Michael's POV

It's been four weeks and Sky has shown no improvements. I'm starting to get scared. She can't die.

I won't be able to make it! I need her! She can't die!

I'm alone in the room with her. I stroke her hand.

"Sky, a few weeks ago, I had this crazy dream. It was really crazy. At the end, you told me to heal you with a song. I didn't remember the song you told me until now. I'm going to sing to you now. This is all I can do."

I kiss Sky's hand and clear my throat.

I begin to cry quietly. A few hours later I'm asleep.

I feel someone squeezing my hand. I slowly lift my head and look at my hand. I feel my heart beating faster. Sky is squeezing my hand! I look up at her and her eyes are open. She looks confused.

"Mi...chael..."

Her voice is rapsy. I stand up and look at her. Her eyes meet mine.

"Wa..ter... "

I nod. I run out if the room and come back a minute later with cold water. I help Sky sit up and help her drink the water. She takes a few sips then lays back down. I put the cup down.

"I'll go get the doctor. "

She reaches out for my hand. I grab her hand.

"I love you..."

"I love you too, Sky."

I hug and kiss her. Then I exit the room.

"Has anyone seen, Doctor Davison! I need Doctor Davison!"

He comes running from down the hall.

"What's wrong, Mr. Jackson? Are you OK? What happened? "

"She woke up! She's awake! I gave her some water too. She's awake and talking! "

Doctor Davison ran into the room followed by some nurses. I walk in and see Doctor Davison checking her vitals.

He walks over to me and says, "She hasn't been this strong in months. Her vitals are good. During surgery we removed a large amount of the cancer. We're going to check for anymore cancer later. For now, she can have more company if there's any."

I smile and nod. Doctor Davison leaves and I walk over to Sky. She looks at me and smiles weakly.

I sit next to her and hold her hand.

"You gave me quite a scare, Sky."

She giggles. "Michael, could you sing that song to me again?"

I nod. I'll ask her about how she knew that later.

"Of course baby."
