" he wants to be a vampire." everyone just looked at her like she had a third eye. the sound of someone coming down the stairs heard. everyone looked over and saw luke and marcel

" who wants to be a vampire?" marcel asked. Tyler caught the two up on all that had happened. the fighting and what jayd said. the two sat on the couch and listened in to what the others had to say.

"how do you know?" mini asked. he couldn't wrap his head around why tevonye would want this.

" when I placed my fangs on his neck, his heart beat was racing but not in the fearful way. it was like he wanted me to continue." everyone looked at each other.

" but your not a pure blood." Tyler jumped in, jayd turned her attention to him.

" yeah I know. I'm just saying." everyone thought about it. maybe he knew he was going into a house of vampires. this had to be wrong, being a vampire was hard and not fun.

" ill be right back." marcel said. he got up quickly and ran up the stairs, towards Tevonye's room. Luke sighed and followed. the sound of a door closing was heard and the sigh that had followed suit.

marcel looked at the kid who was messing with the phone. this boy wanted to be a vampire? why though. marcel walked over to tevonye and he got ignored.

" hey I need to ask you something." tevonye put the phone down and sat up against the pillows.

" do you want to become a vampire?" the question had caught tevonye off guard. tevonye looked down at his hands and started to mess with his fingers. marcel noticed.

" I just don't want to have to worry about being killed." marcel sighed and placed his hand on Tevonye's hands.

" you don't have to worry about that here, everyone has each others backs." marcel smiled, thinking that he helped, but the words did nothing. the boy sighed and moved away from marcel.

" I think it would be better to be a vampire. you don't have to worry about dying, aging or illness. I could take care of myself if I was one." marcel frowned.

" your too young." " jayd and Timmy are vampires though." tevonye stated. marcel got serious. " they have each other, and it wasn't their choice. turning is painful, I'm sure no one here wants to see someone like you go through all of that." the words made tevonye tear up.

tevonye couldn't saw anything. anything he could say would get him in trouble.

" am I understood." tevonye was in his mind while marcel was talking, he nodded his head with out hearing what the adult had said. marcel turned and left the room, tevonye felt like he was being scolded by his mother, but his parents were gone.

tevonye stayed up in he room while the other stayed downstairs and talked.

' you should leave. they don't understand.' " what the heck?" the thought wasn't his. he looked around and noticed the quick moving black shadow. he walked over to the window and looked around, he couldn't see anything, so he opened it. he poked his upper body out of the window. there was a tree in his way so it blocked any view of anything.

he shrugged it off and went back in the room. closing the window and locking it, he turned to see that his closet was open. he stopped moving and looked around. he went to his phone and texted mini.

" some one is wit-" the text was cut off as a hand went around the boys mouth! his hands where forced to let go of the phone, the device fell on the floor, before hitting the floor, tevonye sent the message.

" mhhmh!" tevonye pressed back on the person and tried to get away. he kicked the table and a ball rolled on the floor. tevonye was picked up and a rag was placed on his face. the strong smell made his eyes water a bit and his lungs burned, his head went fuzzy and finally the smell made him pass out.

the door was busted open, when the guy was moving away from the unconscious boy. tevonye was being held by the guy, before they could do anything, the guy ran to the window and jumped out, Jon and Luke ran after them, Jon was a human but he knew how to run fast.

the two ran after the guy, the second they got closer to him, they were attacked. the two where tackled and held to the ground. the man continued to run and he was out of view, the ambushers fought against the two.

" get that away fmm mh!" Luke looked around and saw that Jon had a rag held to his mouth. he struggled to stay awake, his fighting body became still. Luke went to push the group away until a ruff feeling was pressed to him mouth as well. his body refused to breath in, causing him to black out as well.

jayd, looked around as she watched everyone pace around. " for the love of god, someone please tell me what going on!"

" tevonye was taken and Luke followed, we need to find them because we think the person who took tevonye is part of a pure blood clan." jayd thought about the possible danger that the 13 year could be in.

" wait isn't that the clan that feed off children for their blood?" everyone looked at her.

" how do you know about that?" marcel asked. " that why I'm here. I was coming over to inform you guys." the group went back to pacing around and was thinking of ways to get them back.

" what about that Xavier guy?" jayd asked everyone stopped moving and looked around for said male. he wasn't anywhere around.

" where did he go?" mini asked.

" stay here, be right back." marcel left the living room and went up to his room. he grabbed his phone and pressed call on Xavier's number. the phone rang a few times and finally the other end picked up.

" what happened this time?" the annoyed voice was heard. " tevonye and Luke where taken by pure bloods, we need your help."

" what do you want me to do about it?" marcel growled and demanded that Xavier gets down here.

" if you don't help us get them back, we aren't helping you in your war." the phone ended and marcel threw the phone on the bed. he left the room and went back to the living room.

" Xavier is coming to help us." everyone sighed in relief. they started to make a plan to get them back.

" hurry put them with others." Luke was barely away. his head was fuzzy and his eyes were blurry. he pretended to be still knocked out as he was being carried. behind him was another guy holding tevonye. the two turned a corner and they walked down some stairs.

the area was cold and didn't show any light. once the two carried the prisoners into the dark, cold basement. they placed them in cells. Luke was placed in a cell with other people and tevonye was placed in a cell with other.... kids.

Luke groaned and got up, his head pounded but he had to get out. he looked around and saw other adults with him. they didn't look scared of him at all. he moved his gaze back to the other side of the cell. he saw tevonye laying on the ground, the other kids in the cell went over to him and tried to wake him up. they shook him and made him groan.

" dad how do we wake him up?" a girl with dirty blond hair and blue eyes asked. Luke looked at the male she was talking to, a man with brown hair and blue eyes answered her.

" just let him sleep, its better if he stays that way." the other kids listened to the parents and stopped messing with tevonye.

Luke got up and looked around the room. he walked over to the door and inspected it.

" we cant get out of here, so just stop trying." a lady said. Luke looked over to the lady, she had black hair and eyes, her clothes were dirty and torn in some places.

" how could you say that, with kids present that is." the lady looked up at Luke with shock and horror in her eyes. everyone else looked at Luke with confused faces.

"vampire." the lady said loud enough for the others to hear her. everyone else looked at Luke and they backed away.

" get away from us!" another lady said. Luke looked at everyone and saw that two of the men where protecting two of the ladies.

" don't worry I'm not going to hurt you. I want to get out just as bed as you do. I'm sure everyone wants to do home." Luke showed that he wasn't going to harm them in any way. the kids in the other cell looked at Luke with fear.

" is he your son?" a boy asked from the kids side. Luke looked at tevonye, he decided to lie instead of tell the truth. technically until they find his parents, he is kind of like their son.

" yes." the parents looked at the kid and then back at Luke.

" kids get away from him, he could wake up any minuet." a lady said to the kids. the kids backed away from the kid in fear that he could be a vampire. Luke was quick to say other wise.

" he isn't a vampire, don't worry." the parents looked at him being weary of his words.

" how can we trust you?" a man asked, Luke was about to answer until he saw movement from tevonye. Luke knew tevonye was listening.

Luke stayed quiet. " how do we even know he is your son." Luke sighed and looked at everyone else.

" adoption." " where are his real parents?" " we don't know? we took him in and we would be devastated if anything happened to him." it was quiet for a second.

" you said 'we', do you mean your partner?' Luke blushes a bit, it wasn't noticeable but it was there.

" yeah, him and my friends." many of the adults made slightly disgusted faces, Luke didn't care. there was movement from tevonye and Luke went to the bars.

" Luke? where are we?" he sounded tired and scared. " i don't know." the answer man the parents let their guard down a bit. knowing that was the same answer that they had told their children.

" Where is marcel?" tevonye got up and looked around. " he isn't here. he's with the others." tevonye looked at the kids. their clothes were torn and some were dirty.

" how long have they been here?" the question made the parents jump in.

" a while." the sound of the door opening was heard and the kids whimpered. the parents went over to the kids and they stayed together. Luke and tevonye backed away from each other. a guy walked down the stairs and looked at the new inmates.

" since your the new one, i will let you choose what kid gets taken." the guy's eyes showed a red hue as he looked at Luke.

Luke didn't answer and the man smirked, he looked over in the cage and saw the kid that wasn't with the others. he walked over to the cell and tevonye backed away a few steps. the man opened the cell door. he walked in and went to grab tevonye, the kid moved away and he missed his arm. the man growled and went to grab the kid again, Tevonye's arm was pulled and he kicked the guy in the stomach, the vampire let go.

tevonye ran out of the cell and ran over to Luke cell, he quickly unlocked it and the door opened a bit. tevonye was grabbed and he screamed. Luke opened the door and went after the guy. Luke grabbed tevonye and pulled him away from the guy.

" I'm sure your aware of our group. no matter what you do, you cant stop us." Luke growled and he moved tevonye behind him. the kid opened the kids side cell door. he motioned for them not to open it until the coast was clear.

" your not taking him." the man smirked, he raised his hand to Luke and he felt cold.

" why not? its not like you can stop me." the cage door behind Luke opened and Luke was thrown inside. he hit the ground and grunted as his head soon followed. Luke's eyes turned red and he got up to get tevonye back. he ran to the door but it closed before he could get to it.

" nice try maybe next time." the guy mocked. he grabbed tevonye and pulled him up the stairs. he screamed and Luke was pissed.

the door closed and the kids ran towards the unlocked door, they ran to the other side and unlocked it. the parents ran to their kids and Luke ran to the door. he opened it and was met with an empty room. there was the sound of screaming from upstairs, Luke ran up the stairs and followed the screams to a room, he busted open the door and saw something the made his blood boil.
