The kid was cute, she reminded me of myself when I was younger. Quiet, self reserved, and a little gloom. I was suspicious that she might be a demi-god -like me and Will- she had an aura around her. I just couldn't pinpoint it. *small laugh* Funny how I didn't know Will and I were adopting our ------------- Right I was told not to say.  -Lina stop glaring at me!- Kids *rolls eyes* Anyways I knew something was off.

"If she gives you two any problems, just let me know and I'll come and get her." 

"I don't think she will, but thanks for the offer." Will said

I nodded in agreement. 

A few moments later the young girl came back into the office. All she had was a small back-pack with, what seemed barley, anything inside. "Ready to go?" Will asked holding out his hand to her. This is why I married him. Lina nodded, but didn't take his hand. This girl reminded me a lot like myself, like I said before. "Well let's go. Thanks for your help, Miss Volderman." Then we headed outside and got into our small 1997 Daewoo Nubira. Will drove, I don't like driving. I've tried and we ended up in Switzerland all because I "accidently" shadow traveled, I was in a bad mood that day. 

"So, Lina, what's in the bag?" Will asked

"My book." She responded staring out the window.

"What kind of book?"

She shrugged. "It's a journal."

"Okay."

We didn't say anything else till we got back to camp.

"Here we are. Home sweet Home"
