Today was the big day. 

They were going to visit Hiccup's father. Astrid chewed her lip, saying in bed beside the handsome man who was snuggling into her side. Before going to bed last night, Astrid had asked him how his father was and Hiccup had only chuckled before saying, "He's as hard-headed as one can be," And since then, she had been concerned. 

What if he wouldn't like her? What if he was old-fashioned and wanted to meet her parents to talk to them. What if she wasn't allowed to be with Hiccup? What then?

She needed him. After her constantly asking and being worried he'd leave her, he had proved time and time again that he wouldn't, - at least she hoped he would never leave her. He was her everything. To think that he used to be her teacher once and now, he was the man she loved with all of her heart. 

He was her rock and she didn't know what she'd do if he left her. Probably kill herself. 

Toothless' pawing was heard on the edge of the bed before he jumped up and walked up to them. Astrid smiled at him and ran her hand over the length of his body, extending all the way out to the top of his tail before letting go. 

She watched as he carefully walked up between them.

Hiccup mumbled something in his sleep and Toothless huffed, carefully reaching forward and tapping his paw against Hiccup's nose, trying to wake him up.

His eyes opened and they landed on the black cat standing next to him. Hiccup yawned and rubbed his eyes before slowly lifting his hand and placed it on the black cats head, stroking him from head to tail.

Toothless purred loudly before turning around and making his way out of the bed, joining Stormfly on the floor.

Hiccup's attention turned to the girl laying next to him after Toothless disappeared. He smiled up at her and scooted up, laying his head on his pillow.

"Good morning, M'lady," He whispered and looked at the ceiling, the activities from last night flooding his mind.

"Good morning to you too," She said with a smile and scooted closer to him, making herself comfortable against his side. Hiccup looked down at her and lifted his arm, letting her rest her head on his chest.

Turning his head towards her, he kissed her forehead with a smile.

"Gods, I love you so much," He said and squeezed her, pressing multiple kisses against her forehead and into her hair.

The blonde chuckled and placed her hand on his chest. "I know. I love you too." 

Shifting, he hovered over her, gazing into her eyes. Leaning down, Astrid stopped him when their noses touched. "M'lady..." Hiccup complained. "Morning breath. Don't kiss me," She said. "And I've already told you that I don't care," He said before pressing his lips against hers.

"You're beautiful," He whispered once he pulled back. Astrid shook her head with a smile as she hooked her arm around his neck and pulled him down again. His tongue slid over her bottom lip and Astrid opened her mouth slightly to let him in. 

Kissing him back, her hand moving from his hair to his back, caressing his strong back.

Hiccup pulled away, - not really wanting to - and looked at the clock on the wall. "We should get ready soon. I want to be there at least at lunch so I can treat you to lunch after."

Astrid looked at him and bit her lip when he shifted and got out of bed.

He was stark naked. Nothing on him to cover anything. 

She was aware that he was hot before but now...she wanted to jump him and go for another round.

Hiccup was fully aware of her staring at him, though. He could feel her eyes on his back but, he honestly didn't mind. If he had to walk around naked just to see that beautiful smile on her lips, he would. 

He'd do anything for her. 

Astrid hesitated but got out of bed and slowly walked over to her naked boyfriend. He pulled a pair of underwear out, planning on showering before they headed out.

Astrid smiled and reached out, softly placing her hands on his back and wrapping her arms around his waist, burying her nose into his neck. She pressed herself against his beck and hummed. Hiccup stopped fiddling with the clothes he'd taken out and dropped them on top of the drawer. 

Placing his hands on hers, he pried her off of him and turned around. 

His eyes met hers and he smiled, his heart skipping beats when she smiled back at him.

"You're so perfect, Astrid," Hiccup whispered against her cheek. Pulling back, he leaned down and placed a kiss on a hickey on her collar.

He himself must've surely had at least two or more.

"I love you," Astrid whispered, her hands on his chest and her eyes closed. 

"I love you more." 

"Nuh-uh." 

"I do."

"You finished?" Hiccup asked, standing at the door, waiting for her to finish petting the two cats.

"Mmm," Astrid hummed and gave Toothless and Stormfly one last pet before standing up and walking over to Hiccup. He opened the door and they walked out, making sure neither of the two cats wanted to walk out.

Hiccup closed the door behind him and locked it, turning towards the car standing on the driveway and pushing the unlock button on the keys.

The car beeped and unlocked.

Astrid opened the passenger door to the car and stepped in, closing it after her. She put her phone in one of the sockets Hiccup had put up for both of them. Either for Bluetooth music or for charging. Hiccup opened the door on his side and got in, climbing in behind the wheel and putting the keys in the ignition hole.

They fastened their seat belts and the car started with a loud boom.

"Are we good to go?" Hiccup asked and looked at her. Astrid inhaled before exhaling deeply. "I think we are," She said and smiled at him.

"Then, off we go."
