A month later
Sakura's point of view

I was sitting in my office doing paperwork since I couldn't do anything else. I was getting bored of all this paperwork.

'No wonder bāchan stepped down I think I'm gonna die of boredom' I thought while looking over some scroll about meeting with the other kages about something important.

I yawned from tiredness. Lately I've been so tired but I just push it away.

~Knock,Knock~

'Ugh thank kami someone has come' I looked up then put the scroll I was reading down on the desk.

"Come in"

Hina-chan and shika-kun came in the office smiling so big I thought they're faces were gonna tear. 'I wonder what they're smiling about' I thought.

"Ano....why are you guys smiling" I laughed while smiled nervously at them.

"Well, kura-chan, shika-kun just asked temari-chan to marry him" hina-chan smiled at me again to see my expression.

"That's amazing shika-kun, congrats" I smiled but looked down for there was a slight pain in my chest since I didn't have anyone to love. Hina-chan walked towards me and hugged me to give some comfort.

"Don't worry kura-chan you have us to love you" she hugged me tighter, then shika-kun came over and joined the group hug.

"Arigato guys, but since your here have you found tsunade" I let go to hear if they found my bāchan.

"Hai, she's coming up the stairs right now" shika-kun pointed to the door.

~Knock,Knock~

"Come in" I said looking at the door.

"Sakura ~hic~ w-what did you want to ~hic~ talk about" she chugged the sake like it was water while shizune was trying to stop her.

"Well I wanted to discuss ab-" a loud boom came out of nowhere shaking the ground and screaming could be heard.

"What's going on" I looked out the window but all I could see is smoke. Then the door opens with a loud bang.

I look towards the door surprise to see the one person I didn't expect to see ever again since that night....

Itachi Uchiha

"W-What are you doing here ~hic~ I thought the traitor killed you" tsunade put chakra in her fist prepared to fight even if she was tipsy.

Itachi just looks at me and only me. I know why he's here and I had tell everyone what's going on or they were going to attack him.

"Guys stop, he isn't here to destroy the village" I sigh and look at everyone. The rest of the akatsuki walked in after him and fanned out in the room.

I walk to itachi and pull him to the middle of the room to face hinata, shikamaru, and tsunade with shizune behind her.

"Oto-san, you can come out now, you need to hear this too" I look to the wall and see him come out to show he was there as well.

I push itachi to my bāchan and the others. He looks back at me with a worried face, which I smiled back to encourage him. He looked back to everyone but mostly at my bāchan.

"Tsunade-sama, I came to ask you for your granddaughter's hand in marriage" bāchan looked at him intensely but no emotions were shown on her face to tell what she thought of Itachi's proposal.

Oto-san was going to interrupt but she raised her hand to silence him then looked at me then back to itachi.

"Why are you so interested in marrying my granddaughter" she looked at him still no emotions on her face.

"I think we can form an alliance between the leaf village and the akatsuki, but also because....I love your granddaughter, which she needs to tell you something very important, don't you sakura-hime" he went behind me and pushed me to tsunade which she rose her eyebrows at me.

'Damn you itachi'

I just smiled and looked down while playing with my fingers as if they were the most interesting thing in the world.

"Well, I'm waiting" bāchan just stood there, arms cross, waiting for me to say the other reason why itachi wants to marry me.

"Ano.....well, you see.....*nervously laugh* funny thing is...... I'm......I-I-I'm......pregnant" I look at everyone in the room to see shock written all over they're faces. I mean I was shocked at first too when I found out.

"NANI" everyone in the room had yelled including the akatsuki.

'Guess Itachi didn't tell them either'

"Yeah...I'm pregnant" I looked nervously at bāchan for what she is going to say.

"How did this happen" she looked at me a little mad but also relief to know why I was tired and sick all the time.

"Well, me and itachi had been seeing each other months after the war. And about a month after new years we did it but when we woke up we promised to never tell a soul about that night, but the baka forgot to wear protection so I got knocked up. I wrote itachi a letter but he never replied so I thought he didn't want the baby until he wrote a letter back to me the night of my birthday. I didn't tell anyone about this till now. That's why I couldn't help at the hospital so much, and why I was feeling sick" I kept looking up and down at bāchan till itachi came up behind me and held my hand for support.

Her eyes full of fury looked at me like if she wanted to yell at me for lying which I deserve it, but then she looked at itachi and punched him in the face through the door into the hall.

"Bāchan" I yelled while going to aid itachi. "Don't worry sakura-hime I deserved it" itachi got out of the wall in the hall and went back to bāchan.

"How far are you sakura" she asked. "I'm about 3 months, although I don't look big but it'll catch up to me" I look at her holding itachi-kun's hand.

She turned to my oto-san so he could speak about this situation too.

"Sakura...do you-...do you want this marriage for the alliance or for your own purpose" oto-san looked at me serious.

"I want this marriage for my own purpose but also to form an alliance with the akatsuki" I say looking at her.

"But kura-chan, what about sas-" hina-chan was interrupted by bāchan. "Hinata this is sakura's choice, she is hokage and old enough to make her own decisions" she looked at hina-chan with anger.

She then looked down but shika-kun went to her and comfort her. "Hinata-chan all we can do is support sakura-chan, okay" she nodded her head and smiled.

"Alright itachi you have mine and yamato-san's blessings for this marriage" bāchan looked at itachi kindly.

Itachi bowed to them and we settled the akatsuki in an apartment with anbu looking after them till a year passes.

After everything was situated me and itachi-kun talked about the wedding and decided to have it in two days. We didn't need to have a big wedding but I know bāchan is gonna send a message to all the kages about it so I went along with it.

I spent time with itachi-kun to get to know him even more and I just fell in love more than I already was. The wedding was coming along very well, I had my mother's dress when she got married and it fit like a glove.

~ The wedding day ~

I felt so nervous when I was getting dress, I had butterflies. I never thought the day would come that I would marry someone at a young age. (Itachi is only 3 years older than her in the book)

I was putting my veil on when bāchan and hina-chan came into the room I was getting ready in.

"I still can't believe you're getting married so soon. You really love him don't you kura-chan" hinata smiled at me.

"Yes hina-chan I do love him with all my heart. Itachi won't hurt me like.....he did, because he loves me" I smiled at both of them through the mirror.

"Your wearing your mother's wedding dress...your parents hoped to see the day you got married in that dress" bāchan smiled and hugged me since I was about to cry.

"I miss them so much bāchan" I hugged her tighter.

"I know, I miss them too my little blossom" she had let go to wipe my tears before they stained my face.

"Alright now come on, yamato is ready to walk you down the aisle" bāchan opened the door to reveal oto-san waiting for me. I smiled and walked towards him as we go to the aisle where itachi waited for me.

The doors open to the church and everyone stood as we walked down the aisle. Everybody was here, all the kages, the villagers and shinobis from the five great nations.

As I was walking down the aisle all I could focus on was itachi-kun as I was all he could look at as well.

I took itachi-kun's hands as oto-san hand me over to him. "You better take care of her" oto-san looked at him scary which itachi-kun nodded. Everyone sat down and the priest began the ceremony.

"We are gathered here today to join this man and this woman in marriage. If there is any reason by anyone that these two should not be married speak now or forever hold you peace" the priest looked around the room to see no one objected to the marriage.

"Now will the groom and bride exchange the rings"

My wedding ring itachi-kun put on me was his mother's.

"My mother told me that I would marry a woman with pink hair, the color of cherry blossoms and Jade green eyes to match beautiful along with them. She said to give this ring to that woman for I will love her for the rest of my life." He then slipped the ring onto my left ring finger.

"Well what are the odds that your mother had guessed right" I had started to tear up but kept myself together.

The wedding ring I gave itachi was my father's.

"Well, my father told me to give this ring to a man with the color of midnight black hair, that reminded me of a crow, and eyes the color of blood for I will marry that man even though my father didn't want me to, and he will lay down his life for me and love me till the day he dies." I slip Itachi's ring on his ring finger as the priest continues on.

"Do you Itachi Uchiha take Sakura Haruno to be your wife, in sickness and in health till you both shall live?"

"I do" I smiled at him and he smiles back.

"Do you Sakura Haruno take Itachi Uchiha to be your husband, in sickness and in health till you both shall live?" I looked straight into his eyes, my heart wanted to pound out of my chest. Then the two words came out of my mouth to seal the deal.

"I do"

"By the power vested in me I now pronounce you Mr. and Mrs.Uchiha you may now kiss the bride" the priest took a step back for me and Itachi to have room.

I looked straight into itachi's eyes with love while he leaned forward to kiss me. My face was as red as a tomato since I was blushing so hard.

His lips were soft and warm, I kissed him back and I loved every second of the kiss for this was the best one I ever had. We separated and walked down the aisle hand in hand. Everyone cheered, clapped, or whistled as we walked down the aisle out of the church.

It was time to party, which we had our first dance by ourself. The song was 'I can't help falling in love' for that was the song that itachi and I heard the night we first started meeting each other. (Love this song😄 play song at top)

As the music started Itachi looked at me with so much love and then started to mouth the words to the song.

Itachi~ Wise men say only fools rush in but i can't help falling in love with you

He holds me close as I start to mouth along with the song as well.

Sakura~ Oh shall i stay would it be a sin oh if i can't help falling in love with you

Itachi had spin me and right as I took his hand the lyric came in sync as I mouth it and continue to dance.

Itachi held me closer as the song went on.

We both slowed down, looking into the others eyes as we mouthed the last lyric together.

Right as the song ended itachi dipped me, both of us looking into each other's eyes desperately.

Coal black against light Jade.

I could see the love in his eyes as my heart skipped a beat and my face was turning red. We leaned in with our eyes closed waiting for the others warmth lips to touch.

As we kissed everyone cheered, then the dance floor was open to everyone as the fast songs came on. We partied the night away till we went on our honeymoon which we were going to an island for a week. Tsunade and the other's would handle the paperwork and the village till I get back.

When we arrived I looked at the view to see the moon shining bright and the ocean sparkling gorgeously. I looked to my new husband and kissed him with passion.

That was the most wonderful night of our lives, the only feeling that was present was love for I love this man and our child I'm carrying.
