my family has had to hear me rambling about anaden for like 4 months now so i showed my parents some characters and had them guess who they are

it was very interesting

some are story characters, some are side ep characters, and some are just gacha characters i like

mom: "he's a tough guy. ohh he's got a little cat. he's cocky, and he acts really self-assured, but on the inside he's got this little insecurity. and he collects something that like, if people found out he'd be really embarrassed. like porcelain cats or something."

Feinne- Natalie, Krista, or Claire 

mom: "oh my god she's cute! she's BABY! she's his little sister, and she just recently joined the group. she's smarter than her brother. and she's got a tough side, but she thinks she's tougher than she is. she probably could be squashed. and she's very loyal, her friends are very important"
dad: "she looks like she's got an attitude"

Amy- Videla or Lucy 

dad: "she almost looks like a witch"
mom: "she's got an angry side to her, and her gauntlets look like she can harness electricity. she's got a chip on her shoulder, she breaks the rules sometimes."
dad: "I think she gets in a little over her head sometimes"
mom: "yeahhh I think she doesn't care what other people wanna do"

Riica- Sarah! or Cassandra 

mom: "oh she looks like Weiss. although...those eyes make her look like a cyborg too"
dad: "that's quite a weapon"
mom: "she's like if you crossed Weiss and Penny, she's definitely from the future. it's hard to see her personality with those eyes, but she's got a guardian angel thing going on too"

Guildna- Thor, Ethan, Aidan, or Arkos 

mom: "he's got this animalistic thing going on there. definitely a warrior. he's used to being on his own, so he does the strategies and stuff. and if the group doesn't want to go along with him, then he just goes and does his own thing. oh, and looking at his face, he's loyal. so if he's your brother or mate or partner, he'll protect you no matter what"

Galliard- Christian or Tenessy (not spelled like the state! i didn't mean that to sound like the state! -my mom) 

dad: "oh, he's very futuristic. is he even...not human?"
mom: "no he's got a human face... I mean, he does have red eyes..."
dad: "he's just got an exoskeleton."
mom: "he's a water elemental. he could be a bad guy too though! he's definitely got a villainous side to him, he's damaged goods. or maybe he was a bad guy, and then became an okay guy when someone else became a worse bad guy"

Altena- 'they call her Gabby but her name's Gabriella'

mom: "ahh she's great I love her she's my favorite so far!! she's the beast king's little sister or childhood friend. she's kinda like a sidekick, she helps him out but she still has her own story. she's a trickster, she's the one who keeps spirits up. I love her."
dad: "she looks Nordic, with the hair and the clothing."

Jade- Finnian (because he reminded my dad of Finnick from THG)

mom: "oh he's fun too. he's your general all-around guy, like he's quiet but he's super smart. he's pretty good at several different weapons"
dad: "he seems fickle on the outside, but underneath he's someone you can really count on. but at first he seems like...really fickle and light"
mom: "oh I was thinking just the opposite, like the way he looks at other people is like 'sure sure you can be part of our group' but inside he's like...waiting to see how you'll really measure up. you're not part of his inner circle until you've proven yourself"

Deirdre- Eliana or Keira 

mom: "she's like Pyrrha. she's like a water element, and she...I think she also used to be a princess, but like a warrior princess. she's got her eye on you."
dad: "she's very imperious, all regal and in control. she doesn't have the patience for your bullshit"

Helena- Skylar, Shutan, or Tesora 

both: "oooooohhhhhhh"
mom: "she reminds me of a bird, but she's also sorta insectile"
dad: "she's kinda terrifying. her skirt looks like knives"
mom: "with that mask I can't tell you what her personality is, except she's very intimidating"

Sheila- Alina, Sarina, or Alani 

dad: "aww, I like her"
mom: "oh, she looks very aboriginal. She's got those Abo swirls going on there, and that beadwork...she's combining all the indigenous people look at that. she's independent, she's probably later to the group...she likes girls."
dad: "she kinda lookslike those girls from Hawaii I thought I was in love with when I was 17"

Isuka- Astar or Cosette 

dad: "she looks deadly."
mom: "maybe she's a time traveler. ahh, she's like Doctor Who! she's an inventor, she can fix things..."
dad: "she kinda lures people in, she looks all slim and innocent, but she's not on your side."
mom: "I say she's a bad guy. she's like a spy, she can infiltrate other groups"

Anabel- Cassandra or Lilinore 

mom: "oh she's a hero, look at that cloak. also a cinnamon roll. "
dad: "she looks like a fire wielder, she's powerful"
mom: "she kinda reminds me of a genie too, like she's got a lot of magic. if she's part of that school she might be a teacher"

Azami- Yumi or Kiko 

mom: "she's got a very samurai thing going on. she was like the protector of the emperor or something"
dad: "that's a badass sword. I'm not sure if she's good or bad"
mom: "she's good, look at that face. although...boy, she looks determined."
dad: "she seems like one of those wandering samurai's that's lost their emperor, I don't remember what they're called. she's really cool though."

Mighty- 'he goes by Henry but that's not really his name', or Archie 

mom: "oh, he's a magic character! he's like a baby mage, cause...was he also reborn? this looks like his second or third life, he's like Doctor Who. he's really really smart and good with gadgets, but he's also kinda absent-minded. oh, and he's friends with...someone towards the beginning! Finnian!"
dad: "look at his funny shoes. he's from a different time period, his clothes look like he's from the 1800s."

Bivette- Ariana or Suzette 

dad: "she's kinda gypsy-like look at that"
mom: "she's kinda spunky, like she laughs when she fights. she looks earthy to me. and I think she's friends with my Thor guy...she might even be shipped with him"

Suzette- Macks or Celestia 

mom: "this is another one like Ruby Rose, she's like 'haha, I kick ass, I may be a baby but I'm a badass, look at me!' she's got a little shepard's crook that turns into a DRAGON"
dad: "she's a sorceress"
mom: "yeah, why else would her hair be like WOOO?"

Cetie- Taylor or Testra 

dad: "he's waaay future"
mom: "and he's like in love with himself."
dad: "his element is metal."
mom: "he's definitely arrogant. whatever faults he has, he hides with his bravado. I wouldn't want to compete with him"

Veina- Mirina, Analise or Alyssa 

mom: "wooow, look at her! she's earthy, even though she's got birds. she's also a healer, she can totally heal anything. she might even be a dreamwalker, but that's part of her healing thing. she's kinda the mommy type, she's real protective"
dad: "she's like a magician queen"

Hozuki- Vidia or Asari 

mom: "she looks like a sorceress. she...has a tail?"
dad: "she looks deceptive."
mom: "nah, she's secretive and shy. she could be an assassin, she can hide in the shadows. she could also be like...a seductress, too. she's very ethereal"
