Aaron's POV

**The Sands of time change everything around it, but does the time also change the sands. Breaking and warping, messing the sand, dirty and a shell, forever dismembered from itself**

It was avengers day, a day to remember the fallen avengers, the ones still standing, the new ones, and those who could become. I was already dressed in black jeans, a red shirt, and blue jacket with my Captain American shield pin, of course I did have my suit under and my mask in pocket, I really did need to find away to put my suit on easier. My parents were down stairs doing something, probably watching the news waiting for me. I checked everything and ran down stairs, hitting every stair with a 'thunk' sound.
"Goodness Aaron, chill" Dad (harry) said looking at me, he was on the couch snuggled up with my father (peter).
"Sorry" I said and teased making a puke face when he turned back to the TV. I came up and stood behind them looking at the TV. "Starting at eleven fifteen as usual?"
"Yup" Father said not even turning.
"Well I'm going to go ahead and go, just look around" I said so I could patrol.
"Mkay, stay safe" they both said as I walked outside. I quickly pulled my mask on first and took off my clothes revealing my suit and put the clothes in my bag after putting Captain America's sheild pin on my suit and I swung off to see if there was anything going on or anyone doing anything.

I had stopped earlier at Cup o' Joes and gotten a strawberry smoothie with bubble gum pieces, a spidey original, and was now sitting on a building drinking it, nothing was really happening so I was just relaxing, there was half an hour left before the parade would start. I took a sip.
"Ahhhh" I put the cup down and let the wind fly through my hair with my eyes closed when suddenly- 'BOOM!!!'
My eyes opened wide and I looked over, there was an abandoned building with smoke coming out of it near the water. I pulled my mask back on and swung over. I walked around an open van and jumped up and into the building through a loading opening. I looked around, there was crates, everywhere, some had warning symbols, others didn't. I opened one with a warning symbol and almost fell back. Bombs. Something called 'FAE Bombs'. I closed the lid and opened up the other crate cautiously, nanotech, I closed it and saw most of the boxes were organized between bomb and nanotech. There were much more boxes of bombs than nanotech, suddenly, I noticed something odd. Sand. There was sand everywhere, on the boxes, besides them, and all around the floor. Suddenly, there was a shuffling and scratching sound. I looked around a pile of boxes to see a lady moving boxes. There was even more sand, lots of sand around her feet. She had a toboggan and leather jacket, some kind of shirt under the jacket and Jean shorts, but no shoes. The women had long black hair and she was humming creepily to herself, moving boxes either to the bomb side, or nanotech side. I creeped up behind her quietly and spoke lightly.
"Exuse me ma'am, what are you doing here?" I asked cautiously.
The woman looked around with a broken look and crazed face, that quickly melted into a calm face with a creepy crooked smile. "Oh hello sir, I was just looked for something, you can leave" She said with the lamest exuse and hollow voice.
"Um, actually, I need you to be leaving, this is kinda not your place, and it's not safe, obviously" I smiled under the mask.
The ladies face instantly fell into a broke frown, suddenly her hand lifted and sand engulfed me holding me to a wall.
"Ahhg! What the fly!!" My back smashed into the wall and the women turned continuing but now grew larger and skin turned to sand. "Who even are you"
"I'm, uhhh..." She stopped and thought. "Lady Sand, now shut up"
"Lady Sand, that's not a normal name and a sucky secret name, how old are you?" I asked.
She stopped for a second before continuing. "You don't ask a lady how old she is"
I rolled my eyes. "You don't know how old you are, do you?" I asked confused.
"Of course I do, I mean, it's not like I haven't had human interaction in 20 years, ha ha" her head was shaking as she talked.
"You haven't interacted with a person in 20 years?!" I asked in shock.
"Pfft, I just said I didn't, stupid" She remarked like a kid.
"How old were you one you last interacted with a human?" I asked.
She mocked me like a kid "shut it pest." She said annoyed now.
I stopped blabbering and starting thinking. She's sand, can't punch her, she's strong can't break out, but, she gets annoyed easily and there's bombs everywhere. Bombs. Bombs could do something, plus she's sand, sand turns into glass when it's extremely hot, that could immobilize her, if not stop her for good.
"Hey, are you like, sixty, you look old, and act cranky" I said obnoxiously.
This obliviously bugged her and she almost turned around. Twitching alot.
"You act like you're six, wait, do you like princesses and pink." I said going all in.
Lady Sand whipped around quickly and angry smashing her other sand hand into me. "SHUT UP PEST BEFORE I EXTERMINAT YOU!" She said, obviously falling into my trap.
I shot a web at her and it flew through her, obviously.
"Hah! You stupid, you really thought that would grab me, you doofus" She quickly responded like a child again.
"Wasn't aiming at you" I quickly pulled back, with the crate holding some FAE Bombs. The lady must have thought there was nanotech in them because she just stuck one of the sand hands out causing the box to explode. I closed my eyes behind my mask and tried covering all body parts. I opened my eyes. I was on the ground, the lady was glass, like a had suspected. "I'll just call the cops for ya" I said pulling out my phone and telling the police about the glass lady and whatever. After I hung up I looked at a box of nanotech and an idea popped in my head. I left lots of money on a box leaving a note saying 'I bought a box of nanotech, please don't be mad, if you are... sorry, bye whoever owns this place' and I took the box home. I put the box down in the basement, knowing already what to do with them. I changed checking the time, 10:57 AM, 18 minutes. I ran down the streets, trying to find both my parents.
"DAD! FATHER!" I said out of breath from the 'battle' and running. I eventually found them outside if Cup O' Joes just in time.
"There you Rascal" Dad messed up my hair. "Just in time" He said as I smiled trying not to show tiredness. We all looked up as the parade came on down the road, everyone cheering and smiling.
