17.2. 𝘼𝙣 𝙀𝙥𝙞𝙘 𝙍𝙚𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙤𝙣

ꜱᴀɴᴊᴀɴᴀ'ꜱ ᴘᴏɪɴᴛ ᴏꜰ ᴠɪᴇᴡ

And here, four of us smirked while Karan Sirji had an horrified look on his face as Faizi Sirji whispered, "Special Agent Karan Shergill 200 laps ke liye taiyaar rahiyega."

Whereas Karan Sirji was too shocked to even glare at Faizi Sirji while Monu who was inside the room chuckled as she said, "Bhai 200 lap se zaada buri punishment mein raha hai Karan mujhe reject krne ke baad. Guilt trip."

"Karan meri haalat ke liye khudko responsible samajh rha tha, and all thanks to circumstances ki agle din Chakravyuh tha." Monu said, as she paused.

Monu started to elaborate Param Bhaiya about Chakravyuh, Mission Jalpari and then it slipped her mouth, "Aur phir mere liye yeh sab bear krna impossible ho chuka tha aur esliye main Parakram se bhaag gyi..."

And there she instantly stopped on realising the blunder she did while Param Bhaiya raised his eyebrows and said, "Continue Monami!"

"Main Parakram se bhaag gyi aur phir almost accident hogya tha mera, phir Sid ne mujhe dhund liya, next meri aankh khuli Dispensary mein and then Karan ne sabko room se out krdiya aur phir voh Khadoos Shergill mujhe lecture dene laga but then he told me the real reason ki voh mere saath toh kya, kisike bhi saath relationship mein nahi aana chahta....." Monu explained as she continued and told him that Karan Sirji can't be in a relationship because after loosing Param Bhaiya, he never thought to find love again.

Everyone was having tears in their eyes by now including me, Karan Sirji, Param Bhaiya and Monu.

But then Monu was quick to change Param Bhaiya's mood and ours as well when she told him, "Lekin phir new year pe realise hua ki Khadoos Shergill Jealous Shergill bhi hosakta hai!"

All of us chuckled hearing her while Karan Sirji facepalmed as he murmured, "Yeh btana zaroori hai kya?"

"Bohot zaroori hai Janaab Ji! Hume toh pta hai lekin yeh toh baakiyon ko bhi pta chalna chahiye!" replied Faizi Sirji with a wide grin plastered on his face whereas Karan Sirji glared at him.

Monu smiled as she started, "New Year wale din Aneesh aaya, mera aur Sid ka college friend tha. So, vaise toh mujhe dots connect krne mein time laga but ab samajh aaya ki Karan ko love realisation us new year ki raat ko hi hua tha aur ussi din voh Aneesh aagya. Aur phir kya, Jealous Shergill ke symptoms dekh rahi thi Bhai. Karan aur Aneesh ke push-ups, then Aneesh ke saath uska behaviour, es sab ke beech mere dimaag mein yeh baat aagyi thi that Karan hates Aneesh."

Monu sighed as she explained about Siddharth's breakdown after I left while I didn't knew when a tear rolled down my eyes which was wiped off by Siddharth as I smiled at his gesture and he whispered which was only audible to me, "Miss Tod Fod tumhari aankhon mein tears suit nahi krte, lekin es face pe smile zaroor suit krti hai! So, just smile."

And how could I not smile after seeing his cute baby face when we heard Monu say, "Regret sirf ek baat ka hai Bhai ki us din jab Karan ne mujhe btaya tha ki voh drink jo mere liye Aneesh leke aaya hai voh spiked hai toh I refused to believe him. Karan ko pura yakeen tha ki voh drink spiked hai lekin maine uski baat nahi maani, infact us scene ke baad maine usse daanta infact na jaane kya kuch nahi kaha aur baat toh yeh hai Bhai ki aaj tak maafi bhi nahi maangi hogi maine usse ache se!"

Karan Sirji was expressionless on hearing her words, and was lost as if recalling that day but coming out of his chain of thoughts, he whispered, "Rani Sahiba ki esme koi galti nahi hai...."

Param Bhaiya got up and wiping the alone which threatened to spill from her eyes, he spoke up, "Monami it's not your fault. Tumne jo dekha voh sach maana and it's completely normal. I accept ki tumne zaada bol diya hoga but us situation mein koi bhi insaan aise hi react krta. Infact you know ki Karan bhi toh impulsive steps leta hai na? It's the human nature! Now, smile and continue!"

By now, both Monu and Karan Sirji were having smiles on their faces while Monu continued as she narrated the landslide incident, and how they were caught inside the cave as she told him, "Mujhe us cave night ki memories yaad nahi thi Bhai but ab yaad hai. Jaante hain Karan ne kya kaha tha?"

While all of us sensed the excitement in her tone whereas Param Bhaiya nodded his head in negative and said, "Nahi lekin tum btao na ab."

Monu grinned as she reminisced the moment and spoke up, "Tumhare pyaar ko thukrana meri majboori thi Monami lekin meri sabse badi galti bhi!"

"The moment he said this, chahe main us vakt hosh mein nahi tha lekin jab mujhe yeh moment yaad aaya tha voh meri life ka best moment hai!" she confessed.

Param Bhaiya smiled hearing her while she continued while chuckling, as if reliving the memories, "Phir, jab agle din meri aankh khuli after the cave incident, the first person I wanted to see was him! Bhaii, usne pehli baar mujhe 'Monu' kaha! 'Meri Monami' and 'Monu', it felt so good! Voh alag baat hai ki Rani Sahiba sun-ne ki aadat  hogyi hai.... Bhai us din Karan ne mere liye khud Coffee aur Noodles banaye..."

Param Bhaiya laughed hearing the last sentence while Faizi Sirji and I tried our best to not to laugh with Karan Sirji glaring at us while Koel and Siddharth were confused at our reactions along with Monu who questioned Param Bhaiya confusingly, "Bhai aap hans kyun rahe hain?"

"Monami tumhe pta bhi nahi hai ki tumne 8th wonder possible krdiya hai! Special Agent Karan Shergill ko khana banane se chidh hai, haan usse aata hai and uske haanth ki coffee aur noodles are best lekin voh kabhi nahi banata! Mujhe yaad hai ki maine, Faizi aur Sanju ne kitni baar kaha tha tab bhi nahi banaya aur yahan the Special Agent Karan Shergill apni girlfriend ke liye cooking kr rha hai aur voh bhi tab jab usse kuch yaad nahi hai!" Param Bhaiya told in between his laughters, while hearing this, Monami bursted out laughing along with him whereas Siddharth and Koel placed their palms on their lips to muffle their laughs.

While Karan Sirji made faces as he murmured, "Toh mujhe kaunsa pta tha ki Rani Sahiba ko yaad hi nahi hai ki maine unhe apni feelings btadi hain!"

Monu and Param Bhaiya finally stopped laughing which felt like an eternity but Monu started laughing again as she spoke in between her laughs, "Sorry Bhai... Lekin aage ka aapko aise hi sunna padega... Because Khadoos Shergill ka face dekhne laayak tha... When I told him ki mujhe kuch yaad nahi... He was like, 'Sach mein yaad nahi? Monami yaad krne ka try toh kro...' Bhai, agr mujhe yeh baat tab yaad rehti toh shayad meri hansi control hi nahi hoti!"

Karan Sirji made faces as we tried not to laugh hard when Monu said, "Bhai kabhi expect nahi kiya tha ki jo Khadoos Shergill yeh kehta tha ki 'tumhari jagah koi aur bhi hota toh main yahi krta..' voh us din aise behave kr rha tha jaise kisi ne uski precious chiz usse cheen li ho..."

"Jaan se bhi zaada pyaari hain aap mujhe Rani Sahiba...." uttered Karan Sirji with a smile and I along with Siddharth, Faizi Sirji, and Koel smiled genuinely at this, knowing it's the ultimate truth.

Monu continued to explain about how they were attacked by Dhanu and how she recalled the cave incident, while Param Bhaiya was listening keenly throughout the time as she said, "Bhai, us din jo Special Agent Karan Shergill sabko darata hai, aur apna Khadoos-pan dikhata hai voh mujhse darke bhaag raha tha! Confession ka iraada toh lag hi nahi rha tha us Khadoos Shergill ka!"

Param Bhaiya smiled as he said, "Monami jab pyaar ka bukhaar chadhta hai na toh es duniya mein kuch namumkin nahi reh jata! Yeh Ishq hai Monami aur hume kabhi pta nahi hota ki ishq kab kya rang dikhayega!"

Monu reciprocated the smile when Siddharth questioned, "Baaki sab toh thik hai lekin thode subtitles milenge last line ke?"

All four of us facepalmed looking at Siddharth as I told him, "Chirkut vaise toh aswidha ke liye bilkul khed na hai lekin phir bhi tanne bta dete hain ki Param Sirji yeh bol rahe hain ki Ishq yaani love ek insaan se kuch bhi krwa sakta hai..."

"Har limit cross krwa sakta hai, and we can go to any extent when we are in love!" explained Koel.

Faizi Sirji looked at me and Koel as he said, "Love Guru toh hum the toh yeh kaam aap dono mohatarmaon ne kab shuru krdiya?"

Before I or Koel could reply Karan Sirji interrupted us, "Saand tu chup hoga ki nahi?"

"Nahi!" answered Faizi Sirji as he gained Karan Sirji's infamous glare but still he continued with an mischievous smile, "Ek kaam krte hain hum tumhe btate hain ki aage kya hua us din! Toh us din hum dispensary mein the aur yeh Janaab apne dil ki Rani Sahiba se chipte-chipate vahaan aagye aur Janaab khush ab voh bach gye lekin Monami bhi toh Tsunami hai!"

"Us Khadoos Shergill ko laga ki mujhse bach jaega esliye Faizi ke paas chala gya lekin main bhi Dispensary mein gyi aur mujhe dekhte hi voh Khadoos Shergill apne steps piche lene laga. Matlab Khadoos Shergill se sidha Bheegi Billi Shergill ban gya!" said Monu from inside looking at Param Bhaiya while all of us bursted out laughing outside including both of them.

Whereas Karan Sirji frowned as he said, "Mere naamkaran aaj hi honge kya? Rani Sahiba chup bhi hojaye!"

"Aaj toh aapke raaz khulne se Allah Miyan bhi nahi rok paayenge Janaab Ji!" exclaimed Faizi Sirji and all of us nodded our heads positively.

"Kaafi persuasions ke baad finally Karan ne apne dil ki baat accept krli Bhai! And trust me, main usse zaada khush nahi hosakti thi! Voh bas ek chiz chahta tha ki yeh baat academy mein kisiko pta na chale infact yeh kisiko pta tha bhi nahi except Sid and Faizi...." Monu told him with an satisfactory smile on his face.
