Chapter Two

Hey guys. I'm sure you missed me... not. I decided to write another chapter for this, but its really short as of right now. I will be adding to this. I kinda lost my confidence in my writing skills, so I haven't updated in a while. I'm sorry for the wait.

On a side note, the picture is what I imagine Adrielle looking like.

"I kinda feel bad for you," Renée blurted out like the random person she is. "And just why would you feel bad for me? You're the one who has to take the test," I replied confused. "You have to set up the test and you can't tell anyone about it. I think you have it worse than me," Renée said rather calmly. It was rather ironic that I was panicking about setting up the test and Renée was really calm despite the fact that she was being sent to her possible doom. "-about earlier. I forgot that was a rather touchy subject with you. Anyway, I'm really sorry," Renée said snapping me out of my thoughts. "Did you hear anything I just said?" Renée asked sounding like my mother when I don't listen to her. " Um. Yeah?" I said although it sounded more like a question than an answer. "Well then what did I say?" snapped Renée. "You said, and I quote, '-about earlier. I forgot that was a rather touchy subject with you. Anyway, I'm really sorry,'" I recited. "You missed when I apologized the first time," Renée told me.

By the time I got home, I was really hungry. I felt like I hadn't eaten in months, despite eating only three hours or so ago. Walking into my mother's perfectly clean kitchen, I decided to make myself a snack. 'Hmm... what should I eat? Tacos... nah. Chicken... rather not. Sushi... sure, why not?' I thought to myself as I pulled the plastic tray of sushi out. "Hey Mom, can I eat this sushi?" I yelled to my mother, who was off somewhere, most likely cleaning.

When I didn't hear an objection,  I decided I would just go for it and eat the tantalizing snack. Pulling a dish out of the perfectly organized cupboard, I put the sushi on it and looked around for some chopsticks. 'How lovely. She doesn't have any chopsticks. Why am I not surprised?' Settling on a fork instead of the chopsticks, which were nowhere to be found, I brought my snack to the sleek, modern, white table. Moments later, there was nothing left on the plate. "I think I'll go sit in my room Mom. Please don't disturb me," I said as I started climbing the stairs two at a time.
