"The ceremony is taking a long time" I whisper to Breanna and Ethan. They both nod "I mean if your going to do this we might as well say our good byes. This is the last day we we'll ever see each other" Ethan replies. Just then the Erudite leader call:" Queen, Ethan" Ethan stands up and makes his way giving us each a hug before going and cutting him self with the knife. He looks at us, I nod I know what he is going to do. Place his blood in the Candor Bowl of glass. The Dauntless gasp when he does that but do not look that surprised.

  There are a few people in between me and Ethan, but now it is my turn "Smalls, Sara" the lady calls and I hug Breanna and glance at Ethan who now sits with the Candor. I walk down the path that dives the 16 year olds and the Amity. I take the knife and cut into my hand it stings but I let the blood gather in my hand before putting it over the Erudite Bowl. "Good Choice" the lady whispers to me. As I walk over to my new faction I look over to my Mother and Tom. My Mother nods in approval and my brother has the look of disappointment on his face. Now it is  Breanna's turn she chooses Dauntless. That is an easy choice for her. She is and will not stop being Dauntless, but I can not say the same thing for me, I an not Dauntless I am Erudite and now I can embrace it.
