There are a few different ways one can submit there entry:

Your entry can be private messaged to me

Your entry can be posted in the comments of the round you're submitting for

Your entry can be posted as its own or too a story on your page

When submitting, please send your entry in google docs (or a similar format). If you're posting your entry in a story, make sure you send me the link to the chapter (options above).
