Himikos pov

Kokichi was standing outside with a grin on his face.

"that's great news himiko" he grinned "I was hoping you'd change your mind. Now jump down and I'll catch you"

"ok just give me a second" I ran back to the closet and grabbed my witches hat. Kokichi said it made me look cute. It might be a good idea to take it with me.

I put it on and climbed out the window. Taking a deep breath I jumped and landed in Kokichis arms.

"glad you decided to keep the hat himiko" kokichi grinned "it gives you character"

"thank you. I think you're checkered scarf gives you character as well" I smiled at him.

"I know right!" he giggled "now let's get going or we'll miss our boat"

He took off running with me in his arms. Dispite the pain I was in I couldn't help but smile. I feel so happy when I'm around kokichi. He makes me feel warm and safe when I'm around him. I don't really understand these feelings but-

*bang*

A gunshot rang out and kokichi fell. I saw a small pool of blood form around his stomach. He's been shot!
