It was the day of the ceremony and I was terrified, I mean this is the most important day of my life. The day that I will choose to change my faction. I meet Breanna, Ethan, Tom, and my Mother as we head to the platform. "Are you nervous"? Breanna whispers to me. I nod in response, so does Ethan. " I don't know what I will do if I don't have my best friends with me for the rest of my life"

"I think you can cope with it for a while Breanna, you are certainly brave enough, your Dauntless for god sake" I tell her. Just then my older sister Melissa came up to us. "The train is almost here, so you better hurry"! Melissa was one year older than me and was a new member of Dauntless. She always thought that because she was older than me made her the boss of me. But she  wrong because today my family will be no more. " Come on Sara we will be late" my Mother calls. I go and get on the train on the way to the Hub.

  When we get there me, Ethan, and Breanna go to where the other 16 year olds stand. I look out and see the five factions, Abnegation, Amity, Candor, Erudite, and my faction Dauntless are all sitting in the seats in the Hub. Then I see the leader of the Erudite, she will start the ceremony. "I welcome you all to the first Choosing Ceremony. The founders of the factions had the idea ' hey we all have different personality's so why not put us into factions.' So they did, those who wanted to be peaceful formed Amity, the ones who are honest formed Candor, the selfless are the Abnegation, the people who are smart are Erudite, and the brave are Dauntless. But this year we will allow our 16 year olds to change factions, if they want to. We are not forcing anyone to Chang factions, with that note let the ceremony began"
