?

Y/N: But why?! What did I even do to him?!

Fortune: Well, isn't he all upset that you're with that Eve chick?

All this because you and Evelynn were dating? Was he high? Was he insane? What was his deal?!

Y/N: Fuck.

Graves: You going after him?

Y/N: You bet your ass I am! I'm getting that shit back!

Graves nodded.

Graves: Give me a sec to get a shirt on. I'll ask around to see where he is.

Evelynn sat on the couch with Jinx and Kayn as they watched TV. Everyone had gone back to Sett's apartment with Nocturne and Evelynn tagging along. Evelynn was worried and Nocturne didn't like the idea of leaving her alone when things could go from bad to worse.

If that was even possible.

Jinx: So, where's the other Blades?

Evelynn shrugged.

Evelynn: I haven't talked to them today. I kinda had a....

She was going to say "a bad morning", but she stopped herself. Compared to Sett, her problems seemed pretty small right now.

Evelynn: I kinda haven't had a chance to.

Jinx: Not even Ahri?

Evelynn shook her head.

Kayn: Kali is at Blades right now. She's supposed to help with Winter Formal.

That's right. Evelynn had forgotten that Akali was supposed to be in charge with that stuff now. At least until next year.

Jinx: So, are you guys dating or...

Kayn: Good question.

Evelynn sat there for a moment before she turned to Jinx.

Evelynn: What did Ezreal mean when he said that Y/N was on a warpath?

Jinx looked at her for a moment before she sighed.

Jinx: It means that Y/N is going to handle business. He always does.

Kayn: He'll call us if he needs us.

That didn't help calm Evelynn down.

Graves wasn't able to find Karthus, but he did find Pyke. And so, you ended up at Pyke's place.

He was sitting on the steps with some other Southside kids. When he heard you walking towards him, he looked up and smiled.

You explained the situation and Pyke, though surpised that the shop was hit, immediately pointed you to where Karthus should be. His loyalty to you was always stronger than Karthus.

And now, you were at Yorick's.

It was dead since it was the day, but people were still around. You and Graves approached the door where Carlos was hanging around.

He spotted you and raised a brow.

Y/N: Is Karthus here?

Carlos looked at Graves then turned back to you. He nodded and signaled for you to head inside.

Carlos: I'm going on my break.

You nodded in thanks and headed inside. Since it had just opened, it wasn't packed, but the music was still playing pretty loud. People were dancing as you and Graves made your way through the club.

Graves: There he is.

You followed his finger and spotted Karthus up on the second floor, drink in hand, talking to someone. You immediately headed for the stairs and rushed up. Graves wasn't too far behind.

You eventually reached the private booths and reached the one where Karthus was.

Karthus: Then I said, "No way man. I don't even know your sister."

The people he was with laughed, but that laughter came to an erupt end when a glass flew right past his head and shattered against the wall. Everyone got up in surpise as Karthus looked around.

Karthus: Who the fuck...

He spotted you and Graves and stopped. You looked at the people for a moment before you looked at the girl who was just sitting on his lap. Irelia.

Y/N: Well, this makes perfect sense. Of course the two of you would be here.

Karthus: What the hell do you think you're doing?

Y/N: Did you rob Sett?

The people looked to Karthus who just smiled.

Karthus: No. I didn't. Why? Did someone fuck up your little comic store?

Y/N: Don't fuck around, Karthus. Did you do it?

Karthus just out his hands in his pockets.

Karthus: I don't know. Did I?

Irelia: Why don't we just calm down? We're all Southside here.

She turned to you and smiled.

Irelia: You know how things are. Sett's shop was on the Northside. It was fair game.

Y/N: Sett is Southside. So are the people that work there. And last I checked, I asked him. Not you.

Irelia: I'm trying to keep the peace.

Y/N: Well you should've thought about that before your new boytoy decided to screw us over.

Karthus just laughed a bit causing you to look at him.

Y/N: You think this is funny?

Karthus: A bit. You're getting so pissed over this, dude. Look, I know you need the cash, so how about I help you out?

You narrowed your eyes at him as he smiled.

Karthus: I'll give you 20% of what I took. In return, you'll dump that Richie bitch and come back to your people.

And that, that was the last straw. You immediately lunged at him and tackled him to the ground. Graves immediately began to push people out of the booth while Irelia watched.

You held Karthus by his collar and began to punch down on him.

Y/N: Where's the money?!

Karthus: Fuck you!

He tried to push you off of him, but you just kept hitting him.

Y/N: Where is it?!

He didn't answer.

Y/N: Where?!

Karthus held up his hands, but you didn't stop.

Y/N: WHERE?!

You stopped and looked at his face. It was now bloody and you were sure you had broken his nose. He coughed a bit before you shook your head.

You pulled him up and began to drag him along with Graves following.

Y/N: You're going to talk.

Karthus: You won't...leave here...untouched...

You just shook your head.

Y/N: Did you forget who I am? Who's going to stop me?

Karthus realized that no one moved to stop you. No one moved to help him. Graves opened the door and you threw Karthus outside. You then walked over to him as he sat up.

Y/N: Where's the money, Karthus? Talk while your jaw is still attached.

Karthus looked at Graves and realized no one was coming to help him. So, he finally broke.

Sett was looking through his phone when he heard a knock on his door. Everyone looked over as he walked towards it. When he opened it, he found you standing there.

You held up a backpack which confused Sett before he looked inside. All the money that was taken, including the other things that were in the safe, were inside.

He looked up at you and noticed the bandages that Fortune had wrapped around your hand.

Sett: You did something stupid.

You nodded.

Y/N: I always do.

You reached into your shirt pocket and pulled out a small object.

Sett looked at the ring for a moment before he took it. He then looked up to you.

Sett: Thank you for being an idiot.

You just shrugged.

Y/N: It's what I do. I mean, I know you'll have to use the money to fix the shop and get new shipments, but I couldn't just ignore this.

You looked over to everyone before your eyes fell on Evelynn. You smiled.

Y/N: Hey, love.

Evelynn: Hey.

You walked over and sat down next to her. You smiled at her while she did the same. The dream was still in her mind, and she will eventually talk to you about it, but she was just happy that you were okay for now.

All in all, it was a good day.
