17.3. 𝘼𝙣 𝙀𝙥𝙞𝙘 𝙍𝙚𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙤𝙣

"Bhai, us confession ke baad hum dono ke teasing sessions and everything! Aaj yaad krti hoon ki voh chote-chote moments life mein kitne important hote hain!" said Mona with a smile adorning her lips, making us smile as well.

She looked at her ring and said, "Bhai, Khadoos Shergill Romantic Shergill bhi ban sakta hai yeh expect nahi kiya tha..."

"Romantic wali harkatein toh hain nahi Karan ki, lekin phir bhi aisa kya krdiya usne Monami?" enquired Param Bhaiya being sure that Karan Bhai isn't a romantic person while Bhai frowned hearing Param Bhaiya.

Mona laughed as she told him, "Vaise baat toh sach hai Bhai! Humari first date, leke toh mujhe aapka Bhai gya tha lekin arrange Faizi ne ki thi.... Lekin ek chiz thi jo usne arrange ki, jaante hain kya?"

"Obviously koi boring chiz hi hogi! Go ahead!" said Param Bhaiya as if expecting some sort of boring answer while Faizi was chuckling and Bhai was like, 'Sab mere dushman ho' look!

"2230 hours back to academy!" said Mona, making all of us frown except Bhai as Param Bhaiya said, "Aur expect bhi kya kiya ja sakta hai Special Agent Karan Shergill se?"

"Probably a moody baby face? Because us din jeep kharab hogyi and hotel ka reservation bhi cancel hogya. Pehli, baar jo Khadoos Shergill mission ka ek plan fail hone pe pareshaan nahi hota voh itni choti si baat pe pareshaan hogya ki usse Date arrange nahi hopayi! But, finally us Khadoos Shergill ko manake ek jagah dhundle vahin date puri ki. But trust me bhai, humari first date usse better nahi hosakti thi." told Mona with a smile on her face while Karan Bhai was smiling as well, lost in his thoughts.

Mona recalled the day as she spoke up, "Bhai ek baat toh sahi hai ki jab hearts ki frequency match hoti hai na toh dance steps kya chiz hain? The Ulti Khopdi ne mere saath dance kiya aur voh bina mere foot pe step kiye!"

Param Bhaiya made an shocked face which was soon turned into a wide grin while Mona continued, "Being honest Bhai, meri aur Karan ki dates humse zaada toh Faizi ne plan ki hain! Our first date se lekar humari coffee date. Sab kuch. He and Sid actually played cupid in our case."

While Faizi and Sid raised their invisible collars with a proud look on their faces while I couldn't stop myself from staring at Faizi!

"Pyaar hogya hai toh maan le na!" my inner conscience said enthusiastically.

I glared at my own conscience and thought in my mind, "Ek baar commitment ki galti kr chuki hoon. Ek baar kro toh galti aur dusri baar bhi kro toh bewakoofi."

"Oh Miss Koel Roy! Voh Abhay Mehra mein aur tera Faizi are poles apart!" said my conscience dreaming about my Faizi.

I felt a tinch of jealousy as I warned her, "Oh hello! Faizi ko mera bhi keh rahi hai aur uske sapne bhi dekh rahi hai?"

"So you accept that Faizi tera hai?" said my conscience with a smirk plastered on her face.

And here my cheeks had turned scarlett on realising that I lost from my conscience as I thought, "Get lost! Mera dimaag bhi kharaab krdegi tu!"

"Dude main tu hi hoon!" she replied and I glared at her while she vanished.

I sighed as my eyes got struck on Faizi yet again making me forget about my stupid conscience while I was pulled out of my chain of thoughts when Mona narrated about how she and Bhai got into a fight due to Doctor Mahajan and then how all of us rescued Sanju from that Kundan and KD.

Mona told Param Bhaiya about how Bhai arranged the terrace greenhouse for her to burst her stress as she continued saying, "Bhai pta hai, maine usse pucha tha ki agr aap hote toh kya aap mujhe pasand krte... Pta hai usne kya reply diya?"

Param Bhaiya raised his eyebrows as he enquired with curiosity, "Kya bola Monami?"

"Usne kaha, 'Jaanti ho Bhaiya tumse milke kya kehte? Ki kahaan eske chakkaron mein pad gyi ho? Apni zindagi barbaad kr rahi ho!" she said while all of us bursted out laughing including them.

After a few moments, Param Bhaiya controlled his laughter as he said sounding serious, "Voh toh main ab bhi keh raha hoon Monami. Kahaan Karan ke chakkar mein padi ho, esse toh behtar hai ki Sid se hi shaadi krlo!"

We were shocked but then I noticed that he was biting back his smile after seeing Mona's horrified look whereas I glanced at others and realised that Faizi had also realised the same and we winked at eachother, making the note to tease the trio, as I spoke up being serious, "Well, Param Bhaiya ka idea bura nahi hai..."

"Koel sahi keh rahi hai, vaise bhi kahaan Janaab ji aap aur kahaan Monami-Tsunami! Pta nahi usse Ulti Khopdi se kaise pyaar hogya?" teased Faizi.

Sanju and Bhai glared at two of us as we gulped back our saliva being actually scared for a moment as I realised that Jealous Sanjana Dubey and Jealous Karan Shergill are injurious to health.

While Sid whispered looking at us horrified, "Mujhe kahaan es Kameeni, Moti-Billi ke saath fansa rahe ho! Agr humari shaadi ho rahi hogi na, toh hum dono ek dusre ko bhagane ki planning kr rahe honge!"

"Consequences when two bestfriends are getting married!" I concluded with a laugh earning a glare from the trio but do I care?

"2 baatein Bhai!" we heard Mona say from inside when I noticed that Karan Bhai raised his two fingers, making all of us muffle our laughs.

Karan Bhai was shooting daggers at us as he whispered, "200 lap sirf mere hi nahi, tum sabke bhi lagenge! Ruko abhi!"

"Pehli baat, agr main aur Sid shaadi krne gye na toh hum dono ek dusre ko hi shaadi se bhaga denge! Bhaiii, kis Kameene se meri shaadi krane pe tule ho aap aur vaise bhi pyaar jab hota hai tab hojata hai, yeh aapne hi toh kaha na..." Mona said with a grin while Param Bhaiya chuckled and nodded his head positively.

Mona chuckled as she uttered, "Dusri baat..." while here Bhai raised his second finger and she unknown to this continued, "Bhai, agr maine aur Sid ne shaadi krne ka decide ki na toh mera Khadoos Shergill Sid ki aur Sid ki Miss Tod Fod meri jaan nikal denge! Bohot pyaar hai unhe humse aur hume unse!"

"Jaanta hoon Baccha aur yahi toh main sun-na chahta tha!" said Param Bhaiya with a smile making us smile as well.

"Aur vaise bhi Bhai, Sid aur mera relation toh aisa hai ki voh mujhe relationship mein kiss ki importance sikha rha tha, idiot-Kameena! Uske chakkar mein maine Karan ko itna pareshaan kiya ki raat ko uske room mein ghus gyi bina yeh soche ki vahaan Faizi bhi hoga aur usse yeh topic discuss krne pe pta hai usne mujhse kya kaha, 'Kis kiss ki baat kr rahi ho?'" said Mona in a go making our eyes wide while Bhai facepalmed himself and when Mona realised about the blunder she created instantly facepalmed herself as well while Param Bhaiya tried hard to control his laughter and not to make her feel embarassed.

Whereas we four shameless people bursted out in slow hysterical laughters making Bhai shoot daggers from his eyes and here I guarantee that if looks could kill then all of us would have been dead meat by now as Bhai turned his attention towards Sid as he said, "Siddharth Ganju mujhe pehle hi samajh jaana chahiye tha ki yeh karamaat tumhari hi hosakti hai but just wait and watch! Meri Monami ke dimaag mein ulti chizen daalne ki barphai toh krni padegi tumhe!"

Sid looked at Bhai being scared and taking a step he replied, "Dole Shole bro, aapko remind krwa doon ki Monu bro meri hi side hai!!!! So, no chance bro!"

"Drills ke time toh voh bhi meri sirf ek Cadet hi hai Cadet Siddharth Ganju so you know what does it mean, right?" said Ulti Khopdi with his smirk.

That's when we heard Mona narrating the scene which was more than enough to boil our blood, "Forgetting that, Press Conference wale din Aneesh ne meri aur Karan ki kuch private pictures media mein bhej diye the..."

The Shergill brothers clenched their fists as Param Bhaiya yelled, "Himmat kaise huyi eski yeh badtameezi krne ki!? Esse toh main btata hoon!"

"Bhaii, calm down... Aage toh suniye..." said Mona in an attempt to calm Param Bhaiya.

Param Bhaiya slightly nodded but his hands were still turned into a fist as Mona told him, "Jab pictures dekhi toh pehle toh kuch samajh nahi aarha tha ki kya kron... Karan ko humara relationship publically accept nahi krna tha aur uske reasons bhi valid the so I decided to leave lekin phir Karan ne mujhe roka and he confessed infront of everyone 'Main aur Monami Mahajan ek dusre se pyaar krte hain!"

Mona paused for a moment while Param Bhaiya had an proud look on his face while she continued, "Bhai agr us din voh journalist koi ladka hota toh I am sure ki Karan uski jaan le chuka hota!"

"Baat toh sach hai Rani Sahiba aur aapke chakkar mein us Aneech ko bhi kuch nahi kiya..." Bhai murmured which was quite audible to all of us.

"Then, when we figured out ki es sab ke peeche Aneesh tha toh Karan was in the mood to kill him but usse Aneesh ko Parakram se baahar nikalne ke orders mile the and so he just left with my slap..." She told Param Bhaiya while he gave her a 'Are you serious' look.

Param Bhaiya looked at her seriously as he said, "Seriously Monami? Uski itni badi galti ke liye bas itni si saza kaafi nahi thi. Voh tumhara aur Karan ka naam kharab krna chahta tha and Karan ko en sab baaton se koi farak nahi padta I know that lekin tumhe kitna bura laga hoga eska idea shayad humme se kisiko nahi hai..."

Mona inhaled deeply as she told him, "Bhai, being honest mujhe farak padta lekin Karan ka gussa dekhne ke baad chod diya. And, don't worry us time ka badla maine hi ab pura krliya. Because galtiyan kam nahi thi uski jo aur krdi!"

Param Bhaiya raised his eyes confusingly while Mona told him that how few hours ago she almost ended up killing him, the slaps, the torture which was rightly served to him by her.

That's when Sid whispered, "Vaise Karan bro aapko maza toh bohot aaya hoga na Monu ko uske action mode mein dekhke and that too with that Aneech!"

Karan Bhai smiled as he spoke up with proudness visible in his tone, "Rani Sahiba ka boyfriend hone se pehle main Monami ka Trainer hoon aur apni Cadet ki fighting skills dekhna kisi bhi trainer ke liye ek proud moment hoga. Faizi aur Sanju ne Koel aur Sid ka action sequence us hideout scene mein dekh liya tha and they are proud of you both for that, even though we know ki tab Monami hi Silver thi but seeing her fight as Monami is my success."

"Aur rahi baat us Aneech ke upr uski skills dekhni ki, tum logon se kaunsa apni hansi control horhi thi!" he completed with a smirk and we reciprocated the same.

"Lekin Bhai, being honest us Khadoos Shergill se pehle mujhe Bhabhi aur Baby ne accept Kiya. Pta hai Bhai, pehli baar maine enka naam Karan se initial days mein suna tha accidentally aur mujhe laga ki voh double timing kr rha hai..." she said with a guilty look and narrated how she mistook Bhai, how she helped Baby, realised the truth and finally how Bhabhi and Baby accepted their relationship happily.

Mona was lost cherishing the moments as she continued, "Bhai, jab Bhabhi ne mujhe Karan ka first medal diya tha na jo usse uske patriotism ke liye mila tha it became so precious to me.... Aur phir voh Khadoos Shergill mujhe kehta ki usse pta nahi ki mujhe es relationship se khushi zaada milegi ya phir pain lekin maine bhi usse bol diya ki main bhi itni asaani se uska peecha nahi chodne wali!"

All of us chuckled hearing her while she told us about her insecurities when she allowed Bhai to go for his mission half-heartedly and then she went quiet and we all knew the reason.... The scenario was about Balli.

Mona clenched her fists as she was shivering due to her anger while Param Bhaiya was trying to calm her but to our disappointment he wasn't successful.

That's when we heard footsteps as we found Aashna standing there as she looked at five of us startled when Karan Bhai pushed her aside and Aashna whispered, "Aap sab yahaan kya kr rahe ho? Main toh Monami se milne aayi thi... Kuch baat krni thi lekin aap sab.."

"Aashna, andar jao but humare baare mein kuch mat kehna!" said Bhai with an stern look while she nodded and entered inside.

We peeked inside as Aashna spoke up, "Monami mujhe tumse kuch baat krni hai..."

Mona instantly calmed herself and turning towards Aashna she enquired with an calm expression, "Bolo, kya baat krni hai Aashna?"

"About the Mission and Sneha Ma'am..." Said Aashna, and we observed the drastic change in Mona's facial expression, from an calm to an instant stern one.

Mona looked at Aashna sternly as she ordered, "Abhi nahi Aashna, baad mein baat krenge. It's late."

"Monami tum baat taal rahi ho? Ya phir es baat ke liye khud ko guilt trip pe bhej rahi ho ki Sneha Ma'am ke saath jo hua uske liye khudko responsible samajh rahi ho!?" questioned Aashna concerned but Mona's loose hand had turned into a fist by now.

Mona glared at Aashna as she shouted, "Enough! You should go!"

Saying so she turned her back towards us but from the window mirror we could see her frustrated face as Aashna spoke up, "Lekin..."

"Go Aashna!" yelled Mona scaring all of us for a moment including Aashna as Param Bhaiya gestured Aashna to leave and she left hesitantly.

While we stopped her outside as Sid said, "Aashna bro, Monu ki taraf se I am sorry..."

"It's not your fault. I guess Monami ko apna head clear krne ke liye time chahiye and I understand that. Well, Good Night." she just said with a smile and dispersed from there as we heard a cracking sound from inside and we looked inside to see that Mona just threw a box on the ground.

"Tsunami alert." warned Faizi while we nodded.

So, I guess the chapter was proper comedy except the last part?
